Fantastic experience: I work as a mechanic over 20 years, When i came in i had a tear in one of my shoulder muscles and pain in my left hip Mansi Chaudhary is the physiotherapist that helped me through the physio to the point no pain in my shoulder and my hip is pain free, I feel so much better that I could run a marathon. I do recommend Swift Care Wellness Centre 100% even the front desk receptionist says good morning and remembers your name which is a big plus makes you feel important cause with all the patience that goes through there is amazing. Great staff. Once again I really appreciate Mansi Chaudhary for great work. I will definitely be back if any issues occur.

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic with being confused as to I had a tear or fracture too depressed and immobility was effecting me mentally I was assigned to Heena Mistry , she took care of my leg as an infant and boost me with so much confidence at each visit … she worked very hard with me and I finally was walking on my feet , so thankful for the treatment and services definitely worth it .

Fantastic experience: Swift Care Wellness is a wonderful all around physical health center. Heena is my physical therapy practitioner and has been a key part in my journey to a stronger, healthier body. I have severe scoliosis with a curve of 110 degrees for which I am body braced. I also have degenerative disc disease as well as fibromyalgia. When I first started seeing Heena about three months ago my back was very badly out of alignment and completely unbalanced. Plus, my pain level was high. Heena approached my back issues in a unique way. She addressed my body as a whole and not just my back and that has worked wonders. My health has significantly improved, including decreased pain and tension, and increased strength and mobility. Happily, my posture has also improved. Heena is very knowledgeable, generous and kind. She genuinely cares and has taken great efforts in creating my treatment plan. My treatments regularly include heat and laser therapy as well as some cupping, followed by exercises. I also have been given a series of at-home exercises which I do daily and quite enjoy. It is easy to book appointments. Sarah and Agrani at the front desk are pleasant and extremely helpful. Swift Care Wellness takes insurance and can direct bill. So book an appointment and start feeling better!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Swift care for 3 weeks. I was in terrible pain at the start. The improvement is remarkable . I am very pleased with my progress. Heena Mistry has been very thorough. She has been explaining everything clearly and simply. Best of all is her friendly approach to my care. She is always cheerful and pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have used SwiftCare wellness for sometime now and I must say it’s been wonderful with the staffs (Sarah etc)and my physiotherapist Hemenaa and also my massage therapist Swatii is been amazing.Their first priority is how you should get better not even what you’re paying them .I will recommend them anytime any day .

Fantastic experience: Swift care wellness center specializing in spine & physiotherapy clinic is a center from my personal experience of course, was a massive positive first step for myself after my automobile accident. The staff attended to me with kindness, compassion encouragement. They check to see how I was feeling and they didn't rush me at all. They took there time assessing my physical concerns and gradually composed a plan to help in my recovery to date. I am most impressed with the perfessionalism of the staff starting from the kind and considerate receptionist and especially to my physiotherapist Mansi!!! Her commitment to helping all her patients under her care is indisputable to say the least... Mansi is exactly what every patient would like to come across if they were to unfortunately require a specialist in physiotherapy recovery. Initially, I booked an appointment thinking it was a clinic I had visited years ago, but I quickly realized I was in the right place regardless, Swift Care is exceptionally clean, professional, and welcoming. My therapist, Nadeem, has been outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and truly attentive to his patients’ needs. He remembers every detail about my injuries and stages of recovery, which made me feel supported throughout the process. At each session, he provided clear updates on my progress, giving me confidence and hope in my healing journey. Nadeem also made excellent choices with the tools and equipment used for my recovery, and the results were fantastic. My massage therapist Samantha is the best massage therapist I have been to so far. Her expertise helped my healing journey. Negative experience: I recently visited this massage service and session was with Sorubini Sivalingam. It was left quite disappointed. The session was supposed to be an hour but was cut short at just 50 minutes. Additionally, they didn’t use a hot towel, which I found quite off-putting, and they used a gloves which was irritating. The quality of the massage was lacking, more like gentle rubbing than a genuine therapeutic massage. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I won’t recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a relaxing massage especially with this massage therapist.

Fantastic experience: Discovered this clinic while dropping my wife off next door and figured I'd try getting my back fixed if they had any openings. Fantastic experience: Heena is great and may God bless all that she does! She treated me for a recent serious bout of vertigo. This one was the worst episode ever, the dizziness along with extreme nausea and vomiting tormented me. She is knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. Her service is amazing. I have now become a repeat patient! Kanica is also very helpful and knowledgeable. This clinic deserves 5 stars! It is opened on Saturdays which is a huge bonus, has lots of parking, is on the ground floor which is another bonus, offers many services and is worth checking out. Give them a try you won't regret it!

Today, at SwiftCare Wellness Center, I was treated by Rock Han — and I can honestly say he is the best I’ve ever experienced. His pressure point massage was incredible. He immediately found all my tight spots, pinpointed my problem areas, and worked deep into the muscles to release years of built-up tension. He didn’t just give a massage — he fixed me. My long-term pains, which I’ve had for years, are already feeling so much better and are finally going away. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and can deliver real results, Rock Han is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

She explained the condition in detail, which helped me better understand the cause of my pain and how to manage it. Heena performed both laser therapy and ultrasound treatment, which provided noticeable relief. She also guided me through a tailored set of exercises to reduce the pain and strengthen the muscles around my knee. What I really appreciated was how she also emphasized preventive care to avoid the issue from recurring in the future. Her professional and caring approach made every session comfortable and productive. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments were always on time. Incredibly respectful of privacy: They always knock before entering, the clinic plays calm music in rooms and the practitioners are incredibly friendly and helpful! I’ve been in clinics before where it’s always so noisy, no respect for privacy and the practitioners were always so dismissive/made me feel stupid. It was comforting being able to express how I feel, felt understood and get the right treatment! I feel great. I had Rhucha, who really helped me improve a strain in my shoulder. She helped me with exercises during my visits, directions on what I can do at-home, as well as offered services that she knew would help improve my pain! Sarah, the administrator at the front desk is also SUPER friendly and welcoming. Always love chatting with her. I said after my first visit that I was grateful to have found them! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the staff at Swift Care Wellness Centre-Physiotherapy Oshawa for the warm welcome I recieved for my first spinal therapy session. I never had any such therapy before and was a bit nervous of what to expect. My therapist Dhrani was super friendly , well spoken and completely professional. Dhrani made me feel as comfortable as possible during my proceedures. Dhrani explained the importance of the TENS machine and the Bio Flex Laser machines , also Dhrani suggested several exerises that would increase mobility , flexiblity and decrease pain over time. Dhrani also suggested that I consider a back brace in hopes of furthering my healing, we found one that would fit right and wouldn't cause problems with my abdomen especially with my recent colonectomy surgery . I would recommend anyone in the Oshawa Durham region to look into recieving care here , it feels right already even though this was my very first session.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to the Swift Care Wellness Clinic for couple of months for my severe lower back pain. One reason I chose the clinic was its location though there are few in the area. I am glad I found this clinic for my back pain. I could walk a little and could not sleep because of pain. I was introduced to my physiotherapist Kanica who was extremely kind, caring, good listener and professional. She did Acupuncture and the Bioflex laser treatment to reduce the pain. She is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs, taking the time to explain the benefits of the treatment during the sessions. The sessions were tailored to my specific needs, and her explanations of the treatment plan was always clear and understandable. At a later stage she incorporated exercises into my daily routine and clearly explained the cause of my issues. I have shown great improvement with my lower back pain. My pain significantly decreased, and my mobility improved substantially. At at front desk Agrani Arya is flexible and very cooperative. Thank you for all you’ve done for me. One reason I chose the clinic was its location because it's close to me, and another reason was the positive reviews. I was in extreme pain after finding out for the first time that I have severe DDD (Degenerative Disc Disease) and I made a desperate call to the clinic to see what they can do. On the phone I was introduced to my physiotherapist Kanica who was extremely kind, caring and professional on the phone asking me all the necessary questions. She was so patient with me and answered all my concerns. I was so grateful to the level of kindness and care Kanica showed me. I could barely walk and could not sleep because of pain. As an active person outside of my profession, it was important that I be able to return to the same level of ability, and I can confidently say that 6 months post-surgery, I am well on my way, thanks to the full team at Swift Care Wellness Physiotherapy. From the front office staff, who are exceptionally caring, efficient, and professional, always treating every person with patience and kindness, to the health care staff themselves. Dhvani, my physiotherapist, has been the main reason for my progress; taking the time to know me and my goals, my limitations, and my own mental barriers. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Swift Care Wellness Centre since October due to work injury. Therapist here are really great and understanding. My therapist Dhvani she took me in and she listened all my concerns and really worked for my improvement. The front desk staff Agrani and Sarah are great too. Also I want to mention the Massage Therapist, Bini she is very physically strong and can go really deep in the muscles which releases the pressure and is very helpful.

The Physiotherapist's Kanica , Dhwani , Reecha and Nadia are expertise in treating the injuries and know what's best course of treatment is right for one. Even for braces and splints they do direct billing which makes works more easier. The staff exactly knows the correct way to handle paperwork documents if one is new to this system. The Physio Assistant Arya , She is very friendly and helpful and does her duties precisely. The Massage Therapist Shiwen H. is excellent in her skills and is very thorough with her practice. Overall , it is a must visit place if someone is looking for getting treated in right hands with right place.

Fantastic experience: Always great service, great physiotherapist. I went in with pain in my neck and it started to reduce after 2 visits. I also really enjoy the ultrasound and parafin wax treatment for my thumb and middle knuckles. Helps with my arthritis.
