Positive experience: After my accident in September I wanted to ensure that the pain I was feeling in my left shoulder was taken care of properly. I have been told that these injuries can be made worst in time if not care for correctly. I chose Waterloo Physiotherapy because it was close to my work. They went through a very lengthy assessment and form a really good treatment plan. Vidhi was the person I saw the most over the last nine months. She asked me how I was feeling at the beginning of the visit and catered her treatment to best help me with my pain and injuries. I have had issue with my shoulder for many years and the exercises and stretching that Vidhi did for me has helped me feel so much better today. There are exercises that I was given as "homework" and at first I wondered why. But if you follow the instruction it works and you'll start to feel so much better. I will definitely go back to Waterloo Physiotherapy if I ever start feeling pain again in the future. I strongly recommend working with Vidhi if you choose Waterloo Physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: I wanna say Thank you so much Antoine Varghese for healing me and my dad from the car accident last year. Cant barely walk when I first had my session here but then after a week i can feel the progress. Even my dad, he was hesitant to take the session but I'm happy that I pushed him to have a therapy with Antoine since then he felt amazing and back to what he usually do before the accident. Both acupuncture and laser were good.You may think that there's no progress but there is! I must say acupuncture is my favourite:) From can't barely walk to walking like in clouds!Thats how I feel now after all the sessions i had with him. Negative experience: I went here a few times and the physiotherapist was rude and not helpful at all. It was a long time ago, so I'm not sure if he's still there, but just be careful.

Fantastic experience: Antoine cares about ur health and gives u the tools u need to better yourself. things may seem basic and not complicated but that’s because it doesn’t have to be. if u listen to him and the advice he gives, you’ll be better for it! shoutout Antoine!!!

Negative experience: Had to edit my previous review. Things started off decent, he seemed to ask right things and I assumed was doing what was needed. As time went on though it seemed he was taking a more relaxed approach and every practitioner works differently.. however there seemed to be more of a focus on needing to be zen and the fact that I sit for my job as the issue… key point I was being seen post MVA .. shown reports of knee which showed some OA and loss of cartilage which I was seeing a sports medicine doctor for but was brushed off with the sense that wasn’t needed. Very little physical work done on me. Fast forward to current to find out I have and MCL tear as well as nerve damage from a bulging disc that also has some tearing. I think maybe it would be more accurate for this to be labelled wellness or natural healing as a focus. But if you have a legit injury I am not confident this would be helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was assigned to Antoine for a bunch of sessions for accident injuries Whiplash recovery. Antoine has been patient, kind and extremely helpful. He’s very knowledgeable and seems passionate about his work. Front desk attendee Jessica is friendly and helpful as well. They respond to inquiries right away and are great to speak to.

Fantastic experience: From middle of December till the end of March, I was getting my treatment done for my right leg. I am glad that it worked out for me. Jessica and Antoine Varghese both are the one I dealt with while I was there. I had positive experience. I must say that initially it feels that it's a slow process and does not give you the confidence but as more appointment went by, I felt the difference. I sincerely thank my insurance company which recommended them and also to them for helping me out with my pain issue.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. My partner went to see a massage therapist and an employee called Antoine was very intrusive and was asking a lot of personal questions. He wanted to know why my partner had not gotten better yet essentially implying that she should have already gotten better even though he was not the primary care provider.

I was referred to this practice following a car accident over a year ago for therapy. The services and care I received were exceptional. Antione is a very skilled and knowledgeable Physiotherapist who developed my care plan and supported my recovery. I also received massage therapy as part of my treatment from 2 very skilled RMT's.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for months from a car accident and all the staff is awesome. Helen the receptionist is such a sweetheart!! She actually cares about people not like some receptionist I've delt with she understands that people have busy lives and tries her hardest to fit you in when ever your free. Tyler the massage therapist is awesome! I'll tell him where I'm sore and he will work on that spot and come out feeling amazing! Can't forget about Antoine he is an amazing physiotherapist! I was t-boned badly and he has been working with me and putting up with me non stop! I like how he gives you home work so when your not there and you feel stiff you know what to do and helps you get through the week or weeks until your next appointment. Everyone at Waterloo physiotherapy is awesome at what they do and they care about there client's too big time ❤️

Negative experience: Don't go here for WSIB claims Very poor business practice imo as a physio office to have a website advertising wsib recovery while not actually offering such services. Especially considering the fact that many patients may be in no real condition to walk to and from a clinic unless getting treatment the idea that somewhere would advertise to bring these people in when having no plan to treat them baffles and shocks me

Negative experience: The worst physiotherapist, this man stuck needles in my hands and arms and left the room, I was in agony for 20+ minutes waiting for someone to return, my muscles were in constant spams, he finally did return - I had been shouting the whole time, my muscles were so tensed up, I had to go see a doctor, he gave me water and asked me not to say anything about the incident, the worst part is HE still BILLED my insurance company for the visit. This guy is a quack and dangerous... stay away!!!
