Fantastic experience: I had a laser treatment with Adria today and I was so impressed. Not only was she so knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process, she also made my anxious self at ease. She made the whole experience so pleasant from start to finish and completely made a safe space for the treatment. Adria was such a joy and easy to talk to. The 20 minutes while we waited for the numbing cream to work felt like two old friends catching up for coffee and time just flew by! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Adria is such an incredible soul!! I went for laser treatment with her and I think it’s the best thing I’ve done!! Haha I saw results after the first time and was thrilled!!! She is honestly the kindest and so light hearted and makes everything more fun. She cares so deeply for her clients and just wants them to feel their best. Fantastic experience: My wife learned of Charles several years ago from a family friend. She was experiencing hip issues resulting in leg pain and had tried several other therapists with no long term improvement. After 3 sessions with Charles things were back to normal. She continues to see Charles for maintenance a couple of times a year. She also convinced me to see Charles a couple of years ago. While I wasn't experiencing anything of a serious nature I always feel much looser and in alignment after a session. I also see Charles a couple of times a year. Highly recommended by both of us.

Fantastic experience: Taryn Javier is changing my life! I live with chronic pain (Fibromyalgia) I’ve been coming to see Taryn since early July, I didn’t know anything about osteopathy and I wish someone had recommended it to me earlier, it has helped with my migraines, mood swings since I’m not always bothered by constant pain. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Charles Goodhart's for years. I cannot say enough about Lochend Clinic and Charles. I was hit by a car while I was walking across the street years ago. I experience intense, chronic pain that has left me unable to work, sometimes I cannot get out of bed due to the pain. Discovering Charles and the Lochend Clinic has been life changing. Treatments from Charles allow me to experience a better quality of life, I am able to take less medication and experience less pain. While I know that I will probably always live with some degree of pain, it is more manageable when I see Charles. He is very compassionate, is a great listener, he is always learning and offering new suggestions and offers a highly attuned myofascial release technique that no other treatment provider I have seen can offer (and I have seen dozens of treatment providers!!). I honestly can't imagine my life without Charles' treatments.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a tear end collision and required spinal fusion. The surgery was completed however my pain escalated. I was informed that there is not much more to be done. Charles released a lot of my pain and nerve discomfort with his special treatment. Charles corrected my limp leg and educated me on certain excercises that eliviated a lot of pain. I highly recommend you give it a try since I guarantee you will seek his uniq expertise. One more think to add, the massage is awesome and is part of the treatment. I promise you that after your experience with Charles you will agree that only the massage is worth your hard earned money.

Fantastic experience: Charles is an excellent practitioner. He is very thorough, efficient, and remains up-date-date with relevant research. Charles has always listened carefully to the issues I am experiencing and takes them seriously - which is something I have often found to be lacking when receiving treatment for my chronic pain issue. I would highly recommend seeing him for treatment whether you have a relatively minor issue or have been experiencing pain for many years. You will not be disappointed! (He also has an adorable and very well behaved dog who will put you to ease straight away!)

Fantastic experience: Charles is very knowledgeable about fixing muscle issue. If you are looking for relaxation massage this is not the place, but if you want better posture then Charles is the right therapist.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is clean and relaxing, and Chuck is friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to help me with my neck pain which I had sought numerous treatment types for and was still struggling with. He also provided helpful advise to help deal with any future neck pain. I also quite enjoyed hanging out with Murray when I was a bit early for my my appointment. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Charles is amazing, I have never experienced this Technique before, I could feel muscles release that I didn't even know were tight! the presser is so intense at first but he knows exactly what he is doing! Before you know it everything lets go! Strongly recommend him and I have gone to many therapist. As an active person I am constantly tweaking things and I am going to book regular visits to keep my body in check! A must see I will be recommending Charles to everyone!!

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident 11 years ago and after a year of physio each week plus massage and chiro I was still in pain and my recovery seemed nowhere in sight. Charles's Mom Lise treated me and after ONE session with her I dramatically improved. I continued to see Lise for treatment until Charles took over her clinic after studying her unique approach and technique. I still continue to see Charles to a few times a year to make sure I am in tip top shape. I cannot recommend him enough!
