Fantastic experience: We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Vasko Grujovski and his team. When my daughter suffered a significant ankle sprain late on a Friday, with severe swelling, we were genuinely worried she wouldn’t be able to participate in her provincial volleyball championships starting that Sunday. Despite being fully booked, Dr. Grujovski made the time to see her, which meant everything to us. He treated her both Friday and Saturday, showing not only exceptional clinical skill but also true compassion and dedication to his patients. Thanks to his care and commitment, my daughter was able to play in all three days of provincials, and her team went on to win the entire tournament. That outcome simply would not have been possible without Dr. Grujovski and his team stepping up during such a critical moment. We cannot thank him enough for making the time, providing outstanding treatment, and helping a young athlete compete when it mattered most. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have a benefits package and book Rmt services at least once a month. It was my first time having an appointment with Jacob this past Saturday and I had to take a moment to say that his massage we one of the best that I have had. He took his time to work out knots that I had in my back. He also addressed some pain I was experiencing in my calf. I left the clinic feeling as if I was on a cloud. For those who enjoy RMT services, book with Jacob. You will have an service that will take the stress away but leave you feeling like a new person. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vasko Grujovski and his team were instrumental in providing excellent medical treatment to an injury I sustained one week prior to a half marathon race. I absolutely did not want to cancel the run and due to their specialized treatments to my injury I felt confident and ran the half marathon successfully. Thank you for your successive treatments and attention to detail allowing me to run the race with my daughter - a truly memorable and amazing experience. This would not have happened without your expertise and quality of care.

Fantastic experience: Brandon is awesome. He has helped me to completely recover from my broken wrist as a result of my bicycle accident. Keep up the good work! Recently he also helped me with my foot fracture. Brandon always has a positive environment and makes you feel good all the time by providing effective solutions.

Negative experience: I had seen some positive reviews from this place prior to my visit, However they are either fake or this place is not like it use to be. I was referred by a friend. After waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment. I had my first appointment at CP Health scheduled for 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doctor didn't come in until 1:20. I had explained that I was experiencing issues with my shoulder, but that concern was completely ignored. I was placed on the bed and received a quick 10-minute back massage, with no attention at all given to my shoulder. The doctor then inserted a few acupuncture needles, told me to "let that sit," and left the room without any follow-up or further conversation. I remained lying there until 2:00 PM, when someone else entered to remove the needles and simply told me I could leave. The doctor never returned to ask how I was doing, if I had any concerns, or to discuss a treatment plan. I left feeling completely neglected and dismissed. It seemed like the focus was more on billing insurance than providing meaningful care. This was my first visit, and I won’t be returning. It was a complete waste of time and money.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from shoulder tear pain I took one year treatment with physiotherapist at different location who only put me on tense machine I finally gave all hopes as I was not able to do simple task like combing my hair .until I met Brandon the physiotherapist at CP health. In my first visit itself Brandon made my shoulder pain disappear felt like a miracle ..hatts off to Brandon who takes all efforts to personally b with the patient not putting on tense machine which one can do easily at home....Brandon also explained the exact location of my pain which made me understand wht is happening inside the shoulder. I think it's very essential for a Dr to make the patient comfortable...God bless Brandon nd the entire team at CPHealth. Now if anybody tells me about pain I refer Brandon ..nd all hve come to me to tell Brandon did the best job...nd I leave with a happy note by some more referral to Brandon ...as he deserves ..The Best Physiotherapist

Fantastic experience: Andrea is superb! I could barely walk for 2 weeks, my sciatic/behind muscles were broken. I am 38 and was considering a cane. She tool such great care of me yesterday! Today I was able to walk normal and even push some snow and shoot pool! AMAZING

Fantastic experience: Doreen loved Brandon (and staff) ❤️ Thank you Brandon for all your kindness and work with my 89 year old mother. Together they worked on her mobility, balance, range of motion and even their shared “song & dance”. We nipped the steroid injections for a tear in her rotator cuff and she just had fun! To quote her, “He’s a good man.”

Fantastic experience: I have had the most amazing and positive experience with Brandon over the last 2 months. I experienced an injury 2 months ago and I was not sure I would recover fully to how I was pre-injury. Brandon assured me at each physical therapy session that it would get better with time and patience. Surely it did. Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the treatment of Mr. Makwana . I had partial frozen shoulder and tendon problems , I had this because of repetitive heavy lifting. I was initially ignoring the pain but it keeps on increasing and the it was so painful that I couldn’t hold very light weight something like holding pen in hand. I went to Mr. Makwana and he said I can get it fix but you will need enough patience and have to go through different therapy. After reparative session and suggested exercise I can do my all regular day to day activities and driving. Honestly if proper treatment was not given at right time I could have ended up for surgery, but thanks to Mr. Mahendra Makwana . Very satisfied with the timely perfect and proper treatment. Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Vasco. My arm had been hurting for 5 weeks to the point where it was interfering with my day to day life. I visited the clinic twice and already the pain is gone and will continue monthly adjustments. These treatments were like a one stop shop. Some adjustments, massage, and acupuncture all in one visit and one treatment. so so happy with this clinic- I am a total believer.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to CP Health for a few years now for different services (Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy). Both services were great, however my experience today was exceptional. My usual massage therapist was fully booked into the following month so I booked with RMT Andrea. She was AMAZING to say the least. She listened to my needs when I wanted pressure adjustments on different areas of my back and made me feel incredibly relaxed. I love that she ended with the neck and shoulder… felt like I was floating while I walked out! Will certainly be returning to see Andrea!

Fantastic experience: I originally chose this place as they offer shockwave therapy which isn't available at all physio clinics. Years later, I'm still going back to this clinic because it's always a positive experience, they really take the time to fix the root cause of the pain your experiencing, and they're very professional and caring. Special shout out to Mahendra Makwana who's knowledgeable, personable, consistently shows the passion he has for his work, and always cares about making his patients feel better after each appointment.

Fantastic experience: This place was great! My physiotherapist, Mahendra, was super friendly, considerate and very proficient! I had muscle tightness in my lower body and it was so bad that I couldn't walk normally. Mahendra was able to find the cause, work on my lower body with physio and acupuncture techniques over the span of a couple months. He also taught me stretches to loosen my glutes, quads, hips and calves for maintenance. Now my lower body has gotten more flexible and I'm walking normally again. I can't thank Mahendra enough. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had what is called a Trigger Thumb. A doctor wanted to inject a steroid in my thumb and apparently there would would be quite a few side effects. I booked an appointment with Dr. Vasko Grujovski and he was able fix my trigger thumb. He is a miracle doctor!!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve gone to see Vasco for acute injuries to complete rehab after surgery and everything in between. Vasco is the best there is. His techniques and application of those techniques are first class. Rest assured that if you aren’t seeing him you are not seeing the best. Being an athlete I’ve been to many chiros and physios and know first hand that they are not all created equally. Vasco and his team have consistently rehabbed any of my injuries as well as my daughters. I recommend no one other than Vasco and CP Health.

Fantastic experience: I found them by chance walking by from another doctor's appointment I've been to many other chiropractors and had no real success ever since I've gone to this place with vasko helping me and the other team members my 4 years of extreme pain went away from two bad car accidents in one year I owe everything to Bosco and CPH I now have moved an hour and 20 minutes away to Trenton but I still come for a recent boating lifting injury they're that good I like the fact that there are CFL NFL NHL MLB NBA players come to this facility as well their methods are designed to get the player back on the field or get people back to work right away with the best results not like other places that tell you to go home and exercise to prolong their fees at CPH you find relief right away with their efforts and techniques here I could only walk for 5 minutes before I came here now 0 back pain the deep Message has helped out allot

After years of back pain and numerous physiotherapists and chiropractors that did little for me, I have been seeing Dr Vasko for over 3 years without any back pain at all! Fantastic experience: This is my all around go to chiropractic, sports therapy and foot care clinic for my entire family. Vasko always gets it right because he truly listens to his patients concerns. He has treated me for several different injuries and helped me recover to normal functioning. He has treated my children's sports injuries and has such good bedside manner that they even allow him to do acupuncture on them, which is amazing for kids who normally are afraid of needles. We also see Asad for our orthotics for years and he has always gets our orthotics right as well. Gio and Veena are awesome massage therapists we have seen as well, who also listen. Fantastic experience: I have known Dr. Vasko for 8 years now and he is considered one of the top young doctors in his field. Not only does he have a masterful command of muscle and joint assessment but he is highly trained differently than the majority of practitioners on the field of manual medicine. His abilities have not gone un-noticed either. I had the pleasure of recruiting his talents to assist me in teaching assessment and electroacupuncture treatment to doctors and therapists from all over the world. Clearly Dr. Vasko has the skill set to treat patients from high school athlete to professional athlete, young and old and everyone in between. It is my pleasure to call him my esteemed colleague.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to CP Health for chiropractor, acupuncture and massage services for a number of years and I only have positive things to say about the clinic and the team that work there; I refer my family, friends and colleagues to the clinic without hesitation. I have been to many chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists before coming to CP Health and never felt like I was seeing improvements; once I began coming to CP Health, it became clear to me that the reason I wasn’t seeing improvements, is because I wasn’t working with the best. I receive treatments from Vasko who is a chiropractor and medical acupuncturist and can’t say enough good things about his work, he is honestly the best at what he does. A couple months ago, I injured my wrist two days before flying out west for a ski trip - my wrist was in such bad shape, I considered cancelling the trip. I booked a last minute appointment with Vasko hoping he might be able to help and sure enough, after one treatment, my wrist was completely healed and I was able to ski without any pain or issues. The clinic itself is state-of-the-art; everything is new and modern which adds to the clinic being an inviting and comfortable place.

Negative experience: Have had them made 2 pair of orthotics and both were ordered incorrectly. Both Dr's are late and have cancelled appointments without notice. Will not use them again.

Fantastic experience: Asad Khan at The Centre for Physical Health is awesome! For the last 8 years, I have been taking my son for orthotics to various clinics. This year, I was referred to this clinic by a friend. First of all, amazing is an understatement!!! Not only is the clinic polished and professional in appearance, it is also a state of the art facility. I’ve obviously seen my fair share of assessments…but wow, Asad goes all out! We watched my son walking in slow motion on the treadmill, viewed pressure points on his feet with his fancy machine, had his foot scanned by this incredible handheld 3D scanner and most importantly Asad looked at my kids motion and bone placement physically. The assessment took 30-45 mins whereas any other place I went needed only 5-10 mins. My products came on time, I paid with my credit card & got reimbursed without a hiccup…unlike other places I visited. Thanks for everything, Asad. I recommend you to EVERYONE!
