Fantastic experience: The service is very nice very effective. I fell better

Negative experience: The physiotherapist just know some basic stretches. Went with sciatica pain (lower back) 7/10 and after 4 sessions of physiotherapy the pain went 9/10. It got so bad that the next night I had to admit myself to the hospital and had to be on complete bed rest for 2 weeks. Interesting fact- The pain went down to 4/10 by myself doing stretches on YouTube. HIGHLY NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

Negative experience: I purchased a facial laser treatment through Groupon with this clinic and had a very bad experience with Fakhra. She did not prepare my skin properly — she told me I should have shaved beforehand, but if that was required, it should have been clearly explained when booking. In my past experiences, clinics always use a disposable razor before starting the procedure. Instead, she rushed through the treatment, seemed more focused on finishing quickly, and as a result I was left with a burn mark under my chin. Rather than focusing on proper care…. This was unprofessional and unsafe.

Fantastic experience: I came to healthmedica due to back pain and neck pain. After three visits my pain was almost gone. Dr Leanne and the team is amazing. Support staff are very nice.

Fantastic experience: This is my go to clinic for physio chiro n massage For physio I personally like n prefer Mohamed abdelkader physiotherapist. He is exceptionally good n his approach to patients is admirable. He never hesitates to touch patients foot or leg with his bare hands n feel the injured part's recovery progress and the managers like Sumeet n Jenny they are so sweet and understanding.

Negative experience: I would have given zero star , if I have the option. Let me tell you my story guys. I got a neck pain as I started working out after long gap. I got a group on coupon for one assessment and adjustment. I went to this place today and front desk lady already started acting differently as I have the coupon and she went inside and told the chiropractor it’s a group on coupon. She almost told 3 times to him. And this guy who was about to do my adjustment and asked couple of questions. I clearly told him I have neck pain but instead of doing neck adjustment he started asking back whether I have back pain I told him I only have neck pain. But he is trying to do the adjustment on my back. I asked him to do the neck and later he said I have to take reflexology or massage to get rid of my neck pain. This is all scam guys . They just need money from the customers and I told them I don’t have insurance and they were asking too many times whether I have the insurance. So that they can loot the government money or insurance people money. I know this is too long to read but it’s my frustration. This is the Worst chiropractor center I ever visit. I still have the neck pain and trying to find another good chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my treatments at Healthmedica, I was under WSIB and I was worried about the recovery, but Dr. leanne , the chiropractor, made it so easy to deal with, Sam and Jennifer are really supportive in all means. The assistant staff is also very helpfull, they give very good knowledge about the every electro therapy and made comfortable before taking the treatment. Xianim the acupuncturist also helped me to improve my condition. The physiotherapist also gave me good exercises and helped me recover. Thank you for all your help and support with my treatment.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for 1:30pm for a spinal decompression. When I walked in, the receptionist was eating lunch that smelled like curry spice that was very overwhelming. I was not seen until 45 minutes later. The chiropractor gave me a quick assessment while being barefoot. Why was she not wearing shoes?? I was strapped in on a table in a different room with zero explanation of what was going to happen, how I was going to feel etc. She turned the machine on and left me alone. It was stressful! I was checked up on with six minutes left of my twenty minute session. I asked to be taken off the machine as I was hurting and very uncomfortable. The girl who checked on me kept telling me to shhhh and close my eyes. I will never come back to this place! Terrible staff, not very clean for a health spa and horrible service.

Negative experience: This is the absolute worse business for communication. They DO NOT answer their phone. I have left voicemails and sent emails asking to book an appointment and it has been over a week that no one has responded to me. If they are so busy to not answer the phone or respond to voicemails or emails then they should hire someone or just say not accepting new clients at the moment. I just tried contacting them again before writing a review and again just the voicemail that they do not respond to. I have no idea how this business is even running. 1 star was the lowest I could rate. I just made an appointment with a different business and they answered my call right away like professionals. You lost my business along with 2 other family members who were interested in your services but hey I guess this place is so busy they don't need our business.

Negative experience: Not a good experience for me: My first visit: . After I met with the therapist Mohammed ( very nice guy and professional) , on my way to leave the clinic, an Indian girl met me and guided me to another room, she already called a woman( prepared) on face time, it was a set up. she said the woman is a doctor, the woman was an Indian too, she was in a terrible condition wearing bedroom clothes, and was sitting on a bed and some clothes was on the background as I saw on on the girl”s cellphone. She asked 3 question about my pain and I left. I had my doubts that this woman is a “doctor “ I called The College of physiotherapist and I filed a complaint for this issue. My second visit: Once I stepped in the clinic, I smelled a terrible smell of cooking, as if they are cooking something, I told the bold guy at the reception that I had allergies for such smell. So I left immediately. They called me several times to express their apology. I told him I will never step in this clinic again.
