Negative experience: turned out you can not do hard massage on tendon with tearing. I told him my conditions and ultrasound report and he did it anyway and I let him because I thought he must know what he was doing with so many years of experience and impressive resume. how can that be? now I know why I was so painful after that.

Fantastic experience: After two years of treatments by physios, massage therapists and ofc doctors, this is the first treatment that relieved my pain and improved my flexibility. After my third treatment, I woke up today with no pain for the first time in months. It’s kind of like a massage, but with more moving and rocking the joints back and forth. I did not find it painful at all. Adnan checked in with me throughout.

I’ve done all the therapy, physio, chiro, massage, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping etc to relieve the pain. Nothing worked. Fantastic experience: When I first went to see Adnan I was in tears from chronic lower back pain, related to an injury I’d suffered to my calcaneus, that had thrown off my gate. I had seen countless physiotherapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists to help me but NOTHING had worked. Fantastic experience: I’ve been dealing with chronic wrist, neck and shoulder pain for a year now, I have tried multiple treatments before (physiotherapy, chiropractic, massaging) nothing did help release the tension and stress but Adnan’s treatments. Fantastic experience: I was having terrible back aches for 2 years. I went to physio, chiro, and massages, but nothing seemed to help too much. I finally found Adnan and went to 3 sessions, and what a difference it made, my back feels so much better than before. I still have pain that comes and goes but Adnan showed me some stretching exercises that are very helpful. I must admit that the sessions can be intense, but it works!

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing lower back pain since a car accident in 2016. I have sought various treatments (massage, chiro, physio) which all only provided temporary relief but my problem persisted and I would have sciatica flare-ups every few months. Recently I was experiencing the worst flare-up ever and was diagnosed with a bulging disc. I was unable to get myself out of bed or even to the bathroom on my own. Fantastic experience: I found Adnan through Google and glad I did. By the time I called to book an appointment I was desperate for help. He was able to see me right away. He does a great job with finding all the tension areas in your body. I was at the point I could barely open my mouth and couldn't rub my lips together anymore hes help tremendously improve my jaw movememt again. Same with issues in my neck that led to my muscles being so tight I didn't have good mobility which caused my jaw issues in the first place. Fantastic experience: I am a big fan of Adnan's work. I went to him with an acute muscular ache, which he verbally investigated for some time before getting hands on and working on the problem area. I won't lie -- it was not comfortable having him work on a very tender area, but by the time he was done, I already had way more mobility in the area and even a little less pain. By the next day, I was feeling vastly improved compared to before the session and over the next few days I returned to full functionality with no pain. So based on that experience, I went back to have him work on a couple of more chronic musculoskeletal issues I have and he also worked wonders on those, while explaining to me how to prevent them from coming back. I should point out that I was quite skeptical going in that he could help me at all. I am definitely now a believer. I cannot recommend Adnan strongly enough.

I walked into his office in a great amount of pain. I was given some pretty strong pain relievers and muscle relaxants by my doctor and the pain still made it hard to get around and sleep. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Adnan one week ago. Since then I have been able to sleep on my back comfortably and pain free for the first time in over a year! For my lower back pain I have seen a physiotherapist, chiropractor and massage therapy and taken much pain medication. I wish I had been referred to Adnan much sooner! He is extremely knowledgeable of the body mechanics and his experience shows in the significant results I am feeling after only one visit. He showed me how to reposition myself to help realign my pelvis and now I barely feel lowed back pain. I look forward to a couple more sessions with Adnan and to learn from him how to be proactive to minimize my chances of further injuries reoccurring.

After seeing Adnan for the first time I was brought to literal tears from an emotional and physical release that had been built up for along time. He knew exactly what to do and has a wonderful approach to the philosophy of the mind-body which creates a precise and hands on technique. He is extremely well versed in all aspects of Osteopathy and gives various and personal techniques to each patient, that they can bring back home with them & continue off his wonderful work by themselves. The first was when I was 25 years old, having strained my lower back from too much physical activity (a combination of sports and gym), that left me in so much pain my day to day tasks were severely impaired. I sought for Adnan's help following some quick research online. Adnan was nothing short of fantastic in not only helping relieving the agony with his manual therapy, but ultimately finding the root cause of the problem (assessment revealed I had tight hamstrings, glutes) to be something that had to be strengthened to ensure it would not happen again in the future - and shared with me critical stretches to help with muscle coordination and flexibility that I now factor in daily. Adnan is patient, knowledgeable, and capable. For anyone hoping to improve their body mechanics, not only to heal injury, but to prevent it, I highly recommend Adnan.
