Fantastic experience: DJ and his team are always working so hard!

Fantastic experience: THE BEST! My family goes there for so many things. My kids are both athletes so utilize the massage and physio to keep their bodies in tip top shape. Discovered the clinic when I had sciatica in 2014. They were a GOD SEND! Everyone here is so friendly and professional. They REALLY try their best to accommodate me, since I often call last minute due to such a busy family life. I don't know where I'd be without the clinic! Friends of ours even drive all the way from the west end of the city to come to this clinic. They pass hundreds of clinics along the way. Tells you something!

Fantastic experience: DJ is an awesome Physiotherapist and his team are so friendly and professional. After assessment of the injury there is always a detailed consultation of the reason for the pain and what can be done to work towards better health. Treatment is always on point. I have been to the office for chronic lower and mid back pain, shoulder injury, and neck pain and my recovery has been a blessing! I also go to RMT Jun who is a part of this amazing team. He is a gifted healer and his expertise can be felt immediately. Hard to explain. You will understand if you book an appointment with him.

Fantastic experience: I was having major pain in my left leg and lower back for 10 days. My wife insisted that is long enough and I have to go to see DJ Kim for pain relief. She said this because DJ and his team recently helped her to be able to walk again. She became a believer and by now, so am I. A few days previous to this I had been to the hospital. There the doctor checked me over and looked for blood clots. When the doctor found nothing wrong he then sent me home with directions to do some stretches. That didn't quite make sense to me as I was still in so much pain. I was lucky to call when they just had a cancellation. I was there in minutes. However, within just a few minutes of my first appointment with Physiotherapist DJ Kim he had correctly diagnosed my situation as sciatica and began relieving my pain. Within the next hour I not only felt pain relief, I also learned what I should do and I learned what I should not to do so that I could avoid the pain from starting up. I've had four follow up visits so far and each time I've experienced pain relief plus additional information on how to manage my specific situation. I am giving North York Physiotherapy five/five stars because of the overall experience based on the team effort. They are friendly, professional and affordable. DJ is a great Physiotherapist to begin with and together with his team they perform like a well oiled machine. One might notice that it helps to be on time for their appointment.

Fantastic experience: DJ helped me to get my life back. When I found him I was in a lot of pain and tried so many other treatments and now one year later I feel like my old self again. His team is friendly,kind,professional and really care. North York Physo also has the best message therapist as well I have used many throughout my lifetime and June is the best! Dr. Dj Kim doesn’t only diagnose to the point but directs you to the right way so the pain doesn’t come back. All of the people including 3 of my family members are 100% happy of the treatment that this clinic provides. This is the only clinic that I trust.

Fantastic experience: Best physiotherapy service I’ve had so far in Toronto. I’ve been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a while now. I had electrotherapy(recommend!) and posture correction and saw progression right after my first visit. DJ Kim is very kind and helpful. The exercises he taught me are very easy to apply to my daily practice so surprisingly, I do it everyday. I’ll definitely be back regularly for more treatments!!

Staffs were extremely friendly and DJ KIM (physiotherapist) was very knowledgeable, but most importantly , he really cares about your condition and provide appropriate treatments. Overall, it has been a great experience for me and the clinic never let me down for 13 years.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting North York Physio for many years and will continue to do so for any treatments that I require despite moving recently. Receiving treatment from DJ (clinic director) is most definitely worth the drive! DJ and his team Eric and Hannah quickly treated my wrist and hand injury. They taught me several exercises to do at home to expedite the healing process. The front admin staff are also very helpful and welcoming. They genuinely want the best for you here. I would highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic to ANY friend or family member.

Fantastic experience: I had complicated post-op problem for which, as appeared, not every physiotherapy clinic was able to work on - DJ (chief doctor of the clinic) and his team could. Progress is great so far - I visited my surgeon few days ago and he praised my speed of recovery, it is exceeding his expectations. It looks that this is because of many good factors clinic has: - high level of DJ professional expertise and good personal attitude - advanced devices with which they complement manual work: electric stimulation (muscles tonus recovery), laser (tissue healing), ultrasound (scars prevention) - good program and device for my home exercises that DJ suggested Yes, I recommend the clinic.

Fantastic experience: DJ Kim and his associates are good at their work and they were effective at healing my lower back. After a sports related injury, I could not bend back my lower back for several months. Xrays could not show what exactly was wrong with me and I had given up. Their electrolyte treatment, ultrasound treatment, and the pulling machine thingy (not sure what it is called.. haha) together with DJ's specifically tailored exercises healed up my back in 4 months or so! It was a slow process and did cost me money but was so worth it! DJ Kim's Physio tells the patients to focus more on exercises rather than just the physio treatment so I liked that approach too.
