Fantastic experience: I was referred to Elements Physio by a co-worker. I was skeptical, every doctor, chiropractor kept telling me I had sciatica. When I went to Elements Physio it took 5 min for the physiotherapist to tell me I didn't have sciatica but something else. My problem was solved in 3 visits. I went for few others problems and she solved them too. I wouldn't go to any other physiotherapy place. I come from Scarborough just to see that physiotherapist. She is so worth it.

Eventhough it took her longer to get paid from my insurance company. She understands my issues,( I had few treatments) and explained everything clearly. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ramya for Physiotheraphy sessions, because of my tennis elbow. I love how good she is and how she explains and shares her knowledge. All the exercises she instructs me had been so helpful in the healing. Everything is going smoothly, every session we do, we could see a great progress, pain has slowly subside and can better lift things now with my left arm, without complaining for some pain. I initially went for knee issues, but I was also experiencing significant leg pain that seemed to make everything worse. During her thorough assessment, Ramya explained that the discomfort wasn’t just from my knees—it was also due to tight muscles in my hips and calves. She didn’t just send me home with exercises; she also provided hands-on therapy to help loosen those muscles, and I noticed a difference almost immediately. At every appointment, Ramya takes the time to talk with you, ensure you're doing your exercises correctly, and adjust the treatment as needed. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to—you can really tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I recently had a knee replacement, and before the surgery, Ramya took the time to explain what I could expect and helped calm my nerves. She even called me beforehand to wish me well, which meant a lot to me. The clinic itself is also great—convenient location, plenty of parking, clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. Fantastic experience: I started having increased nerve issues throughout my body over three months. I saw a lot of doctors and when I finally saw my Neurologist, she recommended physiotherapy due to the weakness I had started experiencing on the left side of my body, especially my hand, but I still had to undergo testing for a diagnosis. I looked up Neurological Physiotherapists and found Elements Physiotherapy. Making an appointment was super easy and I was even booked in for a holiday Monday because they're open 6 days a week. I was so surprised! I've never liked going to physio, because I always felt that I was shown a few exercises and then left to do it on my own. But when I met Ramya during my first assessment, she was so attentive, she wanted to know everything and she really listened and then she explained what she was able to understand was going on and what we needed to do until we receive a diagnosis. She told me that she understood how scary everything I was going through must be and told me that she wanted to hear everything that I experienced between our appointments. Without me saying anything she said that she knew that she knew that it might be hard telling family and friends everything I'm feeling, but she really wanted to know and she really meant it! I look forward to every appointment. Ramya takes time to listen to how I'm feeling physically and mentally and then when she works with me she explains what she's doing, why she's doing it, how it will help me and what I need to do at home. I still haven't received my diagnosis, but the progression of my symptoms have not increased since I started working with Ramya and I have regained movement in my fingers - when I first met Ramya a little over a month ago they were so bent and I was unable to straighten them. I am so extremely grateful I found Elements, because Ramya and all the staff really care about the people they work with. Did I mention that Ramya is so funny? I required physiotherapy for a recent ankle injury playing badminton this further developed into knee complications. From the moment I entered the clinic I felt confident I had made the right decision in contacting the Elements Clinic. I received a warm, friendly welcome from the front desk staff and lovely relaxed music playing in the background. Ms Ramya is a kind and caring physiotherapist who really listens and communicates clearly back to the patient how she will treat the injuries. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and connects with her patients. I have only had 4 treatments to date and already have full range of motion back in my knee. The next step is to work on strengthening. I have diligently followed Ms. Ramya’s treatment plan of stretching and exercises at home to aid in my recovery. Additionally, the customer service at the front desk is amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a positive and warm welcome. They provide professional and attentive assistance, whether that be answering questions, helping with scheduling, or just creating a comfortable atmosphere, always done with a smile. As someone who has a lot of negative healthcare experiences, it is a pleasure to attend my physiotherapy sessions as it’s always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: This is my first place for physiotherapy treatment, had tremendous experience. I had shoulder pain for 6 months within 1 session my pain almost gone. My physiotherapist Ramya is fantastic, she made me comfortable in her treatment and she is very friendly to talk. I felt this place is my house, staff are very kind and friendly. Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Ramya. When I first visit Ramya I couldn't move my left arm. I have a tear in my rotator cuff and now after being treated by her I am much better. All the staff was very professional. The place is very clean. Ramya is very friendly, professional, easy to talk to, funny and listen to what you have to say before she treats you. Ramya is very knowledgeable in her profession and she genuinely wants to help her patients. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
