Negative experience: It happened that my insurance company sent me to be examined by Dr. White that I was and still suffering with continuing pain and sores that forced me to follow long 1 year and a half of physiotherapy and daily use of Tylenol Muscles, Voltaren extra strength cream, Deep relief to calm down effects and pains from injuries caused by a car accident on March 8th 2023; Dr. White (who was hired by AVIVA insurance) found out that I am okay and my injuries doesn't pretend me of working normally! (((But MRI result had another opinion explained: "*Impression 1. Full-thickness supraspinatus tear on a background of chronic arthropathy. 2. Infraspinatus tendinopathy 3. Low-grade partial tear of the articular surface of the subscapularis tendon on a background of chronic arthropathy. 4. Long head of biceps tendinopathy...*"))) So, for like 2 years I was and still am suffering of damaged right shoulder (presently on surgery waiting list) and fragile sensitive lower back with continuous pain (still waiting for MRI gir my back) and the answer by Dr. White to my insurance is just a pity minor injury what made the insurance cut my income replacement! Wow! NOT RECOMMENDED ❗️

Fantastic experience: My name is Pacita Pendon. I experienced pain and loss of function to my right shoulder and arm. Hashmeet Singh was the physiotherapist that looked after me. On day 1, he told me that I will be able to gain my function to shoulder and arm and he was right. That feeling was so precious to me. I have high respect and trust in him. Fantastic experience: Had a good experience, Hashmeet, Sandeep and Manish treated me very efficiently and had done everything possible to make me well, Hashmeet is a very good physiotherapist and Sandeep is a very good osteopath and Manish is very good in acupuncture, All of them are very professional and well learned, thankyou so much Hashmeet, Sandeep and Manish for a very good treatment and making me well and free from injuries and pain.

Positive experience: Excellent physiotherapy. First with Snelhakumar before he left, then with Manish Sah after.. who helped me overcome my frozen shoulder after 11 months of visits along with exercises and stretches they gave me to do at home. I had a positive experience with all the staff.. very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I miss them all and I warned them that they will see me again next time I have physiotherapy needs haha. Great team!!

Fantastic experience: I brought my son here for two injuries and I have to say the service and staff are exceptional. Hashmeet helped my son a lot with his recovery and pain management. He is very professional with a great sense of humor. The front desk staff are always attentive and supportive. Overall it was a great experience for my son and we would definitely back here again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent physio/osteopathy treatment. I've had a nagging injury to my hamstring, glute, lower back (dance/sports). As a Physiotherapist with additional training in Osteopathy, Sandeep has a deep understanding of sport injuries, muscles, joints, alignment, anatomy etc. He provides a thorough session each and every time including massage, traction, gentle manipulation, assisted stretching along with an exercise program where home stretching/strengthening would be of benefit. He's patient and kind. I highly recommend his approach.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to go to the physiotherapy first as I haven’t been to. However, I’m glad that I went to this clinic. Hashmeet provided me the right assessment and also suggested the exercise to try at home. The recovery was fast and I just finished the treatment. Thanks hashmeet!

Negative experience: Severely unprofessional and lacking in knowledge. My issues were exacerbated, and I left with additional problems and complications causing pain. Mildly rude administrative staff. Beware, they will hurt you.

Negative experience: Have been going there for over 20 years. Lately had a $5 outstanding balance pestered me continuously for weeks Sending me emails Calling me continuously desperately looking for the $5. Have paid them 10's of thousands of dollars over those 20 + years. Went there and gave them their $5 and never want to go there again. They must be hurting badly for them to pester an existing customer for $5. PT's are everywhere. Do not need to be treated this way. Going somewhere else. Their loss my gain. Stay away from this place. Customer Service is rated at F.

Negative experience: Came here with a sprained ankle. After 3 visits I started getting attitude from the staff, and they encouraged me to stop coming as they felt I was healed. This while I was still walking around in crutches and in a great deal of pain. Would not come back and would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: The physiotherapists here are so kind and so understanding. They know what they're doing and they taught me many tricks on how to take care of my arthritis and feet pain. I feel at home here. I love chatting with them too. They deserve that award they got!

Negative experience: My spouse went to see Dr White at this location for what seemed to be a frozen shoulder - it was not, it was bone spurs and muscle tears and cartilage loss. In addition to the mis-diagnosis, Dr White is rude to her customers, shouts at them... people coming into the clinic are in pain, they deserve to be treated with kindness!

Fantastic experience: Went to Pro Physio after suffering bad back-to-back ankle injuries playing hockey. On top of physical pain and discomfort, I was incredibly nervous about ever going back to sports for fear that my ankles would continue to give out. Rami laid out a clear eight-week plan to strengthen my ankles and ease me back to my previous level of activity. At no point did I feel like I was taking things too quickly or too slowly and his plan worked out almost to a tee, as I’m already back to almost 100%. Dominic and Dean were able to put me through exercises which were tailored to my previous sports and gym activities to ensure I would be able to return to my previous form. The entire experience was extremely efficient and made me feel extremely safe and comfortable throughout the recovery process.

Positive experience: Fine little office, decent service. Doctors are professional, and helpful. Though I'm not giving 5 stars for doctors not being very helpful with WISB claims even going as far as to say "I don't deal with them". If I needed a medical professional to represent me, id be screwed. Also charging 10 dollars for a doctors note is insane to me, and the fact they only take cash is quite the inconvenience in covid times where I'm not carrying cash really at all. I'm sure the physiotherapy is fine, but doctors could be better.

Fantastic experience: I had significant knee pain on 9.21.21 and chose this centre, and Raminderjeet “Rami” Sharma, as my therapist based on the reviews that I read on this site. I have been very impressed by Rami, his physiotherapist assistants, and the receptionists from the first visit and onward. While my initial appointment was due to knee pain, after a week, I explained that I also had a sore ankle due to a fall that occurred 3.20.2017. I have total confidence in Rami and his physio assistants (Brenna, Upendranath and Chris) and I am pleased to report that due to Rami’s accurate assessment, treatment program, and exercises, my knee and ankle are now nearing total improvement. Thank you Rami and team!

Fantastic experience: I came in for physio after fracturing my wrist, the doctor had removed my cast early before it fully healed. Cheryl put me in a peace of mind on my first visit and let me know that i’ll be able to use it again in a month. A month later and I feel great. Brenna was also there to help me with the exercises. Would recommend to anyone out there looking for great physio service!

Positive experience: Ms. Cheryl Ann is a dedicated, honest and hard working professional. She does her job sincerely. Now a days I am getting treatment of my shoulders. She is using different techniques, eg: Cupping, Heating pads and variety of exercises, however most affective way is HAND MASSAGE. Although so far there is very little improvement, yet I hope on completion there will be some mire. I wish for her a very successful professional future.
