Fantastic experience: Niloofar is a great physiotherapist and I have been receiving excellent care in her hands. She has been treating my shoulder inflammation (tendonitis/bursitis) and back issues effectively using a variety of methods (including shockwave therapy, heat pads, ultrasound, and manual stretching and massage, etc.). I really appreciate the quality of the one-on-one attention during our sessions. She is also very warm and empathetic, making it easy to communicate with her as well.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Nilo for several sessions for my shoulder which I tore a tendon resulting in a destabilized joint. The care provided is modern technology with use of shock wave, laser, ultrasound and great recommended exercises with links to video instructions. The pain is slowly going away and my shoulder is getting stronger with each session of great care and treatments. I'm glad I came to her care and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Northcare Physiotherapy under Niloofar’s care for the past two years, seeking treatment for various pain issues. Prior to this, I tried other physiotherapy clinics but was never satisfied with the results. I often quit midway through treatment or saw little to no improvement. However, with Niloofar, I have experienced significant progress, allowing me to reduce my reliance on pain medication, a change for which I am deeply grateful. Fantastic experience: Dr. Niloofar is the only Physio my wife and I trust here in Canada. Unlike other Physios (I’ve tried 4-5 others) she’s quick to figure out the underlying issues and is able to appropriately address them. Super knowledgeable and well versed in multiple treatment approaches. I had been suffering from a wrist issue since Jul/Aug 2023 and while others were unable to even figure out the issue across “multiple” visits, with some even making it worse in the process because of incorrect diagnosis, Dr Niloofar diagnosed it correctly within the first session & cured it completely in 4-5 sessions.

Fantastic experience: I was hardly able to walk after a total knee replacement, total shoulder replacement and excruciating sciatica pain when I found NorthCare Physioteraphy, I'm so glad I did! I met there two excellent and knowledgable Physiotherapists who are working hard on getting me to walk and get rid of the debilitating pain I was living with. Niloofar and Mohit are an excellent team using manual stimulation, massages, ultrasound and shockwave in my treatment and also exercises to do at home. Second he makes adjustments and accommodations to suit my aging body. I never feel rushed or ignored and he keeps me apprised of each step in the treatment. In addition, Mohit always does what he says. For each home exercise, he always emails simple instructions so I can follow them on my own. A pro who build a rapport, he would be my first choice for any future physio needs.
