Fantastic experience: I was recently treated for tennis elbow and a sore knee, and Pooja Rao was outstanding in helping regain full, pain free movements. Her assessment was thorough, it included seeking my input as well as her own evaluation. As time went on, she repeatedly sought feedback from me on how I was progressing, and continued to perform her own evaluation, adjusting treatment as needed, as well as giving me valuable exercises to do at home. I would definitely go back there should I ever need physio again.

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly researched the reviews for Pro Physio Plus 3570 Strandherd, and found excellent reviews about Dilek Germen. With that I decided to book with her, I had to wait a few weeks to get in, because she’s so busy. That told me that there was certainly something positive to the reviews that I read. During my first appointment with Dileck she took her time to find out what injury I had, where it hurt, and how long I had been suffering with it. She explained why these things happen, and the particular therapy that may help. At one point I asked if she was a doctor because she explained everything so well, with precise in-depth medical terminology. She is so professional, thoughtful, friendly, and her kindness keeps bringing me back. Now don’t get me wrong, when Dilek did the massages on my very swollen knee, it hurt, because as we all know no pain, no gain. She alerted me to this right away, that I may not like her with what she has to do, because it will hurt. Dilek is also extremely skilled in acupuncture/ dry needling. I wouldn’t trust just anyone to put a needle between the femur and the tibia within the knee joint space when you have bone on bone. She knew how to perfectly place the needle in just the right spot. Dileck doesn’t forget about you when you leave the building if she knows that the therapy may have been more in depth, she checks in to make sure all is well. That to me is old school professionalism, ….such a lost art nowadays. To me it means the world! The staff at the front desk, as well as the staff assisting the physiotherapists care about their clients. They are very respectful, kind, and thorough. I have been emensly benefitted by Physiotherapist PUJA by her dedicated help in recovering from severe nerve pain in my buttocks and legs caused due to severe degenerative disc disease. I was having severe nerve pain and was not able to stand and walk. She helped me through her skilled Physiotherapy and has made me walk. I was very much disappointed with my condition but PUJA gave me hope that I will have good recovery and her efforts have made my life much better. Negative experience: Update. I am really sad to change my review as my last two appointments has been cancelled or changed with Shelly. Sadly I will not be returning as the customer service here is not the same. The pricing went up but the service went down. I get a voicemail to state Shelly is not available and no offer of rescheduling or offer of another availability just we are cancelling due to another leave. While I understand life happens but to have appointments cancelled twice after booking them months a part to give the therapist time is extremely disappointing. Ade, I think that is how you spell her name is so kind and helpful at the front desk. Shelly has magical hands. Highly recommend her. I was super nervous prior to my appointment but she made it so comfortable and the appointment just flowed by. I been in pain for weeks, I feel so much lighter walking out. Can't thank Shelly enough.

Negative experience: Ive been trying to reschedule at this physio since febuary 13th. Today, i finally get through just to have someone HANG UP ON ME TWICE! Super unprofessional to say the least. No biggie tho, ive only had this shoulder isdue for two years now. #canada Edit: Its been 3 days since i left this review and I still havent received a callback. Im offendedthat i seem to be singled outas a reviewer. The only difference i can see between other reviewersand myself is that I have a traditional european surname. So im pretty sure i am being excluded based on this factor because if youthink about it A)this place has 4.7* and the OWNER hassaid she has excellent customer service B)This is,BY fAR, the worst customer service in medicine i have eveveevever experienced in my 30 years as a citizen C)The vast majority of reviewers have non-european surnames. Fantastic experience: Prutha Malavia is great physiotherapist at Proplus Physio on Strandherd Drive. She did thorough assessment and clearly explained the issue to me. I had many questions regarding my recent slip and fall injury and she attentively listened to my concerns. She offered treatment plan with personalized exercises as well as effective pain management techniques. She has positive attitude. There is quite a few paperwork requirement from my work which she timely completed on top of her regular duties and other appointments. She has compassionate approach and I feel well taken cared of. Fantastic experience: I started my appointment at Pro Physio for a trigger thumb problem. My therapist was Pruthaben (Punta) Jaysukhbhai Malaviya. I felt comfortable with Punta right away. She is professional, personable, and has a calm demeanour. Punta provided exercises for me to do at home. Thankfully the therapy worked and my pain and discomfort was much improved!

Everyone I have encountered here is kind and helpful - from the front desk (thank you Kaberi) to the treatment areas (Lucia, Sharn, Dilek, Dr. Alex Lee). I will always be particularly grateful to Sharn (an angel who works there), Dilek (physiotherapist) and Dr. Lee (chiropractor) who have all been a Godsend for me. When you are in pain it or have some level of dysfunction it can effect everything in your life. When you're unwell, and lose some aspect of your health, you want nothing more than to get it back. Fantastic experience: Having been attending Zannatun for the last 6-7 months I can honestly say that you won’t get a better massage. With the correct pressure Zannatun knows exactly the right areas to work on. I am continuously impressed by the professional and attentive care she provides each time I go. The facility is well laid out. You aren’t cramped on top of someone else, a gym to not only explain but demonstrate and help you understand exercises and stretches to help you. Overall cannot recommend enough. There is no 6 start option on Google, but unofficially I rate them 6 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dilek is gifted in determining the issue, what’s required & the appropriate exercises for flexibility & strengthening. She is skilled, always a professional, personable & dedicated . Anytime I have flair-ups she finds a way to fit me in ASAP which is incredible given her busy schedule & Popularity. There are many good physiotherapists out there- Dilek is one of The Exceptional ones!

Fantastic experience: Went to see Dilek for tennis elbow and she was excellent. Very caring and made sure to get to the root of the problem, treated using many different techniques and taught me how to continue care at home. Will definitely go back to her for any future care.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to see Marie-Anne from 2013 for my shoulder and she is been amazing and then I switched to Dilek because I needed to go after my working hours and she is a healer for me I went recently unable to walk from the pain in my Knees and hip and I left with no pain and I was able to walk. Dilek worked on me from her heart, she feels my pain and she did all what is in her power to make me feel better. I have been going for years and I will continue to do. Thank you Dilek for the good heart and I would recommend her for anyone wants to feel better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rathna Durai is very knowledgeable, caring with great bedside manner. He loves what he does and it shows. He helped me with my lower back rehab from an old injury. I was scared to go back to the gym but after a few sessions with Dr. Rathna my confidence was back. I also had a problem with my neck muscles spasming due to improper posture issues for which I went back to him and again, in a few sessions I was feeling great. I would highly recommend Dr. Rathna. Kruti at the front desk is very professional and efficient. It's always a pleasure dealing with her.

Negative experience: I have been in this location last week the Carleton hospital refer me to this location the worst experience I had is the the docter in this location is worst ever he told me the he dosent have time to lesson to me he said it's a busy clinc which make really disappoint me this is not the the right way to way to treat the patients very sad .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client of Dilek since 2015 and have always experienced great service. After recently getting knee surgery, I chose to continue with the service Dilek provided and my recovery period was half the time. In fact my surgeon was very surprised on my first follow up appointment. Once my insurance provided me with a new physiotherapy centre to complete my rehab, my progress immediately deteriorated. After my appointment with my surgician, I once again became Dilek’s client and the change in my knee was felt within two short weeks. Dilek’s care to detail, compassion while listening to and advocating for her clients concerns sets her apart from others. She does this by pushing her clients without inflicting pain or discomfort. I was recommended to Dilek by a friend and I’m now writing this to recommend her to everyone looking for the best.

Fantastic experience: Dilik, Andrei and team are a Godsend. At 54 years old, I am still powerliftering. Since 2015, they have helped to keep me in the game! From treatment, to motivation to identifying and helping me break through weak points, they are the full package. I have tried numerours other physio therapists and treatment modalities, but get the most for my time and money from this team.

Fantastic experience: My recovery from an ankle fracture was definitely accelerated because of the great work of Amr. His dedication, knowledge and hard work really made a difference on my healing. Amr is very friendly and attentive. I feel very lucky to have had him as my physiotherapist. I also want to mention that all of the other staff at the Centre are also great and clearly, client focused. This was not the first time that either myself or one of my family members have used the Centre's services and without fail we have always had exceptional service.

Fantastic experience: I have received Physiotherapy from Andrei at this clinic on two separate occasions over the last 4 years and I can only say great things about him. He is very knowledgeable and tries many different things for your treatment: acupuncture, massage, ultrasound. He is committed to resolving your issue and provides you with background information regarding your injury so that you understand it. He will also give you at home exercises to go with your treatment plan. The front desk staff is also friendly and accommodating, and it is a pleasure to visit them on a weekly basis. Great clinic.

Positive experience: Came here a few times last week to have my golfers elbow looked at due to recent pain and all I received each time was 12 minutes on the Tens machine (without any heat or warm towels applied), maybe 1 minute of the physiotherapist lightly touching the "tight spots" and some unclear "exercises". I have a Tens machine at home, and if this is all I needed, I would have saved myself the money and time. My initial assessment was 30 minutes, and my following "treatments" were over as fast as the Tens machine finished beeping. Ibalance Physio or Vitality Wellness are 10x better and much cheaper.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Gaurav for a reoccurring adductor injury. This is the third time going to physiotherapy for this injury and I was hoping to sort out the root problem to why this kept happening. Gaurav was both thorough and informative when it came to discussing a proper recovery/return to activity plan. He was also able to point muscle weaknesses and trigger-points that I hadn't ever been told about by previous physiotherapists. My recovery took longer than expected, but I feel as though I now have the tools and exercises necessary to avoid injury in the future. Thanks Gaurav!

Fantastic experience: The facility is top notch, the staff are even better. The quality and care you will recieve from the intake to the treatment is spectacular. The front desk team as busy as they are, always make time for you, and make you feel welcomed. As for the physio team, they really listen to your needs and explore all options for your treatment. They see what works for and doesn't. I'm glad I came here. I was looking for a physiotherapist who would spend time on me and not just hook me up to a machine and come back 45 min later. Fantastic experience: I had knee surgery where they had to operate on my bone (tibia). After 3 weeks of being unable to put weight on my leg, my muscles had atrophied and I could barely walk. With the help of Cecilia Gard at pro physio, I recovered really quickly. She was really knowledgeable and warm, and her treatments and exercises have really rehabilitated my leg. After 2.5 months post surgery I'm recovered and life is back to normal! I really credit her therapy and support for my speedy recovery!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Pro Physio Plus for a few months for physiotherapy treatments following a broken wrist. I was treated by Rathna Durai who has been fantastic! I was very distraught after getting my cast off at how little I could use my hand but with Rathna's therapy, I quickly made great progress. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and never recommended anything unnecessary. Thanks to him, I was able to get back on my bike and doing some of my regular exercises and activities in no time. Also, the front staff at the clinic have always been friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
