Fantastic experience: We can’t recommend Kids Physio Group enough, especially Agi! She has been with us every step of the way, helping our little one go from crawling to walking, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Agi is absolutely wonderful — incredibly knowledgeable, patient, personable, and genuinely invested in her little patients. She makes sessions fun and engaging, gives practical advice that we can use at home, and celebrates every milestone with us. We feel so incredibly supported with her. It’s been so special watching our little one’s progress, and Agi has played a huge part in that journey. We feel so lucky to have found her and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a pediatric physiotherapist!

Fantastic experience: We were recommended to kids physio group because our infant son had severe plagiocephaly and was lacking in some motor functions at 3-4 months old. Breanna was so patient and friendly throughout all of our sessions and helped guide us through all the exercises and activities to help with our sons condition. Would gladly recommend Breanna and the Kids Physio Group team to any parents worried about their child's development.

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful we found Erica! We actually left another physio clinic to continue seeing her because of how great she was with our son and how comfortable we felt with her. We were really worried about his torticollis, head shape and the possibility of needing a helmet. Erica was always honest with us while still being reassuring. She took measurements regularly, gave us exercises to work on at home and was so patient and sweet with him at every appointment. We ultimately found out he didn’t need a helmet, and Erica was genuinely so happy for us and celebrated right along with us. That really showed us how much she cares about the kids and families she works with. We trusted her completely with our son and would recommend her in a heartbeat to any family going through something similar. We’re so thankful for her!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Agi since my baby boy was 2 months old. She is absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, patient with the fussy baby, creative and able to coerce the baby to actually do some exercises (sometimes he does the exercise only at the clinic, but totally refuses to do it at home - talk about Agi's motivation skills ). She gave some great advice and support for my baby to meet his milestones safely. She also did baby's head measurements regularly and was our sounding board in figuring out if he needs a helmet to correct his head shape. Agi definitely greatly reduced first-time-parent anxiety (thank you!!!). Definitely recommend her and the clinic!

She’s knowledgeable, professional and very nice to work with. The clinic is wonderful as well and overall would recommend for anyone looking for paediatric physio help.

Fantastic experience: We've been bringing our little one here for a few months, and thanks to Erica, we've made significant progress towards the gross motor milestones. Erica is patient, kind, professional, and responsible. Our kid loves her. We've had a few sessions with other physiotherapists on the team as well, including the clinic owner Jennifer, and they've all been amazing. We're very fortunate to have found this clinic!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with Breanna! We started seeing her when our son was 6 months old. At the time, he was struggling with rolling and had a strong sleep side preference due to left-sided torticollis and right-sided plagiocephaly. Thanks to Breanna’s professional expertise and friendly approach, we’ve seen incredible progress. His head shape has significantly improved, and he has hit all his major milestones—he’s now rolling, crawling, and even standing! Breanna is both highly skilled and wonderful to work with. We can't recommend her enough for any parents looking for a pediatric physiotherapist!

Fantastic experience: We had a great first assessment with Agi! She was great with my 3 month old during the appointment and took the time to listen and came up with a reasonable plan forward tailored to my son’s capabilities. The app used is really helpful to refer back to the exercise instructions.

She is so good with kids, makes physio fun and is able to improvise with the various toys/equipment and kids' unpredictable personalities. She's quite observant and is able to pick up on things that us parents would not even notice! 100% recommend this clinic! Everyone is so nice and friendly too!

Fantastic experience: We are so happy we found Cindy for our son Julian (8 months old). We have been here for 4 times for training. She has helped him make such great strides in his development. He is now able to prop himself up on his hands to grab toys, and his leg strength has improved so much. We are so thankful for her support and kindness!

Positive experience: We reached out to kids physio group based on our pediatrician’s recommendation when our kid was 6 months old. Our kid didn’t roll over at 6 months. We are very grateful to Agi Divecha for helping our child with rolling over at the end of 8 months and then walking independently at the end of 15 months!! We highly recommend Agi as she provided fun exercises and ways to make our kid learn new skills and use the intended muscle groups. Thank you Agi! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a bad experience with the scheduling at kids physio Markham. Our kid was sick and then better and then got sick again within a few days time and was even referred to ER by our family doctor for chronic abdominal pain, diarrhea and fever. However when I called the clinic to cancel the appointment a day in advance, the clinic emphasized their 48 hour notice cancellation notice as I mentioned he was sick from a few days ago. We were forced to change the appointment to virtual to avoid cancellation fee and had a chat with Agi. Unfortunately when our kid was sick, the last thing that came to our mind was to cancel the appointment before 48 hours!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience here! Cindy was absolutely wonderful and got my little one walking in just a few sessions. She was so friendly and patient, and was always adaptable despite my little one being difficult and always wanting to cry and refuse activities. She made it lots of fun while making sure we practiced lots of essential skills. The facility is very clean and stocked with loads of toys and equipment that kids love, and all the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful for the excellent care provided by Cindy Fuh. She has a natural way with children and it was the first time my 13 month old felt comfortable and motivated to move in a clinic setting. Within the first session he was stepping independently and he progressed to walking independently by the third. With her treatment, he was able to successfully enter the toddler program at his daycare and is thriving thanks to her guidance. I can’t thank you enough for all that you’ve done for our family!

She worked wonders for my son’s issue, providing effective in-clinic treatment and great home exercises. The clinic environment is clean and the staff are very friendly. We are so happy with the results and definitely recommend her. The reception is also kind and friendly kids. This kid physio clinic is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I came to Kids Physio Group in Markham for my 8 month old that wouldn't roll onto belly. 5 days after our first session, she rolled to her belly successfully on her own! I guess we just needed the right guidance! My daughter was fortunate enough to have met Chantal and Agi on separate occasions. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Each time I would leave the clinic feeling confident I could help my baby achieve her next milestone. After each session I would receive an email that broke down each movement that we had covered - I found this helpful because mom-brain happens and I don't always remember every detail of our sessions. I recommend Kids Physio Group at Markham. The space is very clean and they have a lot of equipment/tools at their disposal to help each child achieve their goals.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been seeing Agi at the Markham location for our daughter for about 6 months now (since around 3 months old) and each session has been amazing. Our daughter had a preference for one side and Agi has been so great at helping with a physio plan. Our daughter went from focusing on tummy time, sitting to crawling and now pulling to stand. Agi is super professional and the best with babies. We really appreciate the time and care she provides in each session. The location is easily accessible, clean and receptionist are also really nice and professional. Because of the amazing results, we were recommended by a friend to try out Kids physio and we have been recommending other friends and will continue!

All the staffs there always put smiles on their faces! The place is warm and cozy. I’m really happy that I have found Chantal to help with my baby’s milestone development. Fantastic experience: My daughter sees Agi Divecha at Toronto Kids Physio- Markham. Agi is great and has really helped my daughter improve her core strength, go up and down stairs more carefully, and with better balance so she falls less. She’s great at explaining the exercises and highlighting things to work on. The whole clinic is great - online booking is super easy, staff are friendly, and I get a list of exercises via email right after the lesson.

Fantastic experience: Agi has been so helpful and kind in helping with my son's plagiocephaly (flat spot) and torticollis. She provided key interventions and taught me how to do them. She is a lovely person to work with and makes tummy time as fun as possible for my son. My son's flat spot has greatly improved thanks to Agi. In addition, the front desk receptionist Sydney is kind and breathtakingly efficient! Toronto Kids Physio in Markham has a great team.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy and satisfied with all the progress my daughter made with her physiotherapist after undergoing surgery on her femur and leg, which required weeks of wearing a cast and months of physical therapy. The physiotherapist, Agi, is a very polite and loving young woman who knows exactly what she’s doing and is incredibly patient. My daughter was always excited for each session and would always ask for Aunt Agi. After weeks of weekly sessions, we transitioned to biweekly sessions. Last week, my daughter was discharged, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. She arrived unable to walk and feeling very insecure, and today, she is a healthy child who runs and walks as if she hadn’t had surgery just six months ago. Thank you so much, Agi, for your dedication, kindness, and for making such a positive impact on my daughter’s recovery journey.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my son who was born a micro preemie baby, has cerebral palsy and other medical conditions for about a year now! He’s 2 years old now and loves his physiotherapist Agi! Always smiles when we get here and has improved so quickly! Sydney the receptionist is amazing always with a smile, and helps us fitting in physio less stressful! If considering physio I would highly recommend coming to Toronto kids physio in Markham!

Fantastic experience: We have been seeing Agi for my daughter's chronic back pain issues. Agi has been a strong advocate for her. Even so far as sending recommendations to our family doctor in order to facilitate better healthcare outcomes. At the start of every appointment she asks for updates so she can focus on current problems. And provides feedback after each session. She is highly knowledgeable and a master at handling my daughter's quirks. We always look forward to the physio appointments!

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the lack of understanding and flexibility shown by this clinic in Markham location. My child had a prolonged cough that eventually developed into wheezing, as diagnosed by a doctor. Despite our efforts to follow medical advice and keep the clinic informed, they were rigid in applying their cancellation policy, even under these medical circumstances. What’s more concerning is their handling of situations involving children’s health. While they claim to prioritize safety, there was no consideration for the complexity of navigating a child’s evolving illness, which required medical consultation before decisions could be made. Their approach added unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation for our family. I would not recommend this clinic to families who need understanding and support, particularly when dealing with medical issues involving their children. There are better options out there with more compassionate and accommodating practices.

Fantastic experience: I’m so thankful to Agi and the team at the Markham location of Toronto Kids Physio. We decided to go because my infant wasn’t hitting certain motor milestones. She was very thorough in her assessment, super knowledgeable and walked us through exercises to try at home. You can really tell that she’s passionate about helping kids. After a few months my infant was back on track and was even able to hit a few milestones earlier than expected. Thank you so much for all you do Agi!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy Fu at the Markham Clinic last week when I had some concerns about my son's core motor strength. After careful review and assessment and combining her soccer and sports background with my son's love of soccer, she came up with a plan to help build not only his strength but coordination and agility. Cindy noticed things that I had asked several doctors about but dismissed my concerns. She is not just good she is great! Fantastic experience: Hands down the BEST paediatric physiotherapy clinic! We started at the midtown location and were thrilled when they opened in Markham! The physios are absolutely amazing and are experts in a variety of different techniques- I especially love that they tailor and personalize the therapy according to what my kid needs. Lots of fun equipment in the gym; swings, climbing structures, balls, and other specialized tools make the hard work fun! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for paediatric physiotherapy!
