Fantastic experience: Joseph Federico saw my knee when I came without MRI results - as those do not exist yet, have to wait. Joseph was able to narrow down the possible picture, give me the treatment and - most important - make sure I walk away with a strategy and the tactics: he helped me to identify the range of movement I can do without fear to harm, as well as supplied me with exercises that I need to do before we get the results of a future MRI. Joseph has also recommended me my next steps to do when I finally get the imaging results. I can see that Joseph Federico has a lot of experience in the physiotherapy field as well as in the Ottawa community of service providers that deal with joint injuries. The last but not the least: not only is Joseph a good professional but also has a positive and friendly personality. 5-star experience!

Joseph has guided me through rehab from way too many injuries over 20+ years and I'm glad to say that I'm still able (at my age) to push the limits of running, training, cycling, snowboarding and adventure travel because of he and his team at Physiotherapy on Kent/Main. I'll never go anywhere else and given my history I'm sure I'll be back. I'd go back even if for just the great conversations :)

His calm, intelligent and caring approach has turned what felt like very stressful situations into ones that are manageable and surmountable. Fantastic experience: I was visiting Ottawa and post knee surgery. My quads and hips were tight after lots of walking. Joseph was awesome. He did some stretching then ultrasound and IMS with heat. He gave me some homework which was great. I highly recommend this clinic.
