Fantastic experience: I’ve been here a few times now and have had a really positive experience. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. The team actually takes the time to listen to what’s been bothering you instead of rushing through the appointment. The treatments have really helped with my pain, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. The clinic is clean, organized, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about helping you feel better!

Fantastic experience: Health plus have great services for Physio. If you have any Physio needs go for them. I was having pain in my back and shoulder since 6 months. Their staff is professional and knows what they are doing. Best place to get your physio needs.

She puts you at ease by making an appointment without a delay and assisting you in completing your insurance claims. RMTs are incredible. I'll visit again tell my relatives and friends about it.

Negative experience: I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the customer service from Aman (Manager) and it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I reached out to her, it was clear that they were not interested in helping me resolve my issue. The customer service was unresponsive, rude, and completely dismissive of my concerns. Furthermore, the team was unwilling to answer any additional questions I had and provided incomplete or misleading information. In short, my experience with the customer service from Aman (Manager) was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. The level of service I received was unacceptable and I will not be using their products or services again in the future.

Fantastic experience: The team here is so good. I was able to get my chiropractic/ physiotherapy treatments looked after by professionals. Billing was super easy and the Clinic staff would schedule my appointments and setup reminders so I was looked after . The massage therapist and the chiropractor are absolutely amazing . Fantastic experience: I have been going to healthplus for the last 5 years and my family for even longer. They are very professional and pleasant. I always request for Armaan for my massage and she does a fantastic job! Nothing but praises for her. I have recommended her to my fiends and they all have good experience with her. ♥️♥️

Fantastic experience: Nargis Azizi Fake account and fake review. A patient who ran out of benefits and wanted more sessions and when refused to make fake note for her case, got angry and wrote a review. She failed to comply with the treatment plan. Failed to follow at home care, was pre injured from work and failed to mention anything in the health history related to that. Failed to bring in the reports for her injury. Failed to comply with after treatment. Failed to listen and co-operate. Tons of attitude. Contacted the practioner to threaten to pay for her bills or else she will throw a court case for her injuries which never came from treatment at the clinic. Face check people, even Google will tell you if or not a massage pressure can cause a tear *No Brainer* People can lie and go above and beyond for free treatments and then write fake reviews from fake accounts to damage the image of the clinic. Heights of stupidity.

Negative experience: If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The staff have NO idea what they are doing and I bet half of the positive reviews on here is from their own family members. Please save your money, time and body from visiting this place. I went for a massage and ended up in the hospital with injections and been medicated for days now. The lady ripped my muscle by pressing so hard that my pain level went from a 2 to a 9 over night. I been to the hospital and now can barely move my back. I contacted them to explain what happened and all I heard back was "will you signed a paper" unbelievable. Please don't go here unless you want to go thru the worst trauma of your life.

Positive experience: Service was excellent by physiotherapist but customer is not good, I booked appointment with my physiotherapist, some reason she was not available, prior to my appointment I called also to customer service but I was not told that my physiotherapist is not available...I was so upset that eventhough I called customer service representative didn't told me that my physiotherapist is not available...because of this appointment I cancelled my other important things ..at the end I was treated by another physiotherapist...

Negative experience: Well i took my wife there today for a physiotherapy session. She had cervical pain but it was bearable and after the session the pain kept on increasing and increasing. She is in unbearable pain right now. I am really worried about her now.

Negative experience: Pathetic Services. Unprofessional and Greedy staff. They sell re-used and damaged products. Pl go somewhere else instead of going here. Totally NOT recommended. They pay people to leave good reviews online. In reality you are better at going to a real and reputable clinic instead of going at this fake rehab center. They will soon be busted.

Fantastic experience: I been to other locations few times but never came here. i had a great experience same as the other locations. The staff here are caring, welcoming, warm, and wonderful. They provide an excellent service in a professional but friendly manner. They have a genuine concern for the patient, and offer an integrated service. Everything about the clinic is of the highest standard, from booking an appointment to aftercare. There is value for money, and staff never pressurise into taking on endless rounds of treatment. I strongly recommend Health plus facilities for all physio needs.

Fantastic experience: I used to go to other places for body massage and there was no difference in my shoulder. So I far I went 2 times for body massage and 3-4 times for my shoulder and my experience was beyond my expectations. The staff is so kind and generous. My shoulder has felt so much better and it has changed my life.
