Negative experience: I’ve been seeing Melissa Shadlock for years and can honestly say she is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended her to many friends over the years because of the exceptional care and professionalism she brings to every session. Unfortunately, I’m writing this review with disappointment due to how the front desk handled a recent appointment. I was told my session would be rescheduled, but that never happened. When I followed up, I was told they had tried to reach me by phone — but there were no missed calls, no voicemails, and no emails. It was clear no actual attempt was made, and being told otherwise felt dishonest and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I’ve sadly made the decision not to return, even though it means leaving behind a therapist I truly value. Melissa is outstanding, and it’s unfortunate that front desk mismanagement has forced me to find a new provider. I hope the business takes this feedback seriously — clients deserve transparency, follow-through, and honest communication.

Fantastic experience: Woke up in extreme pain and was recommended by a friend to give “motion” a call, and was pleasantly surprised to find they could see me the same day, and accept my assurance policy. Not only is it welcoming and friendly aesthetically, but Dr. Alison was knowledgeable, encouraging and beyond helpful, (And put up my anxiety rambles). I left feeling like I had been a patient for years, and able to stand straight for the first time that day. Great first experience and would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Always on time for your appointment. If you have an emergency they always do their very best to see you that day, and they always have a plan for your recovery. They are all great conversationalists, and they have never disappointed in any department! Also they direct bill if your benefits are eligible!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dormon is methodical in his practice. He takes his time accessing and treating with good follow up inquiries to ensure that it is successful. I am a new fan of chiropractic procedures. He has made a huge improvement in my 20 year old neck injury already in 2 visits. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the beginning Dr. Dormon showed/expressed empathy to condition. He had what seemed like simple suggestions/advise that worked for me at each phase of my treatment without me feelings like it was too much for me handle but yet worked for my pain. I am pleased with Dr. Dormon's understanding, professionalism and treatment plan thus far and will definitely stay with him. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Dorman 22 years ago and have been taking my son since he was 4 weeks old. Dr Dorman is warm, friendly, professional and great at his job. The staff are welcoming, diligent and make you feel like a real friend. It's clean, bright and has a lovely, calm atsomphere. The rooms are spacious.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Dormon for over 15 years. I have a monthly appointment. I have a troublesome sciatica so I come for maintance . His level of care has been amazing. He is up to date with health and wellness information.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly staff, with exceptional results. My back was so bad I could not even tie my shoes when I first went to Dr. Dormon. He had me fully mobile and back playing hockey in 4 weeks. I would rate 10 stars if it were an option!
