Fantastic experience: I've taken my newborn to Connected Chiropractic three times now. Recently, I took him as he wasn't himself - crying more often and not sleeping as long, and he would cry every time we were in the vehicle. He cried all the way to the chiropractor and after the adjustment he was a different baby! We have had two car rides following the appointment and he is so chill.

I work on my feet all day and they have been able to help my body have the longevity to continue to work through this pregnancy! Fantastic experience: Connected Chiropractic has been a welcome addition to the care team for my family during a tricky pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially for infant care. The chiropractors are both very gentle yet intentional and measured in their approach to care for each of their members which isn’t commonly found at other practices in Calgary.

Fantastic experience: New to Calgary but not new to chiropractic care! I moved from Calgary from Vancouver in 2023 and in my attempts to assemble a personal health care team, I found Connected Chiropractic as a result of a referral. Let’s just say this practice is top level, providing so much more than your typical “back cracking” rather a new way to think about spinal care and general mind-body-soul health care. First, you start out with a self assessment questionnaire - that’s before you even walk in the door! Dr Tim had pre-reviewed my assessment and came prepared for my initial consult which by the way was 20 minutes 1:1. I then proceeded with into the X-ray room for multiple images and for the “finger-in-the-box” assessment. The following week I was booked in for my post-test consultation where Dr Tim spent 20 minutes with me going over my results - incredibly insightful. He recommended a plan - and because I am in the acute phase with various physical ailments with a plan to not only address my issues but set me up for a healthier long term plan into maintenance. I should note I have been on a maintenance plan for years with my previous chiropractor but never have I had the diagnostics to drive the changes - rather it was to treat symptoms they were previously undiagnosed. Anyway - I am three weeks in and feeling so much better. The staff are absolutely lovely and kind. Dr Tim is professional and takes his practice very seriously. The treatment room is in an open space which allows for a “community” environment. I was reluctant and shy at first but once I got over myself I realized it was a beautiful thing. There are private rooms for those who do prefer that route. Dr Tim uses various techniques - I won’t even try to describe them - and even asked me what style I prefer (considering my history). While I love the manual “cracking” I also appreciate and welcomed other methods too - loved them all. Their office is large, open, spacious, warm and welcoming - outfitted with new equipment - everything is sparkling clean and light music playing in the background. I should also point out that this practice is run by an incredible husband - wife team - Dr Maddy treats my son, wife and their new baby - and they say wonderful things about their experience too. Dr Tim and Dr Maddy also host “Spinal Care Clinics” - complimentary - we are signed up for their April session - I cannot wait! Pricing: Extremely reasonable! In fact they offer a pre-payment plan which allows for bundled savings.

Negative experience: Connected Chiropractic does not respect patients. I stopped going to this clinic because I felt extremely pressured and would receive endless marketing calls/emails, even after I would decline the offer. If I didn’t have an appointment booked I would be called/emailed daily until I booked one. I have never felt so uncomfortable with a business before. My solution was to stop going to the clinic and unsubscribe from any marketing calls/emails. Regardless of my efforts to cut ties with this business due to the stress they were causing me, I continue to receive spam calls and emails from Connected Chiropractic. It is illegal to send spam to those who have unsubscribed from your business. The photo of the email I’ve attached to this review was sent on Oct. 31st. Perhaps this review will reach others that feel the same as I do.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Connected Chiro by my daughter who was pregnant at the time and received awesome help with some pregnancy issues. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a chiro in years and while I was pregnant earlier this yr, a friend recommended I check out Connected Chiro. I went to my first appointment during my third trimester; I've since had my baby and now7+ months later, my whole family goes in regularly, even my little mini! The lovely ladies at the front desk (Lauren, Rachel, Megan, Courtney) always warmly greet us. Dr. Madelyn is amazing at what she does, she takes the time to answer questions and explain things; I felt very well cared for during and after my pregnancy. I have had a few appointments with Dr. Tim as well, and he is also great at what he does, taking the time to explain what he is observing during adjustments and how chiro can help. They're a chiro power duo, they truly care for their clients, and they are so great with taking care of babies! They are not just a chiro office, they provide education sessions about the spine/nervous system, stretches to help during labour, but more importantly, they have created a community through various events ie. Connected Mamas where moms and their babies can come and hang out once a month, and other family events to celebrate various occasions. I cannot say enough positive things about Connected Chiro, they all have been so welcoming knowledgeable and caring and I always look forward to coming in for my next appointment!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had pain for many years in my back and finally decided to do something about it. Dr Madelyn and her team are so lovely and make me feel at ease. They have on site x rays and a multitude of technology to find any issues you may have. Dr Madelyn is very knowledgable and has worked a plan for me to correct my (many) issues! It’s going to take time but I feel I’m in good hands!

Fantastic experience: This is a high tech chiropractic clinic that doesn't lose sight of the human element of patient care. They have on-site x-rays and various other instruments to assist in both the chiropractor and patient understanding exactly what is wrong and how best to treat it. Dr. Tim Saltys takes great care to explain everything extensively and at a level that can be understood by a non-expert. He is honest and direct about his opinions. There is an elevator to get to the clinic so it is fine that it is located on the 2nd Floor. In fact, the view is pretty nice from there and it is bright with natural light.

Fantastic experience: My family and I love coming to Connected Chiropractic. I was very skeptical about seeing a chiropractor due to reviews and experiences others have had at other practices. I was experiencing a ton of back pain from carrying my baby and massages weren't cutting it. It was to the point that it was interrupting my sleep so I went and booked to see Dr.Madelyn. After a couple adjustments, I was so glad to be able to sleep so much better. Our 9 month old started having adjustments done too as we noticed she would constantly tilt her head to one side when sleeping or in her car seat. These adjustments have helped her with not just dealing with that tilt but also her digestion is so much better. Dr.Madelyn has also been great for providing tips and advice to help with our daughter's milestones such as exercises to help with crawling and motor skills. She went from barely moving around to constantly crawling on the go! My husband now also gets adjustments from Dr.Madelyn and Dr.Tim as well. We feel so welcomed and our concerns are always heard/dealt with. Lauren and Rachel are also a joy to see when we come in and they help make the experience feel less like a typical "doctor's clinic". Fantastic experience: It is such a pleasure to write this review. Dr. Madelyn and Dr. Tim are phenomenal! They are super kind, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. They really really care about getting you healthy. They have made a huge difference in the decreasing the amount of pain I have and the amount of fatigue. I have a diagnosis of Psoriatic Spondoarthropathy and Axial Spondoarthropathy and they are my favorite doctors. My daughter is also in the care of Dr. Madelyn and I completely trust her with her care and Dr. Tim and Dr. Madelyn with my care. Trusting professionals wasn't easy for me as I have been very sick for a long time, but these two doctors are simply amazing and my daughter and I really enjoy visiting them. Also, Lauren, Rachel and Megan are so friendly, caring and helpful. Lauren helps care for my daughter when I have adjustments and this is so amazing. And Rachel and Megan are so helpful booking appointments and are so very kind. I am much more familiar with western medicine because I have been a Registered Nurse for 21 years, so if you are nervous about Chiropractic Care, don't worry you will be in wonderful hands with Dr. Madelyn and Dr. Tim and you will start feeling better quickly. Fantastic experience: My wife came here after giving birth to our daughter because she was experiencing severe pain in her tailbone. After a few weeks the pain completely went away. We wish we found this place during her pregnancy! Our daughter seems to enjoy her adjustments too and they do a really good job with her. We’ve been coming here as a family ever since! Fantastic experience: I've only been seeing Dr. Tim for a few short weeks, and have so many tremendous things to say about him and his team already. Firstly, my own examination and treatments have been wonderful and thorough. It's clear how much emphasis is put on whole body health, and making clients feel comfortable, heard and welcome. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and family friendly, and they've been incredibly accomodating & understanding to the ever-changing schedule of a busy mom. Secondly, over the holidays I reached out to Dr. Tim for advice for my daughter who'd fallen off our coffee table and was in considerable discomfort. It was such a relief that he remained reachable (even though they were closed), and he was able to coordinate with a colleague from another clinic (who agreed to open their doors just for us - on New Years Eve!!) so that my daughter wouldn't have to wait for treatment. His referral was spot-on, we had an exceptional experience with his colleague, and I cannot thank Dr. Tim enough for being an enthusiatic go-between for us while he was on holidays. It's very evident that clients' come first, and that their priority is you being looked after - even if it's not them looking after you. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr Madelyn and Dr Tim over a period of time. They both have a very different style which gives a very good balance. They both are very patient and make me feel that they care about their patient. Some occasions I got injured, I remember I felt relief right away eve after one adjustment. The staff Rachel is very welcoming and caring. She makes us feel home in that beautiful space. I am a mother with three beautiful children, I often got challenge when going to meet a chiropractor. When I come to visit the Dr, Rachel and the other staff would take very good care of the children so that I feel safe and comfortable to receive the treatment. The open design of the space where the children can see me while I am receiving treatment also give them peace of mind. I especially like the design of the beautiful children play zone, where there are books and blocks and toys for them to enjoy. There are also tea and snacks area for us to enjoy. Overall this is the best chiropractic centre I have ever had before! I deeply appreciate for the hearts and effort put by Dr Madelyn, Dr Tim, Rachel and staff team! Thank you!
