My first appointment date I had to change but I was able to call and rebook for later in the week. The receptionist was friendly, accommodating, and even provided a tour of the clinic. I seen Dr. Stephanie Will, she was very thorough and helpful; she checks in to make sure you are comfortable and getting the care you need. Overall a great experience and will be returning.

Negative experience: Massage therapist was a no show . I booked a 90 min appointment for Saturday morning. It was my first time booking there so I went early. When I arrived, the doors to get into the main building were locked. I waited for 15 minutes then called- there was no answer so I left a detailed message. I waited another 15 minutes and no one ever showed up, I also called a second time. All lights in the office were off the entire time. I was sitting in my vehicle facing the doors- I was the only person in the entire empty parking lot- watching for any body to show up and no one did.

Fantastic experience: I only have good things to say about the clinic, from the moment you walk in until the end of my appointment. The receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Matai is my actual Chiro, but both Dr. Dan and Dr. Matai are excellents. For massage I usually go with Kristin, but when she is away, I book with Vic, that is also lovely excellent massagesl therapist. Physio Scott is excellent, he knows how to help you any time you need a physiotherapist. He listens and understands your needs and help you with excellence. Very helpful with migraines too! Erin is the best acupuncturist I have ever been to. Thanks to her I found out about some health issues I was having and convencional doctors couldn't find it and now I'm healed. I've been treated very well in the past 5 years.

Dealing with wcb, and returning to work, they are both quite knowledgeable and helpful on the processes, stages and options available. We have discussed with clear detailed communication of how the body heals and why injuries may become delayed at times.
