Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Physiotherapist Naval Shah. He was outstanding in assessing and providing efficient treatment for my shoulder injury. An injury that limited my shoulder mobility was better in less than no time with his therapy. A big shout out to the staffs as well who helped with appointment scheduling and reminders.

Fantastic experience: I don’t usually leave reviews, but Dr. Peltz deserves one. Even though I’ve only seen her a handful of times over the years, she’s been incredibly helpful every time. She really listens, and she gives straightforward advice that makes sense for someone who trains. I walked out feeling reassured and clear on what to do next. She’s made a bigger difference than the number of appointments would suggest.

Fantastic experience: I attended physiotherapy sessions after a fibula fracture in my ankle, and everything went very well. The staff is very friendly, and the specialist, Ritu, is very patient, she takes the time to explain the process, progress, exercises, and more. Overall, I’m very happy with the care, and it’s very convenient for me since I study on campus there.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Gunjan Swami for Physio on my leg/groin area in May after straining it from walking too much/overexerting myself on my trip. She was extremely helpful in both my initial evaluation and every consultation afterwards. We did both acupuncture and electric muscle stimulations which helped a lot! I’m sad that she is now on mat leave, but will definitely be returning there for any further issues once she returns. I highly recommend her to anyone as she really knows what she is doing and cares about her patients. EDIT: after a knee injury this summer - I have been going to see Ritu and she has been great. We have been doing tissue massages and also electric stimulation with the machine and it seems to be working!

They are very accommodating with appointment scheduling and were helpful in recommending the appropriate brace for my knee and introduced me to acupuncture. I will go back for any future injury.

I came in with recurring pain in my left knee and occasional buckling, which had started affecting my daily activities. I came in for physiotherapy for my shoulders and dry needling for my legs, and Marc was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. Positive experience: I finally decided to go see a phiaio therapist 5 months after a badly twisted ankle. Ritu, the person working on me, assessed me. Made a personalized routine for me and after one month I was good to go. Only thing I’d say could be improved was the home workout suggestions; that I would be given it without asking for it. Fantastic experience: First of all, the location is very convenient. It is in building E of Algonquin college. They offer 2 hours free parking in parking lot 10 right next to it. Make sure you park at designated spots for Pro Physio. In my case, they can direct bill Canada Life which is an added bonus. I came in for a massage therapy for my knee and lower back , lower leg pain. Minh was a great RMT. He was attentive, professional and very kind. He listened to your problems carefully and tried to see where your most painful muscle is located. Then he tried to work gently but effectively to release pain and stiffness. He is very knowledgeable. The session was interactive. Highly recommended Minh to anyone seeking massage therapy. Will be back again for sure.

Fantastic experience: I went here for 10 sessions to relieve pain/discomfort felt within my shoulder cuff. Sessions were with Dr. Anuj Sharma and staff. Anuj was very informative in his responses when asked questions and provided flexible treatment options based on the condition of my shoulder prior to the start of each session. Dry needling was administered for the final 3 sessions, which produced noticeable positive results for the following days/weeks; Anuj was able to insert several needles in the affected area proficiently, allowing me to feel relatively comfortable to handle each of the 3 dry needling sessions. Staff were polite and careful when utilizing the physio equipment onto my affected area. They also showed me the proper technique for each of the home exercises to be completed every day, which I will continue to remember/complete if/whenever my shoulder needs self-treatment.

Negative experience: Visited this Monday, July 22, 2024, 5pm. Before the session we were told over the phone that they DO direct billing. However, after the session, the receptionist told me that she THINKS they don’t do direct billing. I was told to pay and submit it to the insurance by myself. My wife had to clarify that over the phone they told us that they do direct billing, the part time receptionist informed us that she was untrained to do direct billing, hence, we have no choice but to pay. Please train your staff well and make sure that things are in order. Hiring a part time does not mean they are not to be trained well SPECIALLY in payments/billings and insurance claims because I do believe Canadians in mass rely on their insurances to do these services. Also if you can’t do direct billing as advertised please do say so. I’m sure people are more than willing to pay for the therapists’ services (he was good if only he has a better facility/receptionist).

Fantastic experience: I have been following this particular pro-physio unit since my shoulder surgery 2013 after being recommended by a trusted close friend of mine who have recovered his both ACL surgeries through this clinic. Tim Tosh, who is my main physiotherapist, is the best in the region, has helped me maintain my health and body over the decades through various injuries. I recently discovered Guncan Swami who is dry needling specialist ant the same location because of serious muscle injury. She is very informative about the process. She has unlocked my muscles and help me recover from a serious calf injury at no time. Because of them I am still able to play.

Fantastic experience: After physiotherapy treatments by physiotherapists Anuj and Gunjan at Pro-Physio clinic, it was time to schedule a massage therapy with massage therapist Minh at Pro-Physio. Minh is one of the best massage therapist I ever had! (yet, I had quite a few different ones would that be during my worldwide travels and, or here, in Ottawa)! Minh is incredibly knowledgable , professional and kind. He made me feel comfortable during our consultation with all the right questions focusing on the muscle pain I explained to him that I experience. During my deep tissue massage, Minh was able to locate every single muscle that required attention would that be my neck, shoulders, jaw, or head etc.I recommended Minh to my family members, friends and colleagues. If you are looking for an outstanding, number one, deep tissue or Swedish massage, or hand massage after having carpal tunnel surgery ( like myself) please do yourself a favour and book yourself in with Minh! 10/10

Fantastic experience: First time with psysio. So, the guy's name is Moe Shokor. The story goes like this, back in my home country, I had a injury in my right shoulder, in some kinda sport.The pain resided for more than 3 years. I step in Canada, start lifting weights, to train myself again for that sport, but gues what, the reduced pain arises and injury is to its peak. I get admission in one the finest colleges, and just to use one of the perks, I visit the clinic, and this guy Moe diagnosis me assesses my shoulder thoroughly. After few sessions, not only that mild acute pain which never let focus/concentrate on my stuff was minimized but also healed the actual injury ! He is so good in his profession, that I even recommended and asked just for him to my one 'n only friend for his/her sprains too. He is that good !!!
