Fantastic experience: This is going to be a long one, but I have a lot to say about Dr. Trevor and couldn't leave without writing a proper review. I've seen several chiropractors over the past few years, and hands down he's easily the best I've worked with. I came to him for shoulder pain from a motorbike fall, and after a year of physio, other chiros, and RMTs, I still had pain in the shoulder and it felt quite weak. Within only a few weeks of seeing him and actually sticking to the routine he gave me, I started feeling stronger than I had in a long time. My range of motion has improved so much, and I no longer deal with the headaches or pain that used to come from my shoulder, neck, and back. I went from doing a single pull-up to doing 3 sets of 5 to 6. He treats holistically and not just the symptoms. He looked at my overall posture and focused a lot on building strength in my upper back, which made a huge difference. For me it was progressively building strength in my rotator cuff, not just random adjustments session to session. That's another thing that sets him apart. I've had chiropractors who see you for 5 minutes, adjust you, and charge you for a full 30 minute session. Dr. Trevor is the opposite. You get his full attention, he takes detailed notes, and he actually remembers your history and progress instead of treating you like you're just there for a quick adjustment. His care is also just really comprehensive: deep tissue massage, alignments, acupuncture, all of it. There's a gym on site too, so he's been able to walk me through strength training exercises I could keep doing on my own. And he's genuinely generous with his time, happy to answer any questions over text even after the appointment. Obviously you still have to put in the work yourself, but I haven't felt this strong or this good about my posture in years. My range of motion has been at its best it has been in years. Highly recommend if you're looking for someone who actually treats the root issue instead of just managing symptoms.

I first met Casey in August 2024 after realizing something wasn’t right with my shoulder. He immediately took it seriously and encouraged me to get imaging. When I hit roadblocks trying to see my family physician, Casey stepped in and connected me directly with a sports medicine doctor. That support made all the difference. I was quickly diagnosed with a calcium deposit in my rotator cuff and able to start the right treatment. Casey was there every step of the way, working with me before, during, and after the procedure to make sure I recovered properly. More recently, I was in a ski accident that resulted in a complete ACL and MCL rupture. Casey was the very first person I called. Even though I’m still early in recovery, I’m confident I wouldn’t be getting through this the way I am without his guidance. Fantastic experience: I went to Technical Touch for my ACL rehab, and the care and expertise I received were exceptional from start to finish. Early on, Casey helped me regain my range of motion. Dr. Trevor also played a huge role during this period, using acupuncture to aid my recovery. As I progressed, Casey transitioned me into strength training to rebuild the quad strength I had lost post-surgery. Once my strength returned, Trevor focused on my conditioning, agility, and overall fitness. Near the end of my rehab, Casey went above and beyond with soccer-specific training, helping me get back on track. I continue to visit Technical Touch regularly for treatment with Trevor and for physiotherapy and soccer training with Casey.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a knee injury in April and was not able to get any help until late May in which Casey helped me get in touch with a sports medicine doctor, leading to a surgery book less than a month later. Casey really helped speed up this process and continued to check up on me throughout it. I would’ve probably ended up getting the surgery much later if it wasn’t for his consistent help!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Trevor D’Souza is just an excellent chiropractor. Not only does he give excellent treatment but he provides clear explanations of the issue, followed with at home exercises. My daughter’s constant leg issues were finally solved and in between treatments she injured herself playing sports. He saw her immediately and helped her recover right away.

Fantastic experience: Casey is a fantastic physiotherapist! We went to see him in December 2022 as my daughter fell at school and could not walk on her right leg, knee injury. Within a week, Casey had us in to see a sports doctor at the Cleveland clinic, and had her putting weight on her knee. He assisted us with getting an MRI expedited and obtaining the results. I cried when I first went to see Casey thinking my daughter either could not play soccer anymore or had to have surgery. He out my fears to rest and I am happy to say that she is now 100% back to the soccer field and getting ready for her first OPDL game. Thanks Casey for being a great therapist, providing her with strength and conditioning and being a great guy!

Fantastic experience: Dealing with Trevor D’Souza was an absolute pleasure. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. When I first came in I was in 11/10 pain. By the end through treatment including acupuncture and adjustments my pain was heavily subdued.

Fantastic experience: I saw casey for my ankle injury. He had a very great understanding of the injury and has put has put in time to get me back on the field. He gave me exercises to do on my own to help strengthen my ankle. He has a very organized schedule that works for anyone. Without him, I would not have made anywhere near as much progress as I have right now. I definitely recommend anyone to visit casey for any issue you are having.

I went to get a second opinion from Casey and he told me it wasn’t as bad and that I should be back. Indeed I was back for playoffs and nationals! He did a lot of hands on work and gave me excerises to do on my own! Overall great communication with his players and their coaches in order to give us the best success possible.

Fantastic experience: When my daughter dislocated her knee from volleyball we were recommended to Technical Touch Rehab. Best decision ever. We have been to a couple a Physiotherapists throughout the years but Casey tops them all by far. Aside from being well informed and knowledgeable Casey definitely makes his clients comfortable and has your best interest in the recovery process which def is important considering the amount of time you will be spending with him at appointments. Casey also asks a lot of questions making not to rule anything out as a precaution and is able to make quick connections for other referrals if needed . We were able to see a sports Dr. within days after her injury after he put in a call. He also puts in an individualized treatment plan considering how well you body is responding since not every injury in the same location is the same for everyone . His dedication with communication for check ups through phone calls and texts was amazing .One last amazing thing I need to say is Casey also brought my daughters confidence back to play volleyball by easing her in with volleyball movements during treatments once she was further along in recovery and even came out to one her her practices outside office hours to see how she is progressing with her movements if thats not the ultimate dedication of a physiotherapist I don’t what is . Definitely recommended going to Technical Touch Rehab

From the moment you walk in for your appointment you can see how much they are invested in their clients, by taking the time to learn about you and what is happening with you.
