Fantastic experience: My headache and low back pain is decreased after the few weeks adjustments. The exam and scanning how my spine looks like make it to become a better result at the end. Dr. Lesley treated me on every visit very gently which made me feel comfortable, and all the staff are always super kind. Fantastic experience: Started seeing Dr Lesley when I was pregnant with my third son. I was having cramps around early third trimester and she noticed a tight muscle in my uterus maybe. I can’t remember specifics, but then the cramping subsided until closer to term. She definitely helped with relieving pregnancy discomforts. That labor was also my quickest being active labor for less than an hour. When I stop seeing her for a few months, I definitely notice the difference. She’s great with my kids, too.

Dr Lesley started treating me in 2018 and she is an Amazing! caring and knowledgeable Doctor, with a more gentle approach in her technique but incredibly efficient. Also Dr Gordon had performed hand and wrist adjustments and my wrists have not hurt since 2018...yeah...that Good! Fantastic experience: My wife and I (both 77) have been attending Bruce Street Family Chiropractic and we both are very pleased with the personal and professional service provided by their entire staff. Scheduling is always on time and their system provides friendly e-mail reminders in advance as well as a list of our future appointments. The billing Invoices are sent out immediately after our visits are complete. Dr. Gordon, Tatiana and Erika are very caring and knowledgeable as well as being great communicators. The office is extremely clean and the parking lot is maintained to a high standard. The office has high level technology for skeletal scans and reporting which was done at our first appointment and again at a follow-up appointment after 3 months or thereabouts. In summary BSFC is highly recommended.

Until I came here. Dr. Gordon and his team took the time to do multiple tests and actually identify the problem, then crafted a special treatment plan tailored to me. Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for several weeks now and have had a great experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and the appointments are quick and easy. I came in for shoulder pain which has decreased so much since I started. As someone who knows nothing about chiropractor stuff, the staff made sure to explain everything before starting my treatment plan. I love that all the appointments are booked in advance. It's much easier to plan things around them or simply reach out if I need to reschedule (which I haven't needed to do). I would recommend coming here if you're looking for a chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Bruce Family Chriopractic for the last 4 years and it's the best chiropractic care I have received. They have up to date technology, even including stress test, and a test that analyzes how tense your muscles are, which impacts spinal alignment. Dr. Gordon has helped me so much with concussion, tenatitus, sprained ankle, pelvis alignment, headaches, tmj, etc. I moved out of town and have still yet to find a chiropractor this good.

Negative experience: If you are looking for a 2 minute crack of the spine/neck for $50 then this is the place to be. Unfortunately, I did not find much value for the money and treatment with Dr. Gordon. If you are looking for a more wholistic chiropractic treatment, that looks at the root of the issue - not a crack, snap and pop treatment there are other chiropractors in town, who are worth more the value and provide a 30-minute treatment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Gordon. He is personable and clearly takes an interest in getting to know his paitents. He explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand considering in have no medical background/education. I have had significant improvement in my range of motion in my shoulder, which is the reason I started seeing a chiropractor.

Negative experience: Massage therapy portion of the clinic is wonderful (they work for themselves, pay rent, are separate entities). I would NOT under any circumstances recommend the chiropractic side of the business. I do not and will not support supposed “professionals” who create and maintain hostile work environments for their support staff and colleagues. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and it is absolutely appalling. Edit in response to clinic response below: I am definitely not mistaken. I have been, and you have lost a few wonderful past employees in the last couple of years. Perhaps your records are not as concise and thorough as one would hope. This is a passive-aggressive response, and does not take any ownership of terrible behaviour that goes on in your office. By all means, continue to turn a blind eye to what is really happening.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Gordon is the man! For 2+ years I suffered with a annoying rib pain that didnt allow me to sleep more than a few hours at a time. My previous chiropractor wasn't able to correct the issue but Doctor Gordon sorted me out in the first session! I couldn't believe it. After 2+ years I was able to sleep a full night. Negative experience: This business did not honor the voucher they marketed during Covid restrictions. The receptionist has refused the Groupon voucher I purchased and advised me to request a refund from Groupon. Groupon policy is very clear: "The amount paid for this voucher (C$56.00) with Bruce Street Family Chiropractic NEVER EXPIRES. The promotional value expires November 1, 2021." (see picture) Following a brief conversation with no sign of remorse or apology at all on their behalf, the receptionist, without informing me why, started asking my PII supposedly to start a file. While I obviously am unable to comment on the quality of their practice, it is sadly clear that their business is only geared towards making profit leaving customer satisfaction out. I am very disappointed with the level of business integrity and reliability they displayed.

Fantastic experience: Bruce Street chiropractic is great, after initial examination Dr Adam explained clearly what the problem is and the treatment options. Had a corrective treatment plan there and it always feels much better after the adjustments. Scheduling appointments is also easy. Everyone is super friendly. Kudos to the entire team.

Dr. Adam will really take good care of you it’s not just he will do the adjustment, but he will evaluate and keep on track of your progress and find out what’s the cause of the pain and focus on that issue until you are pain free as possible. I was suffering upper and lower back pain for years, for two months that I am undergoing all the adjustments that Dr. Adam is doing, I would say it really is working. Now i can start moving my neck freely compare before. The pain is almost gone. Fantastic experience: feels like a second home. i have experienced many sports injuries throughout the span of approximately 5-8 years, and as of today have never felt better. from the front desk staff ( tasha and cecil) always having the biggest smiles, is a joy to be greeted by every visit, and are also so helpful with any questions i have inquired. Fantastic experience: The entire staff is friendly and professional but what impacted me the most was that prior to coming to Dr. Adam for treatment I'd more or less accepted that I'd be living the rest of my life with chronic lower back pain. I'd tried naturopaths, RMT's, and other chiropractors but to no avail. I'm pain free for the first time in as long as I can remember....Golf is once again in my future!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Lesley has help me greatly. 8years after an motorcycle accident suffering from sciatic and degenitve disk disease and living with pain and limited walking I came to see her and since treatment she reduced my headaches and back spasms and able to walk for longer durations.
