Fantastic experience: After dealing with physical symptoms that I simply chalked up to "growing older", friends and relatives referred my Mother to Dr. Smith. I am so thankful for that! It didn't take long to see the changes the treatment was making in her life and had me thinking that maybe maintenance might be a good idea for me too - why not start now! I've been under Dr. Peter's care for a year now with regular treatment and feel better overall than I have for years - from sleeping, energy and digestive issues that were hindering daily life to posture issues - they've all changed significantly. Dr. Peter takes the time to hear about your issues, makes a plan and explains why and how it will work. And the simple exercises he suggests really do work - do them! It's definitely been worth my drive into Conestoga and the friendly welcome on arrival always makes you feel better too! There's next to no wait time, adjustments are quick and payment can be set up so that you walk in and out with a wave and can be on your way again. I love that. My only regret is that I waited so long to begin treatment here. This "maintenance" has been life changing for me - and Mom.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to chiropractors for years with slight improvements, or maintaining status quo. However I started receiving adjustments from Dr. Smith August 2024, and since then I have had a number of improvements - dizziness and migraines have decreased significantly - used to have a headache every 3-4 weeks - since August I've had 4; numbness and tingling in my arms have improved - my neck is slowly moving into better alignment. Having my hips realigned, I'm able to move better and lower back pain has decreased - I have been able to get my hips and knees working better. I can stand straighter, sit without slouching so much...and my digestion has improved - indigestion and heartburn issues have greatly decreased. Overall, I am feeling better than I have in a long time. I'm very thankful for the improvements my friends' saw that made me contact Dr. Smith's office.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to see Dr. Smith after sustaining a shoulder injury from social dancing about 4 months ago. I would describe myself as a healthy female with flexibility and strength above average than my age cohort. As a dancer, my flexibility and strength are what gives me the possibilities for artistic expression through movement. So I am constantly trying to challenge myself physically and would like to do that as long as I'm able to. After few adjustment sessions with Dr. Smith, I realized that chiropractic therapy will continue to be an integral part to my dancing training to maintain and challenge my flexibility, and to heal injuries when it happens. Since I started receiving adjustments, the shoulder pain lessened. I also achieved higher range of motion in my lower back where I always associated the stiffness as a soft tissue issue, not spinal. I was also very fascinated that through palpation and after missing a month of getting adjusted, Dr. Smith detected that I re-injured myself without me bringing it up. I feel grateful and lucky to be under the care of Dr. Smith who has the breadth of knowledge and skill to support my athletic endeavor in dance.

Fantastic experience: Our son was seeing Dr Peter when he had a medical emergency and wound up in the hospital for 3 months. Dr P eyer kept checking in with family on how he was doing. Today our son actually got to come and have a treatment. He had to have treatment differently because he has a G tube but Dr Peter had away and now our son's neck and pelvis feel better and being stuck in a bed all those months. Fantastic experience: I have chronic back pain and had a locked-up neck. I was unable to turn my neck to the right from an old hockey injury. Dr. Smith freed up my neck on my first adjustment and I can now turn my neck left and right. My back is tired from 30 years of building houses so I go for maintenance adjustments to keep it in line. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
