Fantastic experience: I've been into this location for 2 years now. I can say that all the people working here are very professional and make people feel they are with family. All the physio, massage therapist, acupuncture and chiropractor therapists know what they're doing. I'm those kind of people when I'm very happy with the services provided, I will keep going to the places. And this is one of them. Like today, was one of those days and I had to come to see "my" chiropractor and I'm leaving feeling much better. With some laughs with Vi that is on the front desk.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience seeing Daniel today! He was extremely professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns before getting to work. I felt immediate relief after my adjustment and walked out feeling so much better. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring chiropractor!

Fantastic experience: First time coming here for physio and it was a great experience. Violetta was really welcoming and easy to talk to. We had a nice conversation that made the whole experience even better, loved that. Definitely coming back!

Negative experience: I was into a car accident, I'm on the claim. The insurance company sent me to this place HealthBridge Physio. But when I went there, theres a family business but I when I went there I had to have a translator they were so bad. She's really dumb I tried to tell her what was hurting and she just kept asking questions. Then when the doctor called us I went into the room and I stated that have bad back pain. The doctor was telling me to do finger movements for no reason while my problem was my back pain. He sent all the Information to the Insurance company that I have no problems. But I went to the MRA and they found out multiple issue abouts my back. But this doctor is liar and I think he's taking money from the insurance company. He's the kind of person who states nothings wrong when there multiple issues just for money from the insurance company that's probably why he did that. Please don't go to this place I definitely don't recommend if you really have a bad issue or a bad accident. 0/10 Horrible Please please don't go here. Now they've stopped my benefits when I clearly have bad back problems. Please don't go here. I'm not wrong this is the exact place I went to, this insurance company is wrong, I still have back problems and instead of examining my back they checked my hands instead for no reason. Saying I had no issues and I was okay going to work when that's no true. Yesterday I spoke to my lawyer getting told that the company said I had no issues because of you while that's not true and you guys are making false accusations supporting for whoever the insurance company that's why you guys don't check people properly. I don't know why people are giving you 5 star reviews when you guys are horrible. If you want to talk to me I can give my phone number..

Violetta is especially welcoming she always greets you with a smile and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality physiotherapy care!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful clinic. Violetta is incredibly charming and warm, make you feel at home. The professionals are great, very personable and knowledgeable. Happy I chose this place. Don't let the lack of waiting room furniture dissuade you, they're very good at keeping their appointments. One of the VERY few clinics that stays open well pay 6 pm, to accommodate the 9 - 5's. They work with most (if not, all) insurance providers, direct billing.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here is great, from booking the appointment to the treatment itself. Violetta was able to squeeze my son in for a physio appointment with Daniel, which we really appreciated. Both were very professional, and Daniel was excellent. We can’t recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: After trying everything from acupuncture, massage and chiro I couldn’t get any relief from my pinched nerve, that was until I started seeing the chiro at Health Bridge. My first treatment was game changer and finally started to feel relief. After 4 sessions of cupping, deep tissue work and adjustments I finally am pain free. Fantastic experience: When it comes to physiotherapy treatment, nothing speaks louder than results. I have been recovering more than three years from three knee operations (two on my left knee and one on the right knee) At 70 years-of-age there was little hope in my mind of being able to walk properly again. All that changed when I came across Healthbridge Physiotherapy just before Christmas, 2023. I phoned and made an appointment that went very well. I felt improvement almost immediately. Since then, I have been steadily getting better with every treatment. Compared with other clinics I attended where they just put you on a table, hook you up to a mystery machine and come back 40-minutes later to collect the better part of a hundred bucks without helping at all, Healthbridge is a gift! I am very close to walking again, finally! The clinic owner, Violetta, and the physiotherapist who treats me, Twinkle, are wonderful, kind and accommodating. I have everything positive and nothing negative to say about this clinic. Anyone who is in need of physiotherapy should give Healthbridge Physio a try.

All Covid restrictions met and I felt very safe.The receptionists are very friendly, professional and welcoming! All the services they offer are handled by pros and they have been extremely helpful in my recovery from my accident! Highly recommended!
