Fantastic experience: Difficult finding the office as it is located at the bottom of apartments which can be accessed from Winchester or Brock St but faces Brock St. The agent spoke very fast but was patient with all my questions when I fudnt understand. 1st free appointment was about 1 hour long.

Fantastic experience: Big thank you to the staff at Urospot, this has been one of the most life changing event for me from the initial consulation to every session the staff was amazing. Now to the actual procress of sitting on the chair to being educated and learning propper exercise on Pelvic floor 100% success for me. All I can say this is the best money I spent on myself, I would advice anyone who is thinking about it, do it. I look forward in going to vacation and not wondering where is the bathroom.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time or your money. I went last Fall to Whitby Urospot and was told to wait it could take up to 3 months to see the full effect. Well let's say it's been over that now and I can say it didn't work like they said. I am still having issues that they said would go away. They charged $2300 to start which is a lot for something not to even work. Also they make you have to go back for maintenance which costs another $300 each time. I am sorry but that's crazy. Take your money and the 6 hours or more of sitting around and do something better for yourself because to me it didn't work so why take that chance. NEW UPDATE You have to get the maintenance or It's worse!!! I am a equestrian rider anf before having this treatment I had no problems when riding. As of this month I have to stop the urge in the saddle. This means that I should have stayed away from Urospot in the first place because it has become worse then the reason I went. It's a lesson learned, if it is too good to be true.... BUYER BEWARE

Negative experience: So disappointed that this service did not work for me at all. My issues have not even decreased in the least and it cost me a lot of money. I did everything I was told but nothing. They said it could take 4 to 6 weeks for results to show but that time as passed now and still no improvements.

Fantastic experience: Today I had an emotional experience at urospot. My initial consultation was today and the ladies there seem to be wonderfully understanding. I walked in to a very pleasant reception area where I was greeted right away. A very short wait later was escorted to another room for the consultation. While waiting I decided to read the thankyou board which made me cry. Just knowing so many people experience the same embarrassing situations and seeing their gratitude for the progress they're making or have made, just made me very very emotional and hopeful for what could be. I can't wait to start my treatments and I'm sure I will do a follow up review when I'm done. I you too experience the embarrassing oops then I urge you to call UROSPOT, from the reviews I read on their wall and the client I spoke to while waiting, this will change your life for the better. Walking and swimming here I come. Thanks UROSPOT Whitby. UPDATE:sept 18th- here I am. Feeling a little better about myself. I completed my 6 sessions and with some work outside the sessions it has been rewarding. I no longer feel the need to pee every 10 minutes. I actually went on a shopping trip with my husband and was able to make it 4 hours without having to rush to a bathroom, that was exciting. I find the exercises they give u seem to help and with continuous work on the breathing and retraining I will have no problem exceeding my goal. I'm looking forward to swimming in February without worry or shame . Thankyou UROSPOT.

Negative experience: I attended the Whitby location for a consultation and the consultant was surly and rude. She ignored my questions or gave me non-answers. The procedure involves sending electrical waves through the body so I needed answers on the impact to the body. For almost $2500 in service fee I expected a little more courtesy. Obviously I will not be using the service.

Negative experience: I had such high hopes for this treatment. I decided to spend the money and hope for a significant improvement in my symptoms. After completing the 6 sessions, there was some minimal improvement that started to decline pretty quickly at the 6 week mark. I was doing the physio exercises and exercising regularly at the time as well. When I contacted the Physiotherapist about my concerns, no real solutions were offered and I was told to just continue what I was doing, which at this point was obviously not solving the issues. I declined to schedule the maintenance session, because I felt that I couldn't justify spending any more money on the treatment when it didnt seem to work as expected for me. I was definitely disappointed and frustrated to have spent over $2000 to end up back where I started.
