Fantastic experience: I have been going to Thrive for a few months now and I totally love it there. The front office staff always welcome you with a smile and I like the fact that they have a small play area for kids. One time I had to bring my kids along and they had fun playing while I was having my massage done. Britney is my Massage Therapist, and she is amazing. I like the fact that she knows me by name and welcomes me that way every time I come in for a session. She understands my problem areas and I always leave her table feeling more relaxed and better. I always look forward to my next appointments there ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kumar is so lovely. She was an absolute life saver during my last pregnancy. We continue receiving great care and she is amazing with my children as well. I even had some back issues that a doctor wrote off as nothing and Dr. Kumar listened and sent me for a simple exam which led me to a diagnosis. I can’t explain how much I appreciate her taking a couple extra minutes to just listen and hear me. The staff is always super friendly and great with my children as well! My children look forward to going to appointments.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Maria Brockman at Thrive Chiropractic! Since regularly seeing her, I have been relieved of TMJ and neck issues. Her adjustments have improved my health and her demeanour and professionalism make going to regular Chiropractic not only important, but also enjoyable! Thank-you, Dr Brockman.

Negative experience: I initially liked this place because it is close to my house and has a nice atmosphere. After a couple of appointments, I will not be coming back, and I recommend you read this before going here. My issues with this clinic have absoutely nothing to do with the friendly staff, and especially Dr. Brockman, who is very knowledgeable, personal, and friendly. My chiropractor appointment has never began on time. Usually a couple of minutes late, but usually 10 - 15 minutes pass before I get to see the chiropractor. Recently I booked an appointment for 8am, and waited 15 minutes (my appointment length) before I walked to the front desk to tell them I had to leave. Dr. Brockman followed up with me on this, saying that the previous client had an emergency. No problem, stuff happens. She even tried to accomodate me later in the day, which I really appreciated, but was unable to accomodate. They called me again today to follow up, and I asked them if they double-book appointments because my appointment is never on time. The receptionist informed me that they don't. I asked why, at my 8am appointment, I arrived at the same time as the other client who saw the chiropractor during the time that I was supposed to. She informed me that they book 3 clients into a 15 minute window, so the chiropractor can see each one for about 3 - 4 minutes. How can you expect a quality appointment in this short amount of time? When does she have time to write notes or give you exercises? Once again, this has nothing to do with Dr. Brockman, she has always been great at thoroughly assessing me, adjusting me, and coming up with stretches for me to do. I don't think I have had appointments with her that have lasted 3 - 4 minutes, they are usually longer. How can you expect a person to provide the excellent quality of care she does in such a short time frame? No wonder my appointments don't start on time, she is busting her ass trying to provide the best quality care to her patients with no time to do it. Props to her for never making me feel rushed. I spoke with the receptionist, who was very wiling to listen to my concerns and even offered to make a note in my file so I could always have my appointment on time. I really appreciate that she was trying to make accomodations on my behalf. In the other chiropactor clinics I have been to, the shortest appointment time is 15 minutes, and each minute is dedicated to the client, not split up among 3 people. I would much rather my insurance cover a full, 15 minute appointment, rather than a 3 - 4 minute one. This was also not conveyed to me during any of my visits, so instead of informing me why my appointment is never on time, I am left wondering when I will get to see the chiropractor. What is the point of booking a specific time to see the chiropractor, when you won't actually see her until your appointment is halfway through or should have ended. I have work and other plans already in place, that is why I chose that specific time! I seriously wonder how they keep clients if they choose to run a business like this. My concerns don't stop there. I thought this place had just opened, I think it has been over a year, but I could be wrong. Why is direct billing not set up? Also, when I initially booked, I was sent the wrong intake form, and kept getting emails for another client. I informed them of this, and it happened again the next day. Hasn't happened again since. I understand mistakes happen, and this is more of a nuisance than a red flag, but if they are dealing with private patient health records, there is no room for mistakes. TLDR: Dr. Brockman is excellent, the staff is excellent and was great at handling my concerns and coming up with solutions, but administrative mistakes make me lose faith in my healthcare records being handled properly, and triple-booking appointments means you don't get your money's worth (or insurance coverage), and appointments won't start or end on time.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr.Brockman enough. She’s very knowledgeable and has a clear passion for what she does treating you with the utmost care. She knows the perfect approach to any pain or pulling I’m having, and I feel a million times better since regularly seeing her. She’s not only an amazing chiropractor but also a joy to be around with her kindness and humour. My appointment is definitely a highlight of my week, I’m glad I found Dr.Brockman and I won’t be going anywhere else!

Take your minis as well. My daughter has been going for adjustments since she was born and what a turn around in her overall well-being and happiness! Fantastic experience: We started seen Dr Lucas summer 2024 when we moved from another province. We really liked our previous Chiropractor and we though would be hard to find someone that would meet our family needs the same way. Luckily we were wrong and Dr Lucas was a perfect match for our family. She is personable and with a great personality and give us full attention at all times. She is also very skilled when it comes to our adjustments. Every adjustment I had was right on the spot and with the right amount of power - not too much and not to little - at the same time my wife has a different body composition, as well as my kids, and she is able to match the range of adjustment accordingly. I think this is very impressive, specially when it is well done! The staff is very friendly and helpful with bookings and all questions we have, they keep the place clean and in order bringing us some joy with the season decorations. Our kids also love to go there for the adjustments and play with the toys and activities available when waiting for their turn. My family and I are having a great experience with Thrive Family Chiropractic and Wellness.

Fantastic experience: As of writing this review I have been a paitient at Thrive Family Chiropractic & Wellness for 4 years now, having various injuries treated and will continue to be going there for the considerable future for all my chiro needs. Every single one of the staff at Thrive are so friendly, kind and professional. You are always greated and immediately feel welcomed when walking in the door. Every part of their facility from waiting room to each individualized treatment room is organized very clean. The waiting area features large comfy benches but you never have to wait long. I have been fortunate enough to have both Dr. Arti and Dr. Kayla provide my treatments over the years. They both are engaging, very upbeat and absolutely brimming with feel good energy but they also show considerable care, compassion and paitience. I trust them both, without question. Do you sit like a goblin at your desk for 8-14 hours a day? Do you sleep in an unatural contorded postion while in bed but then also like to randomly fall asleep on a couch that is too short for you?Did you absolutely wreck your jaw during a 5 year stint as a competative eater? Ever mess your back up from falling down a 2nd floor flight of stairs running to answer the door for a pizza? They will take care of you! Dr. Arti and Dr. Kayla have both taught me that the body works at its best when everything is running in harmony. The muscular skeletal system is a huge part of that harmony and when something out place it impacts the whole body. I highly recommend Thrive Family Chiropractic & Wellness.

Not only is she super passionate about what she does, she is also extremely kind-hearted, thorough with exams, and always happy to address any questions and concerns you may have during your appointment. I appreciate the variety and convenience of having supplements available at the clinic for purchase. I have seen huge improvements with my back posture and headaches since visiting her clinic. Fantastic experience: I have been going to physio for issues in both shoulders for most of this year. About 6 wks ago, my physiotherapist suggested that I add in massage, to speed my recovery along. I feel so fortunate to have found Tanisha Taylor! She is very knowledgeable, a good listener and very professional! She is gentle, but is not afraid to get into the areas that need the most help. She has helped my recovery immensely, and I highly recommend her!!!

She is open to and has some great information to share on alternative and energy healing while still maintaining a very scientific and hands-on approach. She is down to earth and knowledgeable and makes the information she is sharing palatable. She has truly gone above and beyond in so many ways to help me feel as good as I possibly can in my body. Wellness and healing is something you can strive towards and the care is continually evaluated and adjusted. Book your assessment!!!! Dr. Kumar takes a holistic approach to chiropractic care. She really dug deep into my habits, diet, exercise routine and all aspects of movement. She recommended changes in almost all areas, some slight, others significant and the improvements have been amazing.
