She patiently walked me through every step, explained each device and treatment, and made sure I understood what she was doing throughout the entire appointment. I am extremely grateful that I decided to give it a try! My body feels amazing, and I’m moving with significantly less pain. I was honestly shocked by the amount of relief I felt after my very first visit, and I’m already noticing such a positive change after only a couple more. Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my newborn to see Dr. Tricia since he was just a couple of weeks old and we always have a great experience. Dr. Tricia is kind, gentle and understanding when treating my baby. Adjustments are quick and painless and baby always seems relaxed and comfortable throughout and after the appointment. We have seen great improvement in his head turn preference and gassiness since being treated regularly by her. We can’t thank you enough Dr. Tricia and team!!

I went in initially for chiropractic (Dr. Tricia is great), learned that they also have a naturopathic doctor (Dr. Chatten - she is super knowledgeable) and most recently a massage therapist (Elain - her massages are incredibly healing and relaxing)... I can see everyone in one visit which makes taking care of my health very convenient. I 100% recommend this very caring team. And if you live in the Queens Common area, you can walk there!

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience at this clinic! I came in for a deep tissue massage, and it exceeded my expectations. Elaine was highly skilled and very professional, taking the time to understand where I was holding tension and adjusting the pressure accordingly. It was very thorough; intense at times, but incredibly effective. After the session, I felt noticeably looser and had a significant reduction in pain and stiffness, especially in my shoulders and lower back. If you’re looking for a therapeutic massage rather than just a light relaxation session, I would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Elain, the practices masseuse, is incredibly skilled in her craft. She takes her time making sure that you get the care and attention you need to fix everything that might be hurting. With clear communication and professional understanding of when to have a chat and when to really let you sink into your massage, I absolutely couldn’t recommend her more. All the staff are incredibly friendly and always there to answer any questions or concerns I might have. It truly feels like a place for family.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a massage and a chiropractic adjustment. Both experiences were a 10/10! Dr Kennedy is gentle and constantly checking in to make sure there is no pain or discomfort. Elain the massage therapists room is set up amazingly it’s so relaxing and easy to fall asleep! I left first step family chiropractic feeling like a new person! My body aches and pains have gotten significantly better since starting treatment!
