Fantastic experience: My daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Erica Ly. She was very informative and took the time to really do a deep dive on all my daughters concerns and showed her how to do exercises at home to help with the chronic pain she’s been experiencing. I would recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: Love this atmosphere, it is fun, resourceful. If there short waiting time I enjoy it. Definitely who haven’t try, highly recommend giving this spot a try. It will be my go to place for recovery.

Fantastic experience: Went to see her twice already and right off the bat I think she has got the magic touch. Had a very sore and painful neck issues for 2 weeks and after our first meeting just about 3 days after, pain was almost all gone. I leave everytime feeling relieved and relaxed. Fantastic experience: Love the amazing team here. Have had the opportunity to work with Alison, Billy and John and they've all been very patient, kind and thorough. They make sure that you walk away from every session feeling much better than you walked in and armed with resources to keep getting better. When I initially brought my dad in he was having trouble walking and climbing stairs. Not only did they help with addressing the immediate issues, he's now working on building up strength to prevent future recurrences.

Jason, John and Vinosha have collectively seen all my injuries (minor and major) for the past I don't even know how many years, and have helped me rehab and recover each time. Insanely painful herniated disc pressing on siatic nerve and spinal cord is a dreadful thing. I am just glad to have worked with such a talented individual who really helped me understand what was going on, what to do to get better and how to prevent further damage. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Billy for athletic therapy sessions for over a year now. Thanks to his expertise, my knees and wrist are stronger and more pain-free than they’ve been in ages. Beyond his skill, Billy is compassionate, patient, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Edit: I’ve also started to see Erica for her chiropractor services! I was hesitant to see a chiropractor for a while, but Erica is super patient, explains each process throughly & has helped my neck pain & headaches immensely.

Fantastic experience: The clinic itself is extremely welcoming and accessible, the staff at the front desk is always very helpful, and the therapists have not only not disappointed but they’ve helped alleviate chronic issues that have plagued me my entire life - if you have any pain or discomfort or injuries, you will be met with a gracious attitude and passionate healthcare - truly saved me , THE place to go!

Fantastic experience: Spot has been awesome! Special shoutout for Vinosha who got my shoulder back to normal post-surgery and made sure I had fun getting there. I had a labrum repair on my shoulder for my dominant arm. According to my surgeon, I was ahead of my recovery schedule at each check-up, laregly thanks to this awesome place and Vinosha. 5 stars! I can't recommend it enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the spot and John Lin for a couple of years now and I can say I have no complaints. They have opened a new place in Scarborough which is great. It is smaller but it is alot more personal. There is not a lot of external noise as you can get treated without any distractions.
