Negative experience: My wife visited Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic to see Dr. Mateo Lino for back and neck pain, hoping to receive a proper chiropractic adjustment. Unfortunately, her experience was very disappointing. The first appointment cost $80 and was only an assessment—no treatment was provided. The second visit cost $50, but instead of receiving an adjustment, she was given advice on exercises to do at home and placed on a chair where the ProAdjuster/Spine Align device was used. This was unsatisfying, ineffective, and not what she expected from chiropractic care. At no point did she actually receive the hands-on chiropractic adjustment she came for. Overall, the experience felt more like physiotherapy than chiropractic. If we wanted physiotherapy, we would have chosen to see a physiotherapist. We do not feel the service was worth the cost and are not satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Outstanding clinic! I’ve been seeing Dr Bordeleau and her associates for years. Dr Bordeleau exudes kindness and professionalism. She is an angel in chiropractor form! She cares so deeply about her patients and has gone above and beyond to help me advocate for the proper imaging for the diagnosis of my bulged disc, and to help me heal from that significant injury. She is honest and professional and has always made honest recommendations for other services, if she felt my injuries warranted the involvement of another health care professional. I would recommend her, and her colleagues, again and again to anyone! I could go on and on. Book at appointment at this clinic, and they’ll help with aches and pains that you didn’t even realize you were putting up with!

Positive experience: I have been here twice so far, with the first visit being a get to know you/assessment visit. I saw Dr. Grant both times. She was awesome. And kind and friendly. Very personable. She ordered x-rays for me and made me feel at ease, as I was nervous being at a chiropractor for the first time. I was a bit skeptical as this place looks a bit shady on the outside, but it's really actually nice and warm and inviting inside. All the staff have been friendly and welcoming. Hopefully they'll be able to fix me!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Sylvie Bordeleau for a number of years and have had the most excellent of care. I have had chronic sciatic and she seems to keep it under control unless I do something stupid. They always fit me and my husband in if we are in pain. I would not go anywhere else. The staff is excellent and treat you like family. Can't say enough for Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic. I have recommended a couple of people to her and they seem to be pleased also. Fantastic experience: My husband and I receive excellent chiropractic care from Dr. Vandervoort at the Beacon Hill Chiropractic Clinic, we love his passion for helping us live healthy and pain free. He will take the time to explain and demonstrate followup exercises to do at home. The clinic atmosphere is friendly and the Doctors are extremely caring and very professional. There are no long term contracts but we opt for a regular monthly maintenance care as it is keeps us energetic, pain free with a wider range of motion. What we like even more is the use of the computerized adjustments (Spine Align machine) where it specifically pinpoints the problematic areas that may be causing interference in the body, then with the gentle adjustment (from a comfortable sitting position), then not only feel, but see the difference the adjustment made. We highly recommend this chiropractic clinic for anyone who has pain and/or cares for to be well and feel healthy.
