Fantastic experience: We are long time clients, and actually followed Lindsay and Janine when they opened Foundation (chiro patients of J & L for over 25 years!). We cannot say enough good things about this place—from the chiropractors, front staff and massage therapists, to the cleanliness of the premises, to the care and treatment of the clients—they do it all well and consistently. We were cared for through pregnancy, treatments for mother & newborn and now teen kid! and the high level of service and commitment to quality has never wavered. We’ll be here until they close (hopefully never!).

She is so kind and caring, and able to tailor her massage to meet my needs each and every time. She is very strong and skilled at her practice. Fantastic experience: Came in with lower back pain and tail bone issues. Got checked out and fixed up right away. Very great work. They were able to figure out what issues I had and how I can fix them. Very kind and caring staff. I highly suggest going to get the tuneup we all need and deserve.

Positive experience: Chrio Dr Lindsey is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I felt as tho some treatments were a bit too quick and didnt feel any difference to my back. I would give reception a 1/5 with how unprofessional they treated billing. they had called me 2 months after my last appt telling me they had charged me incorrectly and that they cleared it up and I had nothing to worry about. Fast forward 7 months after my last appt they call me again stating that i owed them money for the appt even after i paid and have proof of payment. I find this very unprofessional after they already had called me about this matter, now 7 months later theyre still calling me and asking me for payment? not my fault or my problem and way too late to try and hound me for payment for THEIR mess up. wont be back as I would like to trust that I wont be bothered continually to pay more money for a service i already paid for half a year ago. UPDATE: they called me AGAIN about this exact situation today and I had to tell them again that this was supposed be to dealt with a longgggg time ago. I have provided proof of payment and I will not be overpaying. This is so beyond frustrating and unprofessional I have never been so disappointed in a clinic I will not be recommending this place to anyone stay away admin staff couldn’t be more unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here. The staff are organized and kind. The doctors make me feel welcome and even though they are always running, I never feel like an inconvenience. Ive been going to Dr. Lindsay for a few years now and she is fabulous; kind, funny, efficient and emotionally attuned. I have also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Ali, Dr. Hanne and Dr. Janine and they are equally as sweet. I also see Carmen for massages, she is lovely but is tough to get into alot of the time.

Fantastic experience: Janine at Foundations was the only professional who was able to help reduce my pain enough to walk again after decades of agony from broken bones that weren’t properly set and extensive muscle, organ and spine damage from being hit by a truck as a child. My son, who was developing scoliosis as he grew and suffering from chronic back pain required only 5 visits in one year to have his spine straightened and has never had issues since. The atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly and they explain everything making it so that even nervous children are comfortable with treatment.

I gave had referrals to professionals both inside and outside the clinic. I cannot sing the praises of this group of people enough!! I love the staff and the space. Negative experience: If you are looking for a quick adjustment or a simple massage then this place is fine. You will be shuttled in rooms briefly seeing the chiropractor and without creating a good repor. Always talk to your family doctor and physiotherapist. I came in with back pain and was miss diagnosed where I should have never been adjusted in my lower back. I slowly started getting worse but the chiropractor never did fully accessed me again. She would only look at me briefly in a 15 min appointment. Then my condition got really bad with weakness in my legs, burning pain, clonus, and loss of sensation. I was again misdiagnosed with a herniated disc once again in a 15 minute appointment. No follow up X-rays or blood work though I have had a blood clot in the past and diabetes in the family. No suggestion to seek out other medical help. It wasn't until a month later when my symptoms didn't get better did I look into seeking other help. No one agreed with a herniated disc and more indepth tests were done and tests were finally ordered thankfully. The chiropractor still chose to think it was a herniated disc but later informed me not to come back until I could do back extension without pain. Funny story I won't be able to do that now as I have instable lower back. Also I found out by my new chiropractor that they can give treatment that is not just adjustments but need to take the time and learn the other techniques. I don't think this place knows those techniques so if you need other treatment seek another place. That also doesn't assume they know everything about sports. Sadly my past chiropracter here had an incorrect veiw on spring board diving. Also I had a complaint about a massage therapist and they never got back to me about this as a follow up. Very dissapointed. 1 star for the front desk, they were always nice to me.

Fantastic experience: I had a massage from Micheal and it was just awesome! I’ve had other massage therapist that dig into the muscles to the point of serious pain. Micheal explained that if you tense up from the pain then they’re pushing too hard. He was gentle but effective. I also appreciated that He let me relax and be massaged in a comfortable silence without having to hold a conversation. I was really grateful for that. Best massage ever!

Fantastic experience: By far my favorite chiro/massage clinic in the city. The staff are incredibly professional and the doctors/therapists all know what they're doing very well. I've never left there unhappy or feeling worse than when I went in. The chiropractors use a hydraulic table to do their treatments so it's much more gentle and eliminates the fear of them causing harm to your body, which is usually the reason people dont see a chiropractor. The massage therapists are phenomenal as well, all being very knowledgeable and using the perfect amount of pressure for your needs. Ash was the one that I saw and he is perfect for everyone, as he can either be very gentle or extremely deep for anyone with sports injuries or anything similar. 10/10 on this place. You cant live in saskatoon and not check them out at least once! Couldnt recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lindsay is Fantastic. I especially like their Chiro tables, it's a lot less physical manoeuvres from the chiropractor themselves and feels less awkward. I always feel great coming out of there!

Negative experience: Never been was nervous to begin with and in the end I won't be back. Two minutes for xrays and assessment and 45 minutes waiting only to have a 2 minute adjustment. Not impressed
