Fantastic experience: Dr. Chrystal Bradshaw and Dr. Natalie Solis at Chiropractic and Massage were attentive to multiple challenges I had going on. Dr. Chrystal identified them individually and how they were muscularly and skeletally related using chiropractic, message and acupuncture methodology. I went from the fear of age related timing out to getting back on the ice, pain free. All of the assistants and reception staff were also most helpful and obliging. I recommend Chrystal for a personalized regiment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Natalie Solis made going to the chiropractor, something I was nervous about, a very positive experience! Training for triathlon can be tough on the body, after dealing with some unresolved hip pain for months I finally found relief as she was able to identify, and treat my discomft in one appointment! I am lucky to have found someone I trust to keep me in tip top shape and help me be able to achieve big goals in sport, and find comfort in day to day life !

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience with Dr. Natalie! I pulled a muscle in my back and they were able to slot me in the next day. The staff were friendly and professional, I was able to explain in detail what I was feeling and my limited range of motion. The treatment was effective and I noticed immediate improvement. Would highly recommend as Dr. Natalie explained everything in detail and gave me a few stretches to continue at home care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bradshaw and her team are amazing and very knowledgeable! Felt very welcomed as a new patient and was really grateful I was able to make a same day appointment. Walked out feeling great and will go back.

Negative experience: I just got up and left after waiting an hour and 25 minutes to be seen by dr. Bradshaw … when I asked how much longer my wait would be the receptionist said “what do you have a hot date or something” which I found very inappropriate. Typically dr Bradshaw spends about 3 minutes with me to adjust based on the 2 previous visits so I’m not sure why I waited so long. I always expect about a 40 minute wait even though I book an appointment but this is ridiculous. Wont be returning.

Fantastic experience: Sandra is such an amazing RMT! Her technique and her ease of finding very tight muscles that I myself didn’t even know were that stiff! She really knows her stuff! Its always a pleasure to go visit her for my appointments, haven’t had a better RMT other than her! If I could rate more starts i would.

Fantastic experience: Let me just say how amazing Sandra is!!! I have been to a few RMTs and she is by far the best one I've seen in a long time! I've had alot of tightness in my lower back and shoulders...she really helped relieve that for me!! Her technique is incredible and really gets deep into the tissue....I'll be going back to see her again and again! Thanks Sandra!

Fantastic experience: I came to the centre for an all over adjustment. I left feeling very relaxed, pain free, and with a plan for next time. Dr. Bradshaw was very thorough with my evaluation and went over a wellness plan, she made me very comfortable the whole way through and even gave me tools to use to relieve immediate discomfort. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Natalie Daley yesterday for neck pain that was giving me a wicked headache. As someone who was a bit nervous for my first chiropractic visit, she made me feel so comfortable and didn’t push me to do anything I didn’t want to. I had instant relief from the stiffness - a little sore the same night but it was a good sore :). I can’t wait for further treatments to get to the end result of hopefully treating my headaches that I’ve been suffering with for 2+ years. Thank you!

Rates are also very reasonable. Dr. Nimigon and Dr. Bradshaw for Chiropractic care, Robyn, and Brandon for massages, Belinda for osteopathy. All great clinicians.

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are fabulous to deal with. The therapists are knowledgeable and they explain everything before doing anything so there are no surprises and you have an opportunity to ask questions. I have been going intermittently for several years now for adjustments, acupuncture and massage and have recently taken my son for a sports injury that they have successfully treated with laser and massage therapy.
