Recently, the pain became severe enough that I asked around for a reputable chiropractor or acupuncturist, and remarkably, three different people recommended this clinic. Although I initially hesitated due to the distance, the multiple recommendations convinced me to give it a try. I was immediately impressed by the helpful and courteous assistance provided over the phone, and I want to extend my gratitude to the warmly welcoming staff during registration. As for Dr. Calvin Kim, he is truly exceptional. He is incredibly upbeat and approachable, yet maintains a high level of professionalism. Fantastic experience: Every visit to Dr. Calvin Kim’s clinic is such a pleasant experience. He is always kind, patient, and really takes the time to listen and understand. I feel relaxed and cared for every time I go, and I can truly see the improvement. My husband used to see Dr. Kim years ago and always said he was excellent, and now I completely agree. Jorde Yang, the physiotherapist, is also wonderful and very professional. The massage therapy at this clinic is on another level as well. Somehow they have gathered only truly skilled therapists, and I honestly feel like I was the last person to discover this place. I am very thankful to all of them, because even when I arrive in pain, I always leave feeling better and grateful.

Fantastic experience: On the recommendation from a neighbor, I went to Dr. Kim for a mild tear in my rotator cuff. My GP had recommended physio. He thoroughly examined me and the ultrasounds and x-rays. He thoroughly explained the injury and the treatment. After 2 visits, which included IFC, shock treatment, and massaging, I was able to sleep pain-free. I was instructed on exercises to continue the recovery. He makes himself available anytime to questions or concerns. He was able to apply his experience to effectively treat me. Dr. Kim is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: 컴퓨터로 업무를 보는 직업을 가지다 보니, 목, 어깨 등 상체가 전반적으로 균형도 안 맞고, 등(Back) 여기저기 튀어나와서 불편을 느꼈는데, 와이프의 적극 추천으로 닥터 캘빈킴 카이로 치료를 시작했습니다. 와이프가 캐나다에서 MRI를 찍어야 할 만큼, 허리 디스크와 방사통도 있고, 5년 정도 20분이상 걷거나 침대 누울 때도 통증이 너무 심해서 진통제 없이 일상생활 자체가 불가능 했는데, 캘빈 킴 치료 후, 기적이라 믿을 만큼 1시간 걷기, 수영까지 가능할 정도가 되었고, 와이프가 일상생활이 가능해 지니, 저도 여기저기 몸이 곯아가는 걸 알게 되었고, 하루라도 늦기 전에 캘빈 킴과 카이로 치료를 시작했습니다. 처음 카이로 후, 그 동안 틀어졌던 균형이 잡히니, 몸이 뭔가 모르게 바로 잡힌 느낌이 들었고, 두 번째 캘빈 킴의 치료 후, 어깨와 목 그리고 등이 너무 편하게 움직이고 가벼워졌고, 세 번째 치료 후, 농구팀에서 살짝 고전 하던 제가 움직임이 가볍고 슛 던질 때 어깨도 너무 가벼워 졌고, 드디어 팀이 지역리그에서 토너먼트 결승전 후, 챔피언까지 했고 너무도 기분 좋은 연휴를 즐기게 되었습니다. 건강해진 와이프가 계속 야외활동과 운동을 원해서 살짝 피곤하지만^^;; 행복합니다. Fantastic experience: Dr. Calvin Kim and his staff are super nice and gentle. I brought my MRI and he explained very well. He found exactly where and why I’ve had big pain of my lower back, right side hip and leg. After enough conversation about my symptoms, he fixed from back to leg. He said just relax and I heard clacking sound. After that I felt my bone was fitted. It was amazing, like a miracle to me because I have had serious lower back pain for 5 years, even I can’t raised my leg by self. Finally my pain is almost gone and I have a hope to get recovered without surgery. Also, he gave me an advice on everything good for my back. I think he really tried to understand patients’s feelings. Seeing Dr. Calvin Kim today is one of lucky things in my life. I appreciate Dr. Calvin Kim and his team.

My husband is extremely picky as he has tried many chiropractors and has not looked for another chiropractor since seeing Dr. Kim. We used to live in the neighbourhood but have since moved 30 minutes north, and it is still worth the drive for us to get treated by Dr. Kim. Over the years we have also referred many friends to see Calvin for their back issues, and have heard nothing but positive feedback from them as well. Fantastic experience: Strongly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it. I have a chronic shoulder pain, numb wrist for both hands, right side tennis elbow. I am taking every kind of treatment from physio, sport injury therapy for more than 3 years. To be honest, I felt wasting money and time from all the services from every clinics, I took. He Dr. Kim fixed my back shoulder and even my right side of my neck. He told me to relax and he will do everything then click sound. Voila! I feel much better already.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst clinic when it comes to customer service. I will be making a formal complaint of discrimination. Dr. Kim refused to make an apointment with me just because I asked about the cost and services of his clinic to his secretary. When a patient is enquiring of the cost and needs information about the clinic he wants to go to, do you reject the patient? So they discriminated and rejected to make an appointment, even though i needed the appointment. He tells his secretary to not make an appointment with me. Unbelievable! I will be making a formal complaint of discrimination, just because you have a problem with you being conceited or suffering from a narcissistic mindset. Go to a clinic that performs customer service and care over the phone before you enter a clinic. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Im not going to let this one sline; neither should you.

Fantastic experience: For my work, I'm on my feet ALL DAY or some days I'm in front of a computer ALL DAY, and you know what that can do to your body! I've been going to Dr. Kim for nearly 20 years, and I've brought my whole family and many friends to see him and his team since (David is truly the best RMT in town!). I've been through a couple of car accidents, falls, and pretty serious back and neck issues including migraines, and the relief I get from the treatment is almost instantaneous. Fantastic experience: I’ve had back issues since I was a teen due to hockey related injuries. I’ve been seeing Dr Kim for almost 20 years on and off, depending on how my back is doing. I have seen other Chiro’s in my past, but Dr. Kim is by FAR the best I’ve ever seen. He tailors his approach patient by patient. He’s not one of those “adjust you and keeps you coming back every two days” kind of Chiropractor that we’ve all heard about - you know - the one that keeps you coming back to milk your bank account or insurance. He will get you back to feeling better quicker than most because of his tailored approach. He often says “give it a rest for a few days and only call me if you’re not feeling better”. 9/10 he gets me back to “normal” in only a few seasons. Every person I’ve sent to go see him thinks he’s great. Highly recommend Dr. Kim to anyone who is looking for a new Chiro.

Fantastic experience: I was in severe pain in my lower back and my friend referred me to Dr.Calvin Kim. Found out my pelvis was dislocated! I was real lucky to get in on the same day and right away after the treatment I was relieved. My recovery was great! Only 1.5 days stay at home and my 2nd treatment was awesome! It was worth the $70 chiropractor service! This is very fair and awesome price for his magic hands & expertise! He said I should be good for around 5- 6 treatments, but I've become a believer in chiropractor now and I want to come back for maintenance and health. Do not go anywhere! You are the best!!! Fantastic experience: Myself and family have been going to Dr. Kim for 7 years Dr. Kim is very thorough with his treatments, often lasting 40 minutes. He's helped me tremendously and he is always on time and accommodating, with excellent table side manners.

Negative experience: Pretentious doctor that thinks he's the best. Waiting times for treatments is horrendous. First chiropractic clinic that I've been to that has 3 treatments going on at the SAME time. Arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and had to wait 30 more minutes after my scheduled time. Once in the room, I had to wait another 10 minutes. Charges $55 for 1 hour treatment and literally spends 20 minutes with you tops. I see patients leaving with no relief and tells them to come back in 2 days. What a rip. Don't waste your time and money.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim is a wonderful chiropractor - always professional, very effective and I have immediate results with each visit. He also does acupuncture and massage which is great for injuries that require multiple therapies.
