Fantastic experience: Andrew really knows what he is doing and he offers no nonsense, no gimmick analysis and treatment. I have had a lot of sports injuries and over the years and I have found that many physiotherapists use too much technology such as electrodes or ultrasound to keep you coming back for multiple treatments. That doesn’t happen with Andrew. He takes the time and asks the questions to make sure that he has identified the root of the problem. Then he creates a personalized action plan that relies more on movement than on stimulation machines. His approach really works. See for yourself. He is definitely the best physiotherapist that I have ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I met Andrew and Georges, I knew my elderly mother, a super senior, was in good hands. Andrew was kind and gentle with her, taking the time to explain and teach very patiently the rehabilitation exercises needed to rebuild her strength and balance after a painful back injury. Andrew assessed her needs and designed her program while Georges kindly executed it during home visits. Communication was quick and insurance claims submitted right away. It was also great to be able to communicate in french, especially for mom. She was in good hands and improved steadily. Merci Andrew et merci Georges.

Fantastic experience: Souffrant d’un problème d’arthrose de la hanche, je suis patiente de la clinique ADM Ottawa Physiotherapy depuis 8 mois. Monsieur Andrew Kozman, le directeur des services de physiothérapie, est un physiothérapeute compétent, intègre et d’un très grand professionnalisme. Très attentif aux besoins de ses patients, il fait un suivi rigoureux de ses dossiers et est constamment à la recherche de techniques et de méthodes pour améliorer la qualité de vie et soulager la douleur de ses patients. Ma maladie n’ayant malheureusement pas cessé d’évoluer, je devrai prochainement subir une chirurgie de remplacement de la hanche. Une fois l’opération passée, il ne fait aucun doute que j’aurai recours aux services et aux conseils éclairés d’Andrew pour faciliter ma réadaptation. Fait à noter, Andrew parle et comprend très bien le français, ce qui est très important pour moi.

Fantastic experience: ADM Ottawa Physiotherapy Montfort provided regular treatments to my mother at her retirement residence. They were flexible with the time of the sessions, willing to reschedule if she was not available or was indisposed. They were easy to reach if I needed to discuss any issues with them, and were very understanding. They were also able to offer their services in French, which was essential to my mother. The experience was very positive.

Le service est excellent (amicale, accueillant, serviable), et Andrew est un physiothérapeute qui est bien formé dans son domaine. Je souffre personnellement de scoliose, les exercises qu'il a fourni ainsi que les interventions qu'il a effectué ont aidé à "stabiliser" ma scoliose. Je recommande donc ADM Ottawa Physiotherapy si vous souffrez par exemple de problèmes neuro-musculosquelettiques ou neurologiques.

Fantastic experience: ADM physiotherapy is great! I am precisely working with Andrew one of the physiotherapists at the Monfort location. I came to him with a severe injury (dislocated elbow) and it is almost completely healed. Andrew is very knowledgeable, and makes sure that the experience is as pleasant as possible while also focusing on healing the injury. He's very punctual and does not hesitate on answering questions.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Andrew for a few months concerning TMJ, neck and mid back pain. I was overwhelmed with the pain, migraines, dizziness. Andrew focussed on my neck and mid back, my migraines have diminished, he listens and understands what needs to be done. He verifies other pain issues in your body and tests to make sure we are on the right track. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Andrew for 2 years now and I've never had a better physiotherapist and a better outcome for my bad shoulder then I do now. Andrew is meticulous and detailed oriented. He's not just smart but he also has really good bedside manner and I never felt dumb or uncomfortable asking any question. If Andrew doesn't know the answer to something(which is rare) he won't make it up but he'll do his own research and get back to me, even if I forgot about it. That said, he's so experienced and knowledgeable. He is over 5 years into his practice and still doing extra training on the weekends which shows that he's not just doing his job as a nine-to-five, but rather as a calling. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Andrew and Andrew really know their stuff. You know from their great work up questions that you are in very capable hands. What stands out for me most about these two gentlemen is that they actually listen to what you have to say about your condition. They dont assume the "expert" opinion in place of anything else. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future. Thank you does not seem enough but it is the best we have linguistically. I wont forget all you taught me. Take good care, guys.

Fantastic experience: I've had lower back pains for nearly 15 years and didn't think there was much to be done after all this time. After visiting ADM for about 6 months I am nearly pain free with very few flair ups, the results have been incredible! ADM is a very calm and relaxing environment with a very professional service.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with my sciatic nerve which affected my whole leg for a long time. After receiving treatments from several professionnals, Andrew was the one who monitored me closely, made me work, and his recommandations of exercices were VERY helpful. Thank you Andrew!

Negative experience: Andrew was a nice man and generous with us regarding fees, however I do have to causion anyone going there for Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue, as he recommended primarily meditation and Grated Exercise Therapy (the latter of which has been shown to make CFS permanently worse), and seemed to be in the camp of "the pain is in your head." Whether or not there are nuAncnu on the effectiveness of these therapies or perspectives, chronic pain sufferers tend to be hard on themselves and frequently doubted as it is, and need to be taken more seriously by medical professionals I believe. If you are visiting this clinic for another concern I cantc speak to their effectiveness, but they seem perfectly friendly and have a nice little facility. I wish idI had a better experience so I could give a higher rating, however I have seen too many people suffer because of these perspectives and feel it wouldn't be right not to speak up.
