Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with vertigo and was asked to find a physiotherapist who can provide VRT (Vestibular Rehabilitation Therapy) to treat it. The doctor said my vertigo should be treated with 2-3 sessions. I reached out to Pro Physio on Merivale and had one session of VRT with Mr El-Asswad. Mr El-Asswad treated my vertigo in one session. He was very gentle, took his time and was very patient even when I threw up. If you ever suffer from vertigo, I highly recommend booking a session with Mr El-Asswad to treat it.

Fantastic experience: It is now 2026, and Arthur successfully guided me post shoulder surgery. I am now playing hockey, golf and I will soon start playing tennis again! His methods are innovative, a bit painful, but always fun!! Although I no longer need him, both my partner and my son have also benefited from his expertise!! I quite accidentally sprained my ankle during week 2 of the lock-down, and contacted Arthur Cuenco immediately after seeing my Dr. He promptly offered virtual sessions allowing for timely treatment, and ensured that I receive a necessary ankle brace allowing for me to safely continue with the only cardiovascular exercise possible at that time - walking. Moreover, these virtual sessions also resulted in continued progressive treatment of a chronic shoulder injury, for which I had only recently received MRI results. As the clinic re-opens I am effectively continuing with virtual sessions, while he is at his home, or at the clinic. Arthur continues to take initiative, pivot, learn and be flexible during these difficult times. With the hotter weather and mandatory use of masks inside the clinic, he has also connected from outside in the fresh air. Not only does this result in clear communication for me, and a break from the mask for him, but it also personifies how seriously he and the Pro Physio team adhere to all health guide-lines. Thanks Arthur for making it look easy, and for always finding a way to provide excellent treatment. Both my physical and mental health have been improved greatly. I am able to enjoy playing both tennis and golf without any pain - the only two sports really permitted - right now.

Fantastic experience: I was a long-time customer with another physiotherapist who resolved many of my sports injuries over 15+ years. Early this year, I developed tennis elbow from playing pickleball and after many sessions over two and half months, they weren't able to fix my injury, which at times was so painful it kept me up at night. Based on a friends recommendation, I visited Arthur. Thankfully, Arthur managed to resolve my tennis elbow after only 4 treatments, while I was still playing. The adage, no pain, no gain is Arthurs secret sauce to having resolved my tennis elbow. He used Active Release Therapy or I as I aptly name it Active Assault Therapy. If you aren't crying, you aren't trying. The treatment is not for the weak of heart, but if you want to save time and get back to playing pain free, I strongly suggest getting the Active Assault Therapy. Fantastic experience: This clinic is really good. I had pain in my left shoulder due to damage to rotator cuff muscles and could barely raise my hand. My therapist was preeti and she guide me through, what caused the pain and how the treatment will go. I am really glad i came to preeti for my treatment because after couple of visits i could see the improvement. Present day i have no pain and i am just working on strengthening my shoulder. I could barely move from a lower back injury. I couldn't lay down, move, barely stand. 6 weeks later, I'm doing so much better. Able to do so many things. Pain is mostly gone. It's not just a miracle, but good therapy followed by exercise program, instructed by Jason. In addition to my therapist and exercise instructor, the entire staff, is there to make you comfortable, and provide an excellent experience.

My therapist Preeti Madhan is always so knowledgeable and willing to explain anything I don't understand. She is honest and is there for my betterment. She is always thinking how to set up my appointments so I get the most out of them. Being a woman and having a woman therapist makes a world of difference to me. I feel comfortable and confident that my injuries will be a thing of the past in no time! Jason is also super great if you get him to work on you. He's kind and always making sure I'm comfortable and getting what I need. At no point have they ever made me feel forgotten or unimportant.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Arthur Cuenco at Pro Physio on Merivale for almost 2 decades now and received the best of care be it for recurring or new injuries resulting from road cycling.  He's very meticulous about diagnosing your problem(s) and just as detailed in explaining the method of treatment to resolve the issue(s).  I've had  A.R.T. (Active Release Treatment) the majority of the time but in conjunction with that,  Arthur also applied dry needling and acupuncture therapy as needed. I have nothing but high praise for all he and his team have done for me over the years and I'll continue recommending him to everyone who needs his services . Regarding my latest issues, what's been a game changer for me, is that Arthur used the Theragun percussive therapy and it's been a game changer. As a result, I purchased his recommended model and started using it at home and post bike rides. As good as an instant massage ! I also have to thank his receptionist as she pointed out that, because of my age, I now qualify for 100% coverage with OHIP, saving me a very nice sum. Continue the great work Arthur.
