Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Elevated Health. I’ve had two treatments that helped immensely, and I was also given exercises to continue my recovery at home at my own pace. Hagen is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain each movement and treatment, making it easy to understand and feel confident in the process. A great experience overall—I only stopped going because I moved, otherwise I would have continued treatment.

Fantastic experience: Saw Hagen for a nagging lower back pain that would not go away. He did a thorough assessment and showed me some imbalances that I wasn’t even aware of. With some targeted movements and take home exercises - the pain all but disappeared after two sessions. Very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to see Hagen again.

Fantastic experience: I visited Hagen the osteopath for the last 8 months on a regular basis to address my medical concern with on-going left side headaches and shoulder/arm pain that commenced back in 2012. Yes that is many years! I was diagnosed with arthritis in my shoulder that was affecting my C5 to C7 and had chiropractic and physio work, but the headaches continued. After seeing an Instagram ad I decided to pursue the osteopath. I looked into the definition of osteopath and decided to pursue it with Hagen. Hagen is very knowledgeable and explains things in details and provides videos of exercises to use etc. if you have an on-going medical concern and have tried other medical approaches without success give osteopath a serious try. I’m happy to report that my left side headaches have diminished to sporadic flare-ups with much less intensity overall and some days are completely headache free.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to so many chiropractors over the years and I was told that I had uneven hips. No one explained to me why. The very first day Hagen examined me he discovered that reason I was in pain was because I had a lower arch on my left foot and my body was over compensating on the one side. After the third visit all the pain I was having dissipated. He gave me many solutions to build up the arch in my foot. Real solutions so I can heal myself. Fantastic experience: I have visited Dr Kals on two different occasions for two different reasons and both my sessions were extremely fruitful. The alternate treatment of osteopathy has worked very well for me. I think for pain management, this is the way to go. Dr Kals deepdives into the situation and problems of the patient and accordingly corrects the problem.

Fantastic experience: So I did two Manual Osteopathic appointments with Hagen Kals at Elevated Health Gollective so far; and it's been amazing. The firat one was an introductory appointment explaining my concerns (stiffness/tightness in neck and shoulder) followed by massages targeting those areas and later provided exercises to do at home. And the second was a follow up appointment. I'm definitely satisfied with the service so far because of obvious signs of improvement. I would recommend this service to anyone including family, friends, even strangers reading this post lol (trust me, you won't regret it).

Fantastic experience: I have just started receiving treatments at this clinic. It is my first experience with Manual Osteopathy and Hagen Kals was very specific in evaluating my concerns and treatments. My first session lasted more than an hour including hands on manipulations, stretches and he suggested some exercises I can easily do at home. After 4 sessions, I already feel some improvements, it is very encouraging. I am very hopeful that I can better manage my pain with more treatments.

I tried everything, physio, massage therapy, etc. I discovered Hagen through social media and after reading the great reviews I decided to reach out. After about 4 sessions the bursitis in my hip and leg has 90% subsided. He is so professional and at the same time so compassionate and kind. Fantastic experience: After 2+ years with a chronic pinched nerve condition in my left shoulder which radiated numbness down my left arm to my finger tips, I was fortunate to find Hagen/Elevated Health which coincidentally was only a short distance from my home. Amongst other accreditations, Hagen is familiar with an Osteopathic approach to healing. I can confirm that on the first couple of sessions, he was able to get to the route of my pain and after only 6-8 sessions my body was able to heal itself. Prior to his treatments, I was unable to sleep on my left side and would be awakened during the night by pain/numbness if rolling over.
