Negative experience: Went for a WCB assessment and was directed to see the wrong person, had to go back for the assessment and waited over a half hour for my appointment. Person at reception was very rude. Was told it is common for patients to be misdirected. Terrible service. Edit - once again a terrible experience, have been waiting for over 45 minutes for a simple follow up and clearance appointment. Would not come here if I didn't have to and would give a less than one star review if I could.

Fantastic experience: I took the intermediate computer training class online with Joriz who is an amazing instructor. I learned a lot from him and it was a class that I actually wanted to attend.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I started my return to work plan there with lots of pain and weakness, no confidence, bad feeling without a clear perspective. With all support and help that I got every day from my therapists I could be back to work and my normal life. Negative experience: The woman covering her head at the front desk is very rude and gives out very negative vibes. Rest of the staff are good.

Negative experience: The only experience I can comment on is I had a massage booked, they call and cancelled it, they then called to reschedule and now they have cancelled that appointment. So far they have been unreliable and for them to cancel I find it unprofessional

Positive experience: I've been there before maybe 8 years ago for shoulder injury. By having physio after work everyday, they help me strengthen my shoulder. Now I'm back for my lower back, knee & hip pain bcoz of my old surgery, i can't walk straight & longer. With the help of my Physio- Ms. Steffi & doing the prescribed stretches, i slowly getting better. I just hope they had direct billing on Orthotics too bcoz at the same time I went for orthotics insole bcoz my left leg is shorter than my right that causes my lower back pain. But overall very nice people & very convenient for me bcoz it's closed to my home :)

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional and harmful treatment I received from Alicia Tuomisto. As a veteran seeking care, I expected compassion, respect, and competence—instead, I was met with indifference, interruptions, and outright humiliation. Alicia Tuomisto showed zero genuine care for my well-being. She constantly interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and made me feel like my struggles were insignificant. Her lack of empathy was shocking, especially for someone in a field meant to help people heal. Her behavior directly contributed to a decline in my mental and physical health, leaving me feeling worse than before our sessions. If you're a veteran or anyone seeking respectful, professional care—avoid Alicia Tuomisto at all costs. She does not deserve to work in a field that requires patience, honesty, and compassion. I hope no one else has to endure the same mistreatment I did.

Fantastic experience: I did my LONG COVID treatment here in 2023 and really loved the team I worked with so when I had a car accident last June and needed to recover, I came back to the folks that helped me before (after a crappy experience in a different place). My team for this recovery is incredible - from the time I walk in at the desk (Rania and Sidra), to my time with Ramesh and his assistant Andrea and my check out with the desk, I am really happy with the way my treatment is going and I am making gains each week! Thank you to the incredible staff at Lifemark Sunridge for all you do!

Fantastic experience: I came into the return to work program barely able to carry 15Lbs and struggling with being able to tie up my hair. Now I'm almost completely back to where I was before my injury. The team here is incredible and so so supportive. It doesn't matter how small your goals are they will help you achieve them. The whole team always has a smile and encouraging word to share. And I consider myself lucky that I got to recover surrounded by so much kindness and support

Positive experience: I found that the Advanced computers course was a great learning experience; however, the course was pushed into a compressed time frame with 4 hour long classes. i found that this aggravated my injuries, and was not in the best interest of the individual medical requirements of the students. Moving forward I would hope that Lifemark would not compress classes as much, which would be better for students with injuries that can be aggravated by longer periods of having to sit. Otherwise the Instructor did a great job in teaching the course materials.

Negative experience: I would give 0 star if I could. I am really upset the way they treat their patient!

Negative experience: I want to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my meeting with Oriah. Unfortunately, our interaction was the worst customer experience I've ever had. Specifically, I felt disrespected and dismissed when I asked Oriah questions, Her nonverbal cues made it clear that she didn't want to engage in conversation. I was interrupted when trying to speak, and her demeanor and tone conveyed anger and frustration. I was taken aback by Orola's behavior, which I believe fell short of professional standards. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and address this issue to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

Fantastic experience: Lifemark Sunridge is outstanding! The entire team is professional and mostly knowledgeable, providing a hands-on therapy approach. A special shout-out to both McKenna, the kinesiologist, and the physiotherapist who helped me with my recovery. McKenna took the time to understand my needs and tailored exercises that made a huge difference in my progress. Her support and encouragement made the experience even better. Highly recommend Lifemark Sunridge.

Negative experience: The staff there left me unattended most of the time doing exercises on my own. Barely checking on me after the initial visit. When I call them to ask a question, they come and adress that specific question and leave. They don’t show care and make sure what I am doing is right. Also the psychologist was not Caring in assessing me and made me wait for a long time to see me, and did not do much. Very disappointing. Will not go there again

Negative experience: Adefunke was great and super helpful, other then that this program should not be listed on the emergency employment services. They want you to go through a bunch of programs just to help you "job search" basically a glorified resume editing team. I also didnt get a call back until almost a week after my initial walk thru and talk about a TERRIBLE job fair almost all of the jobs were apply online? WHY EVEN SET UP A TABLE AT THE JOB FAIR IF YOURE GOING TO PUT A QR CODE FOR ME TO SCAN WASTE OF TIME!

Positive experience: The building itself is great and the people are great. I think I would really love is the empower program would allow single mom on EI trying to get on a better route to join as well. It is a wonderful program but I wish I could've joined but wasn't allowed to continue due to me being on EI and technically still working. It makes it hard for those who work but are trying to find something better to provide for their family.

Fantastic experience: The basic computer course with Gunjan was amazing, I have walked away knowing more about computers. Gunjan was very patient and was very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest this course.

Fantastic experience: This place is not a normal physio clinic. After I broke my ankle at work, I suffered for a year and a half using normal physio. My ankle was hurting all the time and I couldn’t run as my injury seemed to nag on. After 4 weeks at this clinic, my ankle is much better,. They provided me with a program that was easy to follow including stretches, pushing heavy carts, weighted squats, treadmill and balance exercises. I highly recommend them for any injury including ones that don’t seem to go away. I’m still doing my exercises at home and they have offered me the use of the clinic. I’m not 100% yet but have seen a significant improvement. Thank you Connor and Lifemark

Negative experience: The no star is given to the lady at the reception area covering her head. She is really rude. In fact, she was really yelling at me for coming early for my appointment. As it comes natural, I was saying thank you for checking for me..but there is no time when she replied or acknowledged what I was telling her. To be fair, anyone else in this location was professional and kind.

Fantastic experience: I was sent here for a pre-employment medical/ Drug & Alcohol test and I can safely say they have the best staff of any clinic I’ve dealt with in the past.

Negative experience: When you go through WCB just know that you're getting what they paid for. WCB definitely likes to skimp. Just a broken down machine in their return to work program with the aim of getting fast results even if you're not ready. And being forced to lift their required amount while you're straining is not a benchmark of therapy being a success. Speedy is not necessarily better.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant front staff, and excellent fit for work testing. The technician and doctor were wonderful, and the tests were conducted in a professional and patient manner. I've been here before several times, and have always felt very welcome.

Fantastic experience: I have attended 2x but will be continuing to go as I am very pleased with the level of care I received and personalized plan made just for me. The 3 staff i interacted with knew what they were talking about, and i felt understood when trying to explain my discomfort. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started my physio On Aug/1/2023. I had a problem with my leg after knee surgery and failed attempts at physio in Drumheller. I was sent to Lifemark Sunridge for a 6 wk program. Alice and Christa were awesome. I could not lift much or go up stairs with my leg the way it was. But they got me going 4 hrs day starting easy and by the 6wk I was doing more than what was required. I really want to thank Alice and Christa for all they did for me and also other staff members. You two rock.

Fantastic experience: I really loved working with Gagan, an Occupational Health Therapist at Lifemark, during my Post Covid-19 rehabilitation and recovery program. Gagan’s natural curiosity about the subject of Long Covid, combined with her enthusiasm and passion for this program show in her genuine approach of sharing her knowledge, providing guidance and advice tailored to my specific needs.

Fantastic experience: I completed a four month Post Covid-19 rehabilitation and recovery program with Lifemark, including Occupational Health Therapy (with Gagan), Psychology (with Mckenzie), Kinesiology (with Taylor) and Physio Therapy (Steffi). The entire team was absolutely wonderful. I was not just another case. They made me feel like an actual human, made me feel heard. My feedback was taken into consideration working through the program by adjusting the therapy plan according to my body’s response. I really appreciate the flexibility, honesty and professionalism of the entire team.

Fantastic experience: I was involved in an auto accident six years ago. I sustained serious injuries that included brain trauma, a serious concussion, and substantial damage to my vision which resulted in a complete change in my life. The injuries to my eyes caused me to lose the ability to continue a very active lifestyle that I had enjoyed my entire life. Five years post the accident, I had gone through extensive therapy and rehabilitation programs. Some the rehab helped with the brain trauma and concussion but it did very little to help me regain the amount of visual ability I lost due to the accident (despite going through many surgeries to my eyes). Late last year I found myself to be very fortunate to finally find some help through Lifemark Sunridge and their Physiotherapist Ramesh Tiruttani, PT. Since I first started treatment with Ramesh Tiruttani, I have begun to regain many parts of my vision (which I was told on numerous occasions by other medical professionals I never would). From the beginning of Ramesh treating me, I have been able to make continuous improvements with my vision. The improvements made have allowed me to have hope that I will soon be able to return to a much more active life, this is something I had lost hope of ever achieving again. I can't express how much my state of mind and outlook on life has improved since starting treatment at Lifemark under the care of Ramesh. My visual abilities have been greatly improved by the treatments in many ways, most significantly related to everyday life. I no longer trip and fall, knock things over that I reach for, constantly lose my balance without warning, need to rely on moving by keeping a hand on walls and static objects while walking so I don't trip or fall, and I am once again able to look forward and move with my head up when walking whereas before I had to be looking down at the ground in order to prevent dizziness and blurry vision. Throughout my life I have had the good fortune of being able to play sports at a very high elite and competitive level. Playing sports at this level exposed me to many elite professional coaches and trainers, all of whom I felt very fortunate to have the guidance of. That said, I wasn't really expecting to receive treatment at Lifemark from a Therapist that would have a body of knowledge and experience that would be equal to the physical and medical trainers I worked with during my elite level sports history. Ramesh has constantly demonstrated a very in-depth knowledge of physiology that surpasses anyone I have ever be treated by. He is very professional, modest, patient and extremely caring. He has the incredible ability to simplify very complex details as to why he has selected the treatment protocols he prescribes, and, how the treatment programs will produce the rehab results needed at each stage of the process. In the period of time I have been receiving treatment from Ramesh, my life has been dramatically improved by his help in regaining some of the vision I lost (from the injury I sustained in the auto accident six years ago). During the period that I have been receiving treatment from Ramesh, my Doctors and Surgeons have expressed their amazement in how much my vision has improved, something they now express to me that they didn't think was possible. Another surprising aspect of the treatment I have been receiving is that none of it involved any drugs and/or the need for any equipment. I can't express how fortunate and grateful I feel to Ramesh Tiruttani at Sunridge Lifemark for helping me to regain a level of visual ability I thought I had lost forever. With his help I have begun to enjoy many parts of life that the injuries to my eyes took away from me over the past several years. To anyone that has lost some of their vision from an eye injury, brain trauma or concussion related trauma, I highly recommend seeing Ramesh for some help.

Fantastic experience: Sulman at Lifemark is such a fantastic kinesiologist. He’s very understand and breaks down all the exercises and their purposes for you. He takes time to check in on you and see how you’re feeling? And anytime you’re not sure of exercises he is willing to show you and help out. Not only is he a great motivator but he cares and that makes all the difference.

Fantastic experience: I did the 6 weeks program, Soloman and neo were working with me through the program, they did awsom job , The facility its clean and the personal were very proffessional .

Positive experience: I tore my knee up at work pretty bad and Lifemark is where WCB sent me after my surgery. I've read some of the previous reviews, and I'm confused as to why they came to their conclusions, but I guess everyone will have their own experiences, so this is mine. Every time I came in the girls up front greeted me with a hello and a smile and were always friendly. It was a quick check in and then off to store my stuff in a locker and get to my exercises. The facilities are very nice and very clean. Alice and Leon were assigned to me, and both were extremely helpful in achieving my goals. As there was a lot of damage to my knee, we knew it was never going to be 100% again. The goal was to strengthen the knee as well as it could, and work on pain management. They provided me treatments and exercises to help increase the overall function of my knee. After 2 1/2 months I had returned to full duty. Both Alice and Leon were excellent! Very helpful and encouraging and they were able to help get me back on my feet and back to life again! Can't thank them enough!

Positive experience: Friendly staff, knowledgeable therapists, up to date equipment, clean and open. The only thing I would change is adding Saturdays to the schedule so if you are recommended 3 days per week and have to miss a day you can still work it out from Mon, Wed. Fri., to Tues, Thurs, Sat. instead of trying to make up the time or just missing appointments completely you can still skip a day and pick it up the next week where you left off.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I was able to attend this program. I had Alice and Krista as my program mentors. Any concerns that I had they were able to help me with. Not only were they helping me with getting better physically but also helping me to regain confidence. They were positive and encouraging throughout the entire process.

Fantastic experience: I am taking career workshops here and the place is awesome. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is so accepting, understanding and kind. I find myself looking forward to being there anytime I can go in person. They have so much helpful information. They are very organized and such a pleasure to be around. Fantastic experience: Throughout my rehabilitation Lifemark has been awesome!! From the therapy phase at North hill through to retraining with Manel at Sunridge etc it has been top notch. It was a long road and I am thankful Lifemark was there along the way!!

I cannot recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Stay away, the fact my review got deleted from years ago should speak louder than anything I can write here.

Negative experience: I've been calling for 4 hours. Anybody picked up the phone. I went to the clinic calling with my phone on my hand, and didnt ring in there I asked what happend. The girl behind the desk treat me like a dog. And they told me they always pick up the phone. 4 hours calling I went there and look at you after complaint they picked up the phone. 2 persons behind the desk 4 hours watching their own selfphones. I cant believe it, and they tell me is my fault. I have no words. But somwbody there is getting a salary for have a couple coffes in the morning. Just don't come here there are more clinics. Still I just can't believe this.

Negative experience: If I could negative points I would. If you had a concussion- don’t go here.There are lots of other really good clinics in Calgary that specialize in brain injury - go there!

Fantastic experience: Santosh did amazing work to help restore my lower back after my car accident. I now have over all better posture and he even helped me with some daily stretches to help with the soreness from my office job

Negative experience: To be honest my physiotherapist was amazing. The 1 star is dedicated to the front desk staff, 2 ladies sitting at the front on Wednesdays were very rude to clients. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What's up with the snobby attitude. They never give a warm welcome to patients and always seem to be mad about God knows what. If the receptionists does not provide proper customer service to clients, then you girls are in the wrong side of health care. Change your freaking attitude towards clients. You disgusts me.

Fantastic experience: Adem powels , People can bring blessing to the place! I have a very big reason to say what I am saying .for life mark sunrige physiotherapy I was totally believed that I am already disabled and useless, but one guy changed my prispctive towards my  healthy, 100% fully recovered return to work which I enjoy every day. Adem has amazing magic touch & tought ,what he Say's is true , what he shows works. Interestingly he put him self in to my shoe  by saying "our pain,  our injury, our difficulty....extra so I feel that both of us are injured and only difference is he is experienced patient while I am newly injured. Any one who has any kind of injury try to see Adem then you will be freed from any types of pronouced disability. Adem, keep it up a lot of lives are in need of your help .

Negative experience: Been to four different Lifemark clinics over the past nine years and now that I have found a REAL physiotherapy clinic I would strongly recommend not going to this place that works solely for the insurance companies and not in the best interest of patient health. I was left alone on a bed that was five feet high and fell off and tore my knee up while I was only a few weeks out from spinal surgery. They took no accountability for leaving me needing surgery for my knee and therefore, can’t work, and receive no compensation for it . It would cost $2500 for a retainer to file a lawsuit and my chances of losing are too high because the insurance companies will equip them with the best legal defence money can buy. Thanks Lifemark, after nine years of patronage I now see how a good brand becomes corrupted.

Fantastic experience: I've had a overall fantastic experience at this establishment, despite the fact they couldn't fix my back issue, the hospitality I recieved from here was outstanding... 1st I went to CBI and for those of you pondering if that's the right place for treatment ITS NOT, DONT GO the way CBI treats you, is border line abusive, save the heartache and second guessing yourself. lifemark, I was treated like a human being, nobody rolled their eyes at me and I never felt punished for having a back injury or treated any different like I experienced at BOTH CBI'S in the NE. I highly recommend lifemark to everyone who needs them. Thanks a bunch to Sara and Steven for teaching me about my injury and the knowhow to learn how to live properly again... knowledge is power. To Jesse for standing by me while I learned my new normal and Gagon for all the useful lessons I appreciate every single one of you. Not one time here did I have a awful experience due to attitude , judgement or behavior.... Thank you guys for all you have done for me, I just sincerely hope that after all this is done for me , I never have to see you guys again lol. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Ultimate SCAMMERS had a 9 minute session with Psych doctor and being charged 190.00 for a full session. Do your best to avoid this place at all costs, they refuse to direct bill extended benefits and charge an hour for less than a 10 minute session CRIMINALS

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this clinic. Ms. Heidi Morrison/Mr. Adam Powell are both professional. They took care of me during the program and excellent follow up. Both are friendly and easy to get along.

Positive experience: Santosh was my physiotherapist. Very professional services given by Santosh in a respectful and courteous ways. Very dedicated to respond any question that I had. Good follow up during my exercises. It has been 2 1/2 months attending to LifeMark Sunridge after my arm' surgeries and I have felt very good with its friendly environment, from receptionist to physiotherapist. Well done guys

Fantastic experience: One of the best places for physiotherapy in Calgary! And the best physiotherapist is Mr. SANTOSH SINGH. I would really like to thank him for his great help in reducing the pain after the MVA and also to keep it under control. He is really really good at what he does and absolutely knows what he is doing. Could not have found a better physiotherapist than Santosh. Also the reception staff are very friendly and courteous.

Fantastic experience: My visits here are always the best! Santosh and his team are so accommodating to my busy schedule and always make sure I leave feeling better than I came in. Fantastic experience: I’d just like to leave a review on my experience with Ciana Rust after taking all three of my computer training course with her. First off I’d like to say that it was nice to have a teacher that was friendly but still willing to be assertive on getting back on track lol. She also took the time to get to know our whole family weather it was by choice or forced on her lol. Second she really took the time to make sure everyone was at the same level and didn’t fall behind. I was pretty bad for always playing catch up, as life doesn’t stop for training lol. She was also very respectful to our day to day circumstances and helped work with you to get the course completed. This was due to her commitment to the class, weather that was to take her own time out of class, or one on one time. It was a great experience. Fantastic experience: I just finished my intermediate and advanced course with Ciana Rust. She is an amazing instructor with tons of information, and patience. She made it very easy to learn new skills while keeping everyone interested and moving forward together. I would highly recommend the class to anyone wanting to sharpen their computer skills and if possible ask for CIANA, she's the best!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed the Advanced computer training course. My instructor was Cina Rust, I also had her for Intermediate as well. She was a great instructor at no given time did I ever feel intimidated to ask questions. I am grateful for all she taught me.

Fantastic experience: Lifemark has helped me return to work after a grueling surgery. Service is amazing, and the physiotherapists work wonders. They work at the pace you need to get back to work, and they adjust everything to make sure you are being helped effectively. My physiotherapist, Santosh Singh, is the reason I am able to recover fully. 5 stars.
