Fantastic experience: I have now been going to E3 for over a year and i recommend them to everyone i know. I had tried a few chiropractors prior to coming here and the standard of care at this clinic is significant compared to my other experiences. The front desk staff are lovely and make a strong effort to remember the clients and make personal connections. My dr is always professional and shows a deep level of care. I have found their systems to be proven successful with their unique approach to proper treatment. The at home exercises provided have really helped me long term and now my appointments can be scheduled further out. I appreciate that the staff call me to check in and rebook my appointments- it works great with my busy schedule. It is more expensive than the other clinics i’ve attended, but i have found the level of care i receive is worth every penny. You pay for what you get. They also direct bill which is a bonus! If you’re skeptical about chiropractors or looking for a new approach, i suggest you give these guys a chance!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gryba and his staff are amazing. I have been visiting E3 for almost 4 years for massage, the odd adjustment and dry needling. I have a chronic issue that has been surfacing on and off for approximately 8 years. I started seeing Dr Gryba for this issue around 9 months ago. He was the first (and only) care provider who said he could heal the issue and provided me with a care plan. I have followed his instructions and remained dedicated to my treatment. I am now able to do things I never thought I would have the ability to do again! I am in his aftercare program. He completed and assessment, and he provides me with tailored workouts. Fantastic experience: As a masters athlete, I must pay particular attention to aches and pains, and subtle cues my brain gives me during certain movements. Dr. Gryba and his team figure out why those pains and signals are happening, and come up with an individualized plan to address them. This has been instrumental for me to keep myself in the game, and erased some lingering long term strength and joint imbalances. I couldn’t even throw a football at the beginning of our sessions but by the end my shoulder strength and mobility had improved more than what it was before my injury. Fantastic experience: Dr Gryba is great! He knows his stuff and offers helpful exercises and treatment. He’s got a great sense of humour and relates well with his clients. I’m very grateful for the help I received with my Achilles problems last summer, which stemmed from my lower back. Something that he diagnosed. Fantastic experience: I have never met as someone as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Gryba is. As someone who has been to many different chiropractors in my life, I can truly say the level of care you receive at E3 is the best you will ever experience. He was able to diagnose a problem that I have had for three years within 10 minutes and provided a treatment that healed it in less than 24hrs. Dr. Gryba will actively listen to you and builds a connection with you from the first appointment. I have never once felt dismissed with my concerns brought to him and despite my history with stress and anxiety, his initial diagnosis to my chronic issues were not those things. Fantastic experience: Dr. Zach Richardson has taken his time to go over and explain how to help me alleviate my discomfort with my lower back pain and abdominal spasms. In a short amount of time I am already feeling more confident in my movements in the gym and was able to get through a challenging Abdominal workout without spasms stopping me in my tracks. I never knew just how important it is to learn how to properly breathe while working out and lifting weights. It’s definitely been a very positive experience for me coming here. Dr.Richardson is knowledgeable and caring. I like that he treats my pain first and then also gives exercises for me to do at home to work towards being pain free.

Fantastic experience: I sought out Dr. Gryba when I was having severe foot pain and couldn’t bear standing for more than 30 minutes at a time. Since starting to see him, my foot pain has completely resolved! The best part is that he doesn’t offer “quick fixes” - he has taught me how to maintain my body and how to keep it from breaking down! He is the only chiropractor I will see now. He isn’t the typical chiropractor who says “see me 3 times a week for a 3 minute appointment while I adjust you”. Would give more than five stars if I could!!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Dr. Richardson for several months now, rehabbing several injuries and imbalances. Dr. Richardson and E3 have taken the time to speak with me on my short, and long-term goals, to provide a care-plan that benefits me for years to come.

Negative experience: Terrible place. They charge you more than other places with lower quality of service. Most of the time I went there, Dr gave me the exercises instead of examine my issue properly. The exercises you can find online by easy search on the interet. I charged for $135 without Dr look at the issue I mentioned several times during visit. I always went there with pain and exit with same pain. Alwats shucked with the service and fee. I went there because it is close to my place, but I think a little bit of more driving is better than pay too much for low quality of service. High amount of fee for something that doesnot make sense. For three month gap they charge you like a new patient without telling you in advance. They say it is in our web site, but they think patient has time to go through website. Patient needs to be treated faily, and piece of mind.If patient need to go there, and always has stress for low quality of service and high fee. Doesnot make sense. I just reply your comment here. How I was rude before after and meantime. You were rude and quality of your service not match with your fee. I hope you and your staff learn some ethic and customer service and treat customer fair. Please donot hide your low quality service and acuse me. I booked for 20 minute, and you should let me know in advance that I have to pay $135 for very low quality service. I came with pain I left with same pain and headache from very bad service and high price from you. At least match your price with your service. If I knew I have to pay $135 never come for this service that even you didnot look at exact pain I described. I wish I would have never google your clinic and come there to get rude behaviour from you, and your staff and get headach. You donot need to say I am not allowed to come there. I would never come to this palce again that did nothing for my pain and was rude. I took time off from work, and paid to look ater pain. No pain resolved, got headache as well and received rude behaviour from you and your staff. Now instead of applogizing, and correct customer service accusing me

Negative experience: It was an ambush! Nov 4 i dropped in at 6:30 pm to try and book an appointment for my daughter. i had a conversation with one of their staff about her injury and the receptionist said she will put me on waiting list. Next day nov 5 they text me with availability for 2 pm and that i need to fill a form first , i agreed.nov 6 morning i needed to cancel so i didnt fill the form and emailed for cancellation..and even i haven’t even filled the form ,they charge me for 87 cad knowing that there was no room for 48 hrs from the time of booking to cancellation, there were only less than 24 hrs..completely unfair and would say alot about how they do business, marketing and customer service.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr. Gryba at E3 Clinic with some chronic shoulder and lower back pain. I knew the pain was related to various injuries sustained through sports and the gym. I have had various treatments over the years but with very little success. Thankfully, through Dr. Gryba's wholisitc approach we were able to pin point the actual cause of my pain and work on a solution to correct the root cause and not a bandaid fix. After 8 short weeks I am largely pain free and now have a program to help keep it that way. Highly recommend checking out the clinic and their different approach.

Fantastic experience: I only had one consultation with Dr Gryba, but it was a life changing experience! I suffered from pregnancy induced and postpartum back pains that were debilitating, which made it a challenge to take care of my baby. Dr Gryba did a thorough examination of my back and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He also took great precautions when handling my back, as he did not want to disturb my postpartum healing. He was very informative and educated me about the underlying reasons behind my back pains. He gave me an exercise technique that completely resolved the problem. I was finally pain free and able to continue with my normal life. I am very thankful for my visit with him. Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from severe pain around my tailbone daily for over two years. I had a medical doctor and two chiropractors basically tell me there was nothing that could be done and I’d have to live with it for the rest of my life. I had my first appointment with Dr K Gryba and walked out pain free for the first time in over two years. I was almost in tears I was so happy. He took the time to listen to me and I felt heard for the first time in a long time. Instead of simply brushing me off like everyone else had, he made a (very successful) attempt to actually fix my problem. Before going to see him I could not sit down for more than a few minutes without being in pain. He has improved my quality of life immensely and I am very grateful. Fantastic experience: A workplace injury landed me with extreme low back pain, surgery, and years of rehabilitation. I’ve been to a variety of clinics and professionals over the years, but E3's unique skill set and 1-1 approach gave me the treatment, attention, and results I feel deserve. I haven't had this level of care from any other clinic. The thing that sets E3 apart is they gave me my own folder with a document outlining my injury, and what I could expect from the clinic. I appreciate that we mix hands on manipulation and strength training together, I finally feel like I’m seeing improvement while also building my confidence in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great people who know what they are doing. I came in in November of last year with what I thought was a neck Crack fix, only to find out I had 3 compressed disc's in the cevical spine. Dr. Shawn helped me go from almost complete immobilization to almost back to normal. I expected them to be like a typical chiro where you go in get cracked and come back weekly. Instead Shawn looked deeper into the issue than I expected and made the right moves in order to restore my health. Manipulating nerves and muscles as well as bones. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone with pain issues l both chronic or acute.

His treatment was very different from other chiropractors I've been to. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kurtis Gryba provided support at the CrossFit 306 3 on 3 Throwdown CrossFit competition and I sought out his help for a really problematic calf issue post workout. He was really helpful by providing stretches, pressure pointing/massage, cup application and all kinds of other magical stuff that ultimately helped to fix my pain. I’d see him again!

L He’s great to chat with, gives manageable work to do at home, and works wonders on relieving my muscle strains. Fantastic experience: Nick Allard at E3 is an outstanding physiotherapist! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of his practice and each time I visit him he is very thorough. For example, today he did a full assessment on my knee and treatments for my knee including: dry needling, cupping, and massage. On top of that he showed me how to correct some of my movements while working out as well as stretches to help loosen some of my tight muscles causing my pain. I can’t say enough about how great all my experiences with Nick have been. The front desk staff has always been lovely. Five stars all around!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with neck pain for years. During my first appointment with Dr. Gryba he spent time with me going over my pain, explained what was going on and we set some goals of where I hoped to be. The second appointment, he has prepared a plan for me and again explained in detail what was going on. I had been seeing people for years about my neck and never had been talked to about some of this stuff. Needless to say, my neck pain is pretty much resolved for the first time in years with the treatment plan and exercises Dr. Gryba provided. I’ve never received the level of care and attention as what Dr. Briant provided on my very first appointment. He relieved serious back pain in just one treatment. He even drew me a diagram and explained to me exactly why I was hurting and gave me exercises to not only help fix the problem faster but something to relieve pain if I had some serious flare ups. He wasn’t pushing to get me to come back there times a week, just wanted to help me fix my problem in the best/fastest way possible. Fantastic experience: E3 Chiropractic is a great welcoming place to get your treatments done. They offer a one-stop service from Chiropractic care, massage and even physio. Their chiropractors are great, giving you the time deserved and letting you know what they are doing when they are doing it and why they are doing it! Such great transparency, they fixed me up in no time with home based exercises to speed up my recovery. I continue to go their routinely know for preventative care. They also helped me with the ailment of my throwing arm in slo-pitch season as well!

Once Dr.Gryba diagnosed the problem, he set out plan to work to recover so I was able to return back to my regular work! Negative experience: Don’t waste money to go there.., they charge you 90 Cad in first session and they won’t do any adjusments, they will just shownyou some exercises from chart and will ask you to do It at home. Then they will ask you to have 3 or 4 appointments so that they can make money from you. The chiropractor i have ever seen who promises for adjusment in next appointment. Stop eating people money.., they work hard to earn this money.., i wish I could give negative remarks
