Fantastic experience: Gaige was super awesome. He quickly diagnosed and performed effective treatments on the muscle and joint pain I was having. Not only that, he also described what was source of my pain and gave me a list of muscles and good stretches/excercises for them so that I could target them in my future work outs and help prevent pain in the future! I would highly recommend Gaige!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Palmer is awesome! She takes the time to address concerns and you don't feel like you are being rushed out during and after a treatment. I always feel better after treatment. And how could you not love Ollie or Hugo as greeters? Anyone that has dogs that come to work with them speaks volumes and will always have my vote.

Fantastic experience: I have had only 3 RAPID/massage sessions with Christina Shi and can't believe how much she's helped me. I have suffered with chronic sciatica and shoulder pain for many years, going to many RMT's, acupuncture, chiropractor, etc spending $1000's . Only to receive temporary relief. I highly recommend Christina, she's extremely knowledgeable. It's not "normal " to be in pain everyday

Negative experience: I’ve thought long and hard about whether to write this review, as I generally try to focus on the positive side of every experience. However, in this case, it is what it is. I went in for an adjustment, but after the session, I still felt the same as when I arrived. When I expressed my concerns, Dr. Palmer simply said, “Well, I’ve already adjusted it and I’m not going to do it again.” I felt dismissed and uncared for. While I understand not every adjustment works for everyone, I couldn’t overlook her attitude. There’s not much I can do about that, so I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Christina Shi- RAPID ( therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restrictions in the body) I have been a client of Christina's for 8 years. Because she is a proactive, professional, her knowledge expands far beyond basic massage therapy. I have had as many RAPID treatments as needed for my shoulders and neck(stress release). This treatment goes beyond what acupuncture can reach in the body. It has helped me immensely to release muscle tension combined with sore joints issues . I strongly suggest trying RAPID treatments by Christina Shi. Her genuine compassion, patience and love for her job comes through in every session. Zhìyù zhī shǒu

Fantastic experience: Explained everything step and was very personable and had some laughs. Looking forward to my next appointment. Starting to feel better too!

Negative experience: Went in for an initial assessment/treatment.. when she went to adjust my neck, she did a double adjustment resulting in a very painful strain to my neck. It’s been 2 weeks and I am still dealing with the pain, even after being assessed by a proper chiropractor back home. She was not able to adjust my hip/back in any way and actually caused further pain versus what I was already in while attempting to. Will not be going back to this location.

I was absolutely blown away by her knowledge and kindness. Very professional and personal at the same time. It was actually like talking to a friend. I'm had left hip pain for over a decade. Both Dr.Palmer and Gaige have done nothing but the best for me. Riya at the desk is always helpful in setting up appointments and making sure that all the paperwork goes through quickly and painlessly, plus she's very funny. You can also book online if needed.

Every time I went after that continued to be incredible and I started getting relief in my shoulder pain for the first time! I have seen both Rhoda and Christina for massage, and each offered something different making it hard to choose who to go to (which is a great problem to have!). Can't say enough good things- this is a gem of a place to visit and you will leave feeling well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I saw Denene Carriere for a 90 minute massage. My massage was AMAZING!!! Denene is very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and has great technique. She worked on my arms/hands to help alleviate some carpal tunnel symptoms. She also focused on my lower back, shoulders and neck. Denene used the perfect amount of pressure to work on my deep pain points.
