Fantastic experience: I have seen Stephen Wu today for the initial assessment. He has taken the time and done a through examination and explained everything really well for me to understand my issue. He is going to prepare an exercise program for me to follow and i am going to see him for some more lessons in which he will be training me to do the exercises that I supposed to continue for a long time. I have previously tried with other physio/chiro/osteopath with no success and was referred to him by a friend. I really like the way he handled the whole thing so far and hoping my issue will be solved. I will update this review after I completed the treatment in a couple of months.

Fantastic experience: It's quite refreshing to find a physio who can keep it honest during your rehab, as someone who plays sports it's important to find a physio who can work with you and find solutions on how to get back into your sporting regiment instead of the generic answers from other physio's I have received . Stephen and his team know that the end goal is to get back out playing competitively as quickly as possible The whole staff is incredibly helpful and understanding to the needs of an athlete. They're patient, as well as credible, humble and accountable Parking situation is very easy , office is well kept and clean.

Fantastic experience: Stephen is a personable, passionate, and knowledgeable physiotherapist who combines manual massages and laser treatment with acupuncture. At 1.5 months I’m almost all healed from the neck, wrist, and ankle injuries I’ve sustained from doing martial arts (though am sure my recovery would have been even swifter had I been sticking to the detailed exercise plan Stephen tailored for me). All in all a great medical professional and person who truly cares about the well-being of his clients.

Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic experience with Kinnext on several occasions for different injuries. Stephen was very thorough in assessing my injuries and explained the science behind what caused it and what the treatment would look like. He also did a combination of direct treatment and a specialized gym routine I could use at the gym and at home as part of unsupervised treatment. Thanks to him I was able to address a shoulder injury and Achilles tendonitis. Would definitely recommend if you have a sports-related injury.

Fantastic experience: Steve has helped me immensely in recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture. I've been getting regular treatment for five months now, and will continue until I'm able to get back to sports. He is knowledgeable, professional and ethical. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Stephen for a severe calf muscle tear. He is brilliant. Very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and accommodating. He uses a wide variety of techniques to treat the problem, and takes the patient as a whole into consideration when assessing and developing a treatment plan. He uses PhysiApp, which can be installed on your cell phone, for a prescribed at-home exercise program that can be tracked for progress. My recovery has been progressing nicely and Stephen keeps me motivated. I highly recommend Stephen and Kinnext Health!

Fantastic experience: Steve is by far the best physiotherapist I have worked with. He had me back on my feet in no time after a full ACL reconstruction and Meniscus repair. Steve is dynamic, thorough, and very intelligent in his field. He creates custom programs, that are always changing to meet the needs of his patients and never fails to fully explain what he is doing and why.

Fantastic experience: I tore my ACL and had a bucket handle meniscus tear in my right knee and was looking for a qualified physiotherapist. Several of the members at my MMA club recommended Stephen because of his kinesiology background, sports-specific conditioning, and friendly personality. Stephen welcomed me with a warm smile and we went into a detailed assessment to determine the course of action for my recovery. Each session was well-prepared, challenging, and a lot of fun. Normal recovery for an ACL is 8-12 months but I was back on mats in 6 months thanks to Stephen’s guidance and motivation. He loves what he does and truly cares about his patients. I have recommended him to friends, family and teammates. After working with Stephen they all say the same thing “he’s amazing!” Thank you very Stephen!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Stephen for the past few months to treat a severe concussion and he is undeniably one of the best physiotherapists I've ever been treated by. After trying multiple things to ease my knee pain that was caused by a sports injury, nothing seemed to help and some things even made it worse. After going to Steven I felt way more confident about what was actually happening to me and how to move forward. Fantastic experience: Having been a competitive athlete, I have had many experiences with PT's and treatments. I tore my ACL, Meniscus and had a deep bone bruise last August; I thought I would literally never be able to play football again. Stephen was not only spot-on with what he thought my injuries were (pre-MRI), but he was able to rehabilitate me within 6 months to initiate my playing again. Stephen has used a wide-range of treatments and is so knowledgable. Fantastic experience: Would recommend Kinnext Health in a heartbeat! Been dealing with a bad knee for a few years and thought it would be chronic after seeing a couple of other physiotherapists. Steven is incredibly knowledgeable and I immediately felt improvements after our first session, was amazing. I was very impressed by his ability to diagnose issues and arsenal of knowledge to help you feel your best. My knee feels like it is normal again, full mobility and no more pain! He is also very accomodating and the new website makes it really easy to book appointments.

Stephen has treated three of my daughters for a wide variety of ailments - hockey related (broken femur), soccer related (broken tibia and ankle) and otherwise (scoliosis). However with Stephen’s support and intensive treatment she has returned to play junior hockey at a high level.
