Negative experience: That place has some of the worst massage therapists I’ve ever dealt with. They go through staff constantly, and honestly, there’s obviously a reason every new therapist is just as bad as the last. Rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. Being told five minutes into the massage that they “won’t have time” to focus on the area I specifically mentioned is ridiculous. Like… excuse me, but who exactly is paying here? Ridiculous

Mina helped me with Gua Sha, and just after one session, I felt like I can move my muscles again. It was so relieving and great! I was seen by Catherine Lang 2 years ago and had fantastic results, so just recently, I booked with Catherine again for another issue. She is incredible. Within a period of 1 week, I have greatly increased range of motion. That is amazing results for 1 week, especially considering I never did my assigned exercises very often in between appointments. Catherine is always pleasant and very knowledgeable. I also would like to mention that the staff on the front desk are amazing as well. Hieu Lim was my massage therapist for this visit and He was very nice, as well as knowledgeable. He took his time to assess my needs and let me know in advance what areas he would be focusing on. Hieu told me to let him know if anything was overly painful, and he checked in with me periodically to see how I was doing. I was ver happy with the service They also offer direct billing to most insurance companies, which is a huge bonus. I also love the location! Fantastic experience: Getting a physiotherapist to work with was fast and seamless. I had a troubling neck pain, back pain and pain in my shins. My physiotherapist, Catherine was extremely helpful, made me comfortable, professional and courteous. Catherine made sure to give me exercises and professional advice, to ensure I recover from the pains and stay pain free. All the pains significantly reduced so much so that we had to cancel our last therapy session. This was an honest move from Catherine, it showed PhysioVive was willing to put patient recovery above making money which is one of the many reasons I recommend them. And they do direct billing also if you have a private health insurance, this made payment less daunting for me. Thank you Catherine!

Fantastic experience: I am rehabbing from a total hip replacement done in the US as the wait time here is mid to late 2024. One of the concerns that the Syracuse surgery clinic had was my access to physiotherapy from a distance.....almost like they alone had that skill set. They provided me with a comprehensive regimen and Kristine K. has been an absolute Tower of Power in using that as a guideline and driving and monitoring my progress. Jon subbed for one session while Kristine was on the bench....he was great also. Four weeks along I am thrilled with the results to date. Walking with virtually no assistive device....driving....zero arthritic pain. Two thumbs up!

I can't remember the last time I have had any kind of physiotherapy, and really had no thoughts, or intentions of seeing a Pysiotharapist.
