Fantastic experience: Amazing! I have not had a good sleep in forever due to my arms to fingertips going completely numb and very painful and my hips being constantly sore. Jenny fix me in one treatment! I can’t believe it to be honest when my doc sent me for every scan imaginable with no answers other than carpal tunnel, golfers elbow and pain killers. I have gone to other numerous RMT and Chiropractors. Save your time see Jenny!

Negative experience: Had an appointment cancelled two hours before with no offer to reschedule or alternative option. Especially frustrating when I travelled in from a distance out of town for this, and found it very important to support my wellness. I have every ounce of understanding for someone who is ill, but two hours is not sufficient notice. If you’re that sick, you know the night before. You know four hours before. Not two hours. Terrible communication, absolutely not worth the time.

Fantastic experience: After my first appointment I knew I found my missing piece to my multidisciplinary team. I have been struggling with a lower back injury with consistent symptoms. After one treatment with Jennifer my mobility was increased, my pain was reduced, and my body responded to her treatment with the best sleep I had in almost a year! I would strongly recommend Jennifer and her amazing therapy options!

I've had issues with my sciatica and IT band for almost a year, excruciating pain, I've seen a GP and 2 physiotherapists who did help along with dry needling but there was never lasting relief until I tried osteotherapy. Jenny is a kind soul who is very gifted with helping others!!!

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Jenny about two years ago, as I was in search of an osteopath to assist with my complex chronic pain management. What I didn't expect is that she is also one of the best massage therapist I've come across over the last 18 years of accessing manual therapies. Within one session she identified problems areas and past injuries without any prompts of me telling her about them, and was attending to and giving me relief in areas that other practitioners had never even identified as an issue. She was very quickly able to work out knots and pain spots I had had for *years* that went left unattended by other RMTs, chiros, and physios, with immediate improvement post session. I still make a point of coming to see her whenever I visit home, as I live out of province now and have yet to find anyone who comes close. She is incredibly kind and intuitive, and doesn't mind that I like napping during the sessions which is a perk for me ☺️ 10/10 recommend - even if you have an RMT you like, as Jenny's unique combination of osteopathic, massage, and other healing modalities is bar none.

Negative experience: Am very troubled that Jenny thought it was more important that she needed money from me for a SGI report even though SGI would have paid her for her short report. My health seems of little concern to her. She was asked for a report and has not sent it and its been for more that 2 months since she was asked. Surely health is more important than grabbing $45 from me as well as her charging SGI.

My osteo treatments with Jenny have been more effective at treating my pain than both the chiro and massage combined. I always leave feeling so much better! Negative experience: Who ever does the emails and text messages needs to find a job where they are in the back of business and not able to conversate with clients. Rude, combative, argumentative, petty, manipulative, gaslightling, unprofessional, zero personal skills. I have to photos but won't post them incase there is a lawsuit. Reply to the reply; I have the right place of business. Just because I no longer live in the area doesn't mean I do not have the right place of business but thank you for the farthing gaslighting like I am the idiot.

Fantastic experience: After one appt with Jenny i immediately felt better before I even left her office. I have seen many chiropractors, massage therapist you name it I’ve been to them! This was my first experience with osteo and it was amazing! Much more gentle than a deep tissue massage or the volatility of a chiropractor adjustment and just as effective if not more! She was also able to remove a pain from my ovary that i didn’t even know that’s where the pain was coming from. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Posting as S. Stack - my first visit to Jenny was in hopes of helping with my osteonecrosis pain. I had incredible results with my mobility and pain management after only one visit. I will continue this treatment in hopes these fantastic results will continue to make life much more enjoyable. Second hip replacement is in the future.

Jenny takes a holistic approach, and assesses your entire body to not only treat your current aches, but also work on preventative approaches. She is very skilled at her craft, and can easily find the root cause, listening to your body as she works and adjusting accordingly. She also makes sure to assess you for every appointment and creates her treatment plan accordingly. I am very sad to have moved away from Saskatoon and find another therapist. I can’t recommend Jenny enough.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Jenny after many many attempts at solving my problems with debilitating headaches using massage and chiro. After a few myofascial appointments, my headaches improved significantly, something other massage therapists/chiros were unable to help me with previously. Jenny does amazing work and I highly recommend her.

She is extremely knowledgeable and is constantly learning more to be the best in her field. Although she is now a trained Osteo, I still go to her for my once a month massages. Fantastic experience: One day out of nowhere, I began suffering from pulsating tinnitus. It came on around the same time I caught Covid, but even after I got over Covid, the pulsating tinnitus remained. I did some research and learned that craniosacral could help alleviate the issue, so I booked in with Jenny. I had seen her before for regular osteo treatments and she was great, so I knew even if it didn't help, it would be a nice treatment. Jenny's pretty busy and by the time I got to see her, the pulsating tinnitus had improved a little on it's own, but was definitely still there. Anyone who's had pulsating tinnitus knows how annoying it is. After the first cranial treatment, the tinnitus was completely gone! Like magic! Thanks Jenny!

Fantastic experience: Jen is intuitive, educational and is a very skilled manual therapist. The first osteo treatment I got I could not believe how straight my hips were! She is extremely tied into the mind-body connection and the root causes of pain in the body and has helped me uncover and address some of the emotional and neurological reasons I am not moving well and I am in pain. She is not afraid to give nudges or identify ways you can heal yourself or suggest new treatments modalities- i.e. she recently made me understand how my visceral fascia was impeding healing. Those releases helped me move through deep painful dysfunction at the hips to being ready to resume exercise therapy.

She has helped me to reduce my day to day pain. i love oseto treatments as we work on my pain issues with different modalities. I highly recommend for people with pain issues!

She respects clients’ knowledge of their own bodies, and is able to shift plans mid-session when a body calls for that. I’ve had three sessions with her now, and from them and following her suggestions for things to do at home, I’ve gotten relief from hip, lower back, and sciatic pain and discomfort from tight neck muscles.
