Fantastic experience: Shahlah is a great physiotherapist who truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. I was injured in a car accident as a pedestrian and the treatment I received at Unique Rehab by Shahlah and Elaheh was very helpful during the first couple of months of my recovery process. They were very understanding of the challenges I was facing as a result of the accident, such as showing up to appointments on time, and did their best to accomodate me. I’m grateful for their compassion and expertise.

Fantastic experience: Chiropractor Dr Hamidreza Ghazvini had a lot of knowledge regarding my back pain and was able to ease the pain and explain to me my issue while providing examples of necessary stretches to prevent further aggravation. I am very happy with the treatment.

Negative experience: The Physiotherapist is not bad at this clinic. But the receptionist is very rude and impatient. I called in advance and got booked with Shahla. I brought my two young kids, drove 20mins there, she told me Shahla was not in the clinic and asked me to meet another physiotherapist. I asked her why she did not inform me to cancel the appointment before I came. She said she thought I would be fine to meet any of their physiotherapist, which is ridiculous. The way she spoke was very rude and impatient. She kept saying that there was nothing she could do. She did not even feel sorry about this. Will never go to this clinic! By the way, she said she is the owner of the clinic, which I do not believe it

Negative experience: vary bad customer service. They misinformed me on the call, and reached out a couple times after so to have me on board. But unfortunately after I went there, they showed up very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I have had almost 10 sessions of physiotherapy here. I don’t recommend them at all. I regret I ignored the negative comments on google. To be fair, I believe Dr Shahla was good with diagnosis of my issue, but I haven’t received good service. All they care is about money. They make you come for treatment until you spend the last dollars of your insurance coverage. They don’t have a plan for your treatment, I have asked it several times but didn’t get a respond. To make it clear, they charge you for an hour treatment no matter how long they serve you. Almost all sessions I had, I was charged for $100 (an hour), whereas I was served only for 30-45 minutes, or even sometime less! Bad experience for me!

Fantastic experience: The Massage therapy is awesome and especially I would like to thank Mike for his detailed treatment and I felt like a relief throughout the pain points. His hands are strong enough for a soft or hard massage as per your requirements. Also, he gave me valuable advises for keep the physique in good condition. I will be continuing to get treated under him...

Fantastic experience: So let me start off saying ALL PHYSIOTHERAPY PLACES are not created equal. And while Im still in therapy I am not fully rehabbed yet but feel the need to post this after 10+ visits and leaving the last star for good luck as time passes on. As a former National team athlete and having competed in extreme sports lets just say injury comes with this territory. And my injuries have become chronic life long ailments so when I do feel better from Physio nothing else point to a stronger recommendation then Unique. They personify the cliche "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care" I can't say enough great things about the staff here. Doltse just about needs physio after the amount of dedicated personal effort and care she has provided. This is small clinic not a farm so the focus is on healing care and prevention. My only complaint is I wish I had found them sooner. You won't be disappointed here. Good people with a fine facility.

Negative experience: It took them about 2months for a pair of orthopaedic insoles, I had to call and follow up. Also, as soon as they cash you out, you don’t even get a goodbye. Also, grow up and call me directly. Calling my family members, seriously?!

Negative experience: I paid for one hour fee but it only gave me half an hour treatment. I asked that's it? She said yes....That is how 'PROFESSIONAL' works. The Asian lady treats you very well, but never find the doctor for your treatment. Ntot worth

Positive experience: Dolma is great!

Fantastic experience: Sprained my ankle last year and was warned by everyone it would never be the same. Thanks to all the therapy, strengthening and exercises I received from them, I can say my ankle feels good as new. The treatment I receive here is the most comprehensive I’ve ever experienced. The location is convenient and the staff are all friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone!
