After trying two different physiotherapy clinics with little improvement, I decided to try chiropractic sessions — and I don’t regret it. After just seven sessions, I’m back to normal. I had difficulty sleeping and even reaching cupboards, and I honestly never thought I’d feel like myself again. Dr. Paul is truly knowledgeable. He also noticed a circulation issue and recommended compression socks. This clinic is versatile as well — Dr. Paul even made custom orthotics for me. It’s a true one‑stop shop. Thank you! ps. Fantastic experience: Dincy, their physio is the best... Even if this location is far for me, I make time to see her. No other physio has been as effective for me. They have some good massage therapists as well (Britney is really good). They have a good team.

Negative experience: My physiotherapist is off so i Went in there for physiotherapy he told me i need chiropractic. I had tight shoulders I explained to him the situation with chiropractic and my neck he insisted he knew what was happening…long story short its over 2 mths and till today i now suffering head and neck pain daily which i did not have to begin with. I went back the very next day in total pain. He begin doing heat therapy to fix it . But now i am paying for repair instead of therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paul is amazing! Amazing office and staff! Very friendly! I went in with neck and head feeling very heavy, mood was all off. Dr Paul was very thorough with his explanation, procedures and process. Even helped with diet changes and workouts. I had gone to the clinic for about 3 months and i feel amazing! I later recommended this office to my mom for her back and leg pain, and she loved it. They do not rip you off or rob you of your money, it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been fantastic at AVID. Both Dincy and Dr. Janelle have provided unbelievable care! I originally sought out treatment for stiffness in my neck. I had also struggled with Sinus issues for years, to the point where dizziness around allergy season was an annual event. My Sinus issues were so bad that I even struggled with driving. After a few chiropractic sessions I seen immediate relief. I've gone through the entire summer with 10% of the symptoms I struggled with for years. Working on the root cause of my issues has allowed me to do things I haven't been able to do in years. I would 100% recommend Avid Chriopractic and Phsyiotherapy!

I was originally looking for chiropractor care to help with my posture. After a couple of adjustments I was absolutely shocked to feel the difference!!! I had no idea how stiff I really was. Dr. Janelle is professional, welcoming, and extremely thorough resulting in an excellent chiropractor who is passionate and dedicated to his patients. I started coming to this chiropractic clinic back in February for back pain that has been ailing me for the past few years. I had consulted physicians who took x-rays and concluded that my back was fine and that my aches were simply growing pains. After about a year and a half of more aches and pains I decided that perhaps I should get a different consultation and decided to lookup nearby chiropractors leading to me finding Avid Chiropractic. Upon consideration I decided to book an appointment for a consultation from Dr. Janelle which was incredibly easy through calling the clinic. As soon as I walked into Dr. Janelle’s room for my first appointment he was able to place that I had been walking around with a tilt to my right this whole time, something I had never been made aware of. After examining my spine Dr. Janelle was able to identify a peculiar curvature leading to us immediately booking an appointment to get an x-ray at his referred clinic. In our next appointment, Dr. Janelle pulled up my x-rays and explained my different structural issues, scoliosis and kyphosis, and took me through a brief but informative session of discussing the issues as well as the spinal structure and it’s functions and potential weaknesses. I began getting regular adjustments with Dr. Janelle which immediately showed improvements on my health as it first began with the tension in my back easing up and my spine adjusting to a straighter position. However, now after all the adjustments i’ve done I have noticed that my overall mood and energy throughout the day have improved as well and with each continuing adjustment it feels like a deeper level is accessed leading to me acheiving a wider range of motion and flexibility that I hadn’t been able to in too long. Overall, I would say that Dr. Janelle is easily an excellent chiropractor who is experienced and is able to handle the toughest and trickiest adjustments as necessary. His work provides me with instant, and lasting relief every time I visit and I highly recommend him to all whether you think you require an adjustment or not because you will likely feel more limber and energized. Physiotherapist Review: After regular treatment from Dr. Janelle which lead to tremendous improvement in my posture. I noticed I still had trouble with strenuous physical activities like exercising, which unfortunately led me to cease those activities. Bringing these concerns to Dr. Janelle I thought it might be another structural issue, however after his advice to see the new physiotherapist Dr. Bedwawala, I learned that I could not be more wrong. After a thorough first examination from Dr. Bedwawala in which she tested the strength and mobility of the muscles from which I felt pain, she confirmed that my pain was caused by severe muscle stiffness due to physical inactivity. We found that my knees were unstable, and my hips were tight making it painful to walk and stand for long periods of time. Additionally, there was still a nagging knot in my shoulder that caused me intense pain. Similarly to how Dr. Janelle educated me specifically on how postural structure affected the different aspects of my body, Dr. Bedwawala educated me on how each muscle requires a certain level of motion and mobility to ensure that they do not strain the nerves from tightness. She also provided me with the knowledge that my lower body must be strengthened to support my upper body, and then provided stretches to assist my improvement. Since that day a few short months ago, I began to attend Dr. Bedwawala for regular treatment. Fast forward to today and I am now back into a regular exercise program with no pain throughout the body. I would have never been able to get to this point without Dr. Bedwawala, so I definitely recommend her to anyone with muscular strain as she will quickly identify the issue and get you on a plan to resolve it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Janelle got me through a dark time in my life. After 10 months of extremely painful symptoms and seeing multiple doctors, being in and out of hospitals I went to Dr Janelle for my neck and back pain. Not one doctor could figure out was wrong with me but Dr Janelle actually put in the time and effort to figure out the root cause of my issues. He called me one night after my appointment and informed me exactly what my issue was and provided articles and research papers. He then helped me through the healing process and recommended various supplements. After a year of healing I have not had any back or neck pain and have not been back to see Dr Janelle but I owe him so much and wanted to write this to let him know I am now doing very well thanks to him. Highly recommend his services!

This is no cookie cutter chiropractic care, it is specific and individuals for each patient. Shane is amazing with bookings and getting me in. Everytime I call he knows it's me, tbat kind of patient recognition goes a long way. Dincy is their physiotherapist who is also at the same level of expertise in her field as Dr. Janelle. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Janelle with a horrible neck pain due to an accident and within a week I began to slowly improve. He is easy to work with and explains every treatment in detail. Great knowledge based practice and ability to accommodate treatment to his patients needs and concerns. For example I was terrified of corrections and he was able to help me with the use of different techniques. I didn't feel pressured to follow a specific treatment and he made me feel comfortable. His staff is very friendly as well. In general I am very pleased with his service and I will continue going to Dr. Janelle for treatment.

My back and neck have been hurting so much and ever since I started getting treated by Dr. Janelle , I have been feeling great and better. With only doing about 10 sessions so far, i havent be feeling any pain in my back and neck. I feel much looser now. Dr.Janelle makes you feel very confomtable and really cares about your heatlh. I walked into Dr. Janelle's offtice for the first time with severe neck and shoulder pain after my car accident about a few months ago. After a few treatments, now there is no pain and almost full arm movement is back. Dr Janelle was the only doctor who offered a solution and it worked. I highly recommend his services as he truly cares for his patients needs and knows exactly how it should be treated.
