Fantastic experience: Highly recommended

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They demanded payment for services my child never received. When I refused to pay, they removed my entire family from their service. Be careful. I do not recommend them!!!

Negative experience: Canceled all remaining appointments. Long time customer that has gotten busy and had to move appointments and they want to charge me for a missed appointment.

Fantastic experience: We've had such a wonderful experience at Confederation Chiropractic Clinic in Saskatoon. Dr. Alison (Chiropractor) and Dr. Minsoo (Acupuncturist) are both incredibly skilled, compassionate, and genuinely caring practitioners. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Alison’s chiropractic treatments have done wonders for relieving our body pains and improving our mobility. She listens attentively and tailors each session to what we need most. Meanwhile, Dr. Minsoo’s acupuncture sessions are calming, effective, and have brought so much relief. His gentle and knowledgeable approach makes every visit a relaxing experience. We’re truly grateful to have found such a dedicated team. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality care and lasting relief!

Negative experience: I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Roger Kiva for back issues I was facing. He instructed me to get x-rays done in which he then instilled fear into me and said not to use my back. He proceeded to adjust one side of my body. A month in when I wasn’t seeing any results I requested the write up from my x-rays from the technician in which it stated my spine was healthy. Be careful with the doctor and very aware. Shady guy who’s money hungry.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr.Kiva for 12 or so years on and off, amazing guy. I've also had a great experience with the other staff when Dr.Kiva's schedule is too full. I bring my 3 year old here as well to make sure everything in his development is going well.

Negative experience: I came in today with the expectation to get my back adjusted, as you'd normally expect from a chiropractic clinic. The chiropractor refused to adjust my back or ANY part of my body, but was fine with charging me $60. Go somewhere else if you want to get adjusted.

Then I added on Massage Therapy with Wynand Kemp, a friendly RMT, who always leaves me feeling relaxed after I see him. Most recently I began to have accupuncture treatments with Minsoo Kim. Minsoo is great at his work and has made a huge difference to me. I am so pleased to have the skilled people at Confederation Chiropractic keeping me healthy.

Fantastic experience: The first time I saw Dr. Rak , I had many issues with my back. I was unable to sit, stand and walk without pain. I was sent for xrays before any treatment. The next day we decided on a treatment plan for my back and psoas( who knew). We knew it would take months if not years to feel better. With Dr. Rak's patience and time, I made gains, he set me up with stretching and strengthening programs. It took time with alot of patience and persistence with Dr. Rak's knowledge and caring. I am and have been on the maintenance program for quite a while. Thank you for being there for me. Linda B

Fantastic experience: The level of care that I have recieved from Dr. Briere has been beyond excellent. The first time I showed up to the clinic I could barely stand up straight let a lone walk without being in pain. They sent me for x-rays so they could better understand what was going before they made any adjustments. This is the first time a Chiropractor has even done this for me, I have been to plenty of different ones when I lived in Calgary and I have to say that Dr. Briere blows them all out of the water with how much she cares and the level of care she takes when making adjustments to your body. Dr. Briere takes the time to make sure that I understand what my body is doing and how we go about correcting it, she makes sure that I am comfortable with any adjustment before she does it. She takes the time to follow up and always has a plan. I have never seen a doctor treat their patients like this and I would recommend anyone in the Saskatoon area consider using her as your Chiropractor. I have also been seeing Minsoo Kim for acupuncture at the same clinic and his level of care is amazing as well. The combination of both Dr. Briere and Minsoo is one of the best one-two punches I have had when it comes to getting my body healed and me back to living a pain free life. Confederation Chiropractic clinic is one of the best I have been to in my life and all of the staff are friendly and amazing.

Fantastic experience: My whole family goes to the Chiropractor and massage therapist at this clinic. They are fenomenal! Including my 13 y old and 6 year old. Yeah I trust them that much! The ladies at the front are on top of schedules, booking, reminders and such. Beautiful, modern and clean atmosphere. Always go back.

Negative experience: High tech with low quality service. They issue customers a fob to sign in when you arrive and scan when you enter a treatment room, which will automatically bring up your file. Convenient for them, but the chiropractor spends as little time as possible with you. They will always recommend that you require a number of treatments at $50 for 5 min or less. I feel ripped off when I leave. I have found a new Chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Minsoo Kim... acupuncture is the only treatment for my condition. Massage, chiro, and physio did little to correct the issue, but Minsoo's knowledge allowed him to quickly diagnose and begin a course of progressive therapy. There has been significant improvement in just 2 treatments. I was referred, and would refer him to all.

Negative experience: I was a client here with Dr.Dean for 15+ years. He has helped me with lots over the years and I had never been to any other chiropractor and would always recommend him to everyone. But in the last couple years that has changed. This place has lost its way. It has become all about squeezing out every dollar possible. Trying to get you done as quick as possible resulting in them only doing half the work on you. Feels like he doesn’t actually listen to what’s bothering you but rather just try’s to do the same cracks every time and moves onto the next person as quick as possible. He hurt my mom not once but TWICE in his last appointments with her after she told him not to crack a certain area. He proceeded to do it anyways at both appointments!! Never felt like I was getting worked on completely every time I went. Finally decided to give a different chiropractor a try (Stonebridge Chiro) and got a much better experience, actually feeling satisfied after my appointment which is something I haven’t felt in years since. I recommend Stonebridge Chiropractic instead much better there.

Negative experience: I'VE BEEN A CLIENT TO THIS COMPANY FOR 12 YEARS AND EVERYONE IS VERY APPROACHABLE. DR. RAK HAS BEEN SO AMAZING AND EASY TO TALK WITH. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE UP UNTIL NOW TO THIS COMPANY IS IT IS VERY INCONVENIENT TO MAKE CLAIMS BECAUSE THEY DON'T AUTO-CLAIM UP FRONT. CUSTOMERS HAVE TO ASK A RECEIPT AND GO ONLINE TO MAKE CLAIMS. OTHER SMALLER COMPANIES LOOK AFTER FOR THEIR COSTUMERS IN REGARDS TO THEIR CLAIMS. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO THIS BECAUSE THIS IS TOO HASSLE FOR US COSTUMERS IN CLAIMING ONLINE.SOMETIMES WE LOOSE OUR RECEIPTS OR EVEN FORGET TO MAKE A CLAIM. IT'S AS IF, " WE ALREADY GOT YOUR MONEY ANYWAYS, WHY BOTHER ON YOUR PART"! THEY ARE JUST TOO LAZY TO DO EXTRA WORK FOR THEIR CLIENTS! THAT IS WHY IT'S A 2 STAR FOR ME.

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for almost 10 years. My Chiropractor Dr. Dean is renowned throughout Saskatoon and most caregivers (me including) will only go to him and no one else.

Positive experience: I have been going to confed chiro for about 15yrs. The one thing that is pulling me away from giving a better rating is that they do not do direct billing. I have since followed an acupuncturist an massage therapist elsewhere because of this. I've been asked about where I go for chiro (Dr. Rak is great) and 95% of the people I tried to send confed chiros way have not gone there due to NO DIRECT BILLING!

Each explain what they are doing, put you at ease, and provide relief for sore back, legs, wrists, shoulders, etc. Some days it seems they perform miracles. Their staff are also awesome. My family also use them and have same experience.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic! I started attending during the pandemic & felt both safe & listened too. The front desk is efficient and a friendly group of administrators. You eventually get a Fob key to make sure that things move quickly. I see Dr. B and I have nothing but good words to say about her. I haven’t seen anyone else yet, but am looking forward to booking a massage. My negatives are that they don’t direct bull to your insurance, but that’s not the end of the world. It’s on the far Westside, and I honestly don’t mind driving from the Eastside, once you get to Circle it’s just a matter of minutes till your there.

And tell you to come back each time and have just one thing done, like crack your toes, okay that’s it for today come back tomorrow will crack you neck next, like…. With all do respect did not like the experience one bit

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this clinic for about a little over a year now and after every visit I'm always feeling better than when I first go in for my chiropractic appointments. Service with Dr. Brier has always been a great experience, always polite, friendly and will accomodate treatments to suit your needs and will do a little extra when you ask if it is doable. The clinic itself is very atmospheric, and has an interesting system where you sign in with cards or keychains which stores your personal info so you can actually see all the notes on your treatment right on screen. If you lose them though it will cost you, same with late appoint. ments or not rescheduling within 24 hours. Would I reccomend this place? Abso freaking loutely. Although if you're terrible with having things come up last minute or have a crazy schedule I would be mindful about setting you appointments up as this can be costly.

Fantastic experience: I (and my entire family) have been clients at confederation chiro (Dr. Dean Potapinski) for 20 years. I can't say enough about the care that Dr. Dean and the staff have given to myself and my family. Approx 10 years ago my son Dylan got sick. 2 different medi clinics and emergency misdiagnosed him. Dr. Dean encouraged us to take him back to the hospital (different one). Turned out he had pneumonia that required emergency surgery (they drained 4 liters of fluid from his lung). I truly believe Dr. Dean saved his life. Then 5 years ago I had a rare spinal stroke (that's always been fatal). I went from paralysis from the neck down to paralysis from my chest to my hips. My nerve pain is unbearable some days. Dr. Dean always gets me in immediately and always goes above and beyond. He and his staff are truly caring people. My family is incredibly grateful. ❤❤❤

Fantastic experience: I went to see Rhoda, one of the massage therapists there. She made me feel comfortable and open to receive treatment . She wore protective gear and worked on me all the while talking with me ways to improve my pain management for my nerve issues. She also is super friendly, and has a great caring vibe!

Fantastic experience: Everything here runs like a well oilled machine. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for an appointment. The girls at the front desk are all very friendly and explain exactly what needs to be done before or after you see a chiropractor. The actual doctor I see is great. During my first visit he listened to everything I had to say and checked out all the areas I had problems with. He sent me to get tests done right away so we could confirm together what was wrong. I've only been there for about a month but I'm already constantly feeling much better day to day.

Positive experience: DO NOT SEE DR. RAK. I could have sued for malpractice for adjusting me with a fractured rib and improper orthopedic testing. Also, I am an RMT and refer my clients to Dr. Dean. The front staff have been booking my clients with Dr. Rak and my patients are complaining to me and getting angry about it because the front staff doesn't listen to patients and book them in with Dr. Rak anyway.

Fantastic experience: After a long period of back pain, shoulder and arm pain I decided to see my wifes' chiropractor Dr. Kiva. In about 3 weeks I could feel things coming around. I am now once a month for maintenance and feel a million times better. I highly recommend Dr. Kiva.
