Even after returning from maternity leave at a different location, I continue to go out of my way to see her because the care she provides is worth it. I also receive acupuncture and massage at this location, and the entire team is professional, skilled, and welcoming. The clinic has a calm, supportive environment, and you never feel rushed. Between Dr Thomas and massage therapist, Tony, they definitely don’t let that happen. I needed to get my appointment in before the end of the year for benefit reasons. Thomas Van Dyck was really kind and told me that I could do the assessment now, and the information will stay on my file for my follow up visit when I am able to book another appointment, regardless of which Optimum Wellness location I go to. Fantastic experience: Due to a diagnosis of polymyalgia and osteoarthritis, I’ve been dealing with a lot of pain. Not wanting to take any painkillers for it, my niece suggested I try acupuncture. I booked an appointment at Optimum Wellness Marlborough with Dr. Lindsay Fox and am so grateful to her for the treatments she’s given me! In just a few visits she was able to relieve me of severe hip pain and completely drug free! I continue to see here for “maintenance “ whenever I feel the need. Dr. Lindsay is kind and caring and has even helped me with meal and supplement suggestions. All the staff at Optimum are friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful with any billing issues. Kudos to their management for leading such a wonderful team!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend Dr.Jessie, I had MVA 2 years ago and didnt have any Chiropractic Treatment. I was suffering for 2 years with my neck issue and Left shoulder injury. Dr. Jessie explained everything to me, fast forward, few days after I saw her I could move my neck with no pain. I started going back doing outdoor light activities. Shes very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming. I will recommend her to everyone. :) Shes Amazing!

Negative experience: My wife (an ex-RMT) had the worst massage of her life from Catherine Dela Cruz at this location. She had zero knowledge of anatomy, and spent a lot of time massaging her bones, you know, instead of her muscles. What a waste of 80$. She feels way worse than when she went in. update: it’s the next morning and her back is VERY bruised. Massage caused damage and fixed nothing. Major regrets and we definitely won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Originally came in for back/hip/neck pain and restricted range of motion. Dr Thomas easily located the trouble areas and provided strengthening and activities to work on at home for further assistance. Once I was having relief from the original issue, I’ve continued to come in for monthly adjustments and they keep me feeling my absolute best. I was shocked at how much better my range of motion was and how much less pain I experience daily. Cannot recommend him highly enough. The front staff is always so so lovely. Fantastic experience: I’ve always had problems with my neck, shoulders, and upper back pain due to my sitting posture at work. I booked a chiropractic assessment with Jessie, and she’s amazing. She was thorough and transparent with her diagnosis and treatment, as well as making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. My body felt so much better after the second appointment, and I’m at ease now after the third visit. Jessie is definitely the person you’re looking for if you need a good chiropractic adjustment. Fantastic experience: I have been struggling with bursitis for the past 6 months and have tried a number of different treatments. After just one Physio treatment with Anuradha Porumalla I have felt a huge improvement with pain relief and mobility. I am sleeping better too. She is very thorough and knowledgeable in which treatments will bring the best benefit to heal my inflammation.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience here, it's a one stop shop for health and wellness. Several fantastic professionals here for massage, acupuncture physio and more. One of these professionals that I have to commend is Mariana Santos de Moraes, I was referred to her for physiotherapy by my wife who sings her praise. I went in regarding chronic long lasting pain and she spent time one on one and interviewed me before beginning her physical exam. By the end of the appointment she established the source of pain and assigned me exercises and stretches to address the root cause of the pain. After only 2 sessions with her my pain is reduced and mobility has increased. I am grateful to have found such a great physiotherapist who is passionate and knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.

I felt like I may not be able to do my job much longer, but with his expertise I feel like I can continue to provide for my family without pain. The front desk staff greets you immediately as you walk in and makes you feel important. I love that they don’t mess around. Fantastic experience: Dr. Tanner is very knowledgeable on how to treat the problem areas on your body, he will thoroughly find the cause of your pain and treat it accordingly and ask which techniques you preferred to get adjusted to get the optimum experience instead of doing things on his ways, he also has a very friendly approach everytime I go there. He gives extra pointers on stretches, exercises and how to lessen the risk of back pain and shoulder pain which is the most problematic areas for me. The front staff we're also very nice and friendly. The centre is well kept. Always looking forward going here to get my adjustments.

Fantastic experience: Anu has helped me get over wrist pain caused by carpal tunnel/strain, and Dr. Tanner has helped me tackle chronic issues with neck/back pain. They have both armed me with exercises to address these issues long term, and are always pleasant to work with if I need help with a flare up or new issue.

I've been suffering for several years, and despite receiving various types of treatment, nothing seemed to help, until now. In the short time that I have been seeing Sue, I’m already beginning to a difference. Sue was fantastic from the get-go! Sue comes with years of experience and knowledge, a calming presence, and friendly manner. Always smiling, upbeat and encouraging, Sue provides treatment with a great attention to detail and care; I really trust her judgement and as a result, for the first time I felt heard and thoroughly examined. She takes the time to discuss and explain everything, which I really appreciated. She is one of the best practitioners that I’ve had, and it’s been an extremely positive experience. Positive experience: I’ve been going here for many years and have thoroughly enjoyed the services provided by Anthony Soliva and Thomas Van Dyck. They are professional in their fields and masters of their craft. The facilities could definitely do with a huge upgrade though. The walls have small to medium holes in them, which are in the process of being patched as I write this review, but the biggest improvement could be felt by your customers in your tables for chiropractor and massage. They are old and cracked and very uncomfortable to lay down on for the patient and as for the massage therapy, the face pillows are an area I would specifically focus on, as those are worn out as well; and become sore and painful due to wear after one hour massage. As for the front end staff, they are pleasant and helpful, one area I would get them to focus on would be to stop putting customers that are on the phone with the; on hold while they are assisting them, considerably after they already began assisting the people on the phone. One person at a time! Complete helping the person you currently helping rather than stoping half way to help others.
