Fantastic experience: I look the clinical Pilates class with Farzana and she was amazing! The classes were tailored to your needs and fitness goals and Farzana was very professional and encouraging during the classes. I highly recommend her!!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed 10 sessions of Clinical Pilates with Dr. Farzana Bandali (chiropractic doctor and RMT), and I’m so thankful I signed up. I’ve already noticed a huge improvement in my posture and in how I move during daily activities. The program can be done either virtually or in person. While both options are great, I found the in-person sessions with Farzana especially valuable for learning the fundamentals. Her calming voice and reassuring guidance helped me stay focused throughout each 30-minute session. I highly recommend Farzana to anyone looking to improve their posture, movement, and overall body awareness. Thank you, Farzana!

Fantastic experience: Dr Farzana and her Clinical Pilates program showed up in my journey after two years of my second C-section. She and Spine+ have been very welcoming and supportive during my postpartum recovery journey. She is very knowledgeable and skilled to bring any mom to the next level of self-care and wellness. I just wish I could have found her earlier, but it's never too late to find the amazing joy of being painless, feeling stronger, and reconnecting to myself.

Fantastic experience: Great staff who are knowledgeable, kind and patient. It's nice to go to one clinic for all my needs: chiropractic, massage therapy, physiotherapy, to name a few. I also like the spacious rooms, cleanliness of the clinic, but most importantly the management of their appointments.

Negative experience: Reception management is really poor, I didn't knew whether my massage was included in my insurance or not, I asked her whether she can check that, so that I can take their service. She got to know that massage doesn't cover up in my insurance, but she never informed me about that and wants me to pay after taking the massage. They were just looking for a scapegoat. Literally I felt very horrible.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend my physiotherapist! Her personalized approach with me has been helping with my recovery. She is attentive by listening to my needs and created a comfortable environment for me during my sessions. I appreciate her commitment to my well-being, and I've seen significant improvement after every session. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Spine+ for all your wellness needs. We use them for chiro and physio (for us and our kids) and my husband has used them for orthotics as well. Both Farzana and Lilly are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and we’ve definitely seen the benefits. So sad that we moved further away but was actually making the 35 minute drive to see them because I didn’t want to go anywhere else!

I did post partum rehab, massage, baby massage, Chiro, physio and I got orthotics. I am pretty much pain free from my last car accident bc of the physiotherapy I’ve done over the past couple months!

Fantastic experience: Spine wellness is one of the friendliest wellness centre I have come across till date. Victoria who I reached out to today, was so kind and helpful. I wasn’t sure if my insurance provider was able to be billed today and mentioned to Victoria in our conversation today. She went above and beyond and called my insurance provider and later called me to inform some glitches in their portal and as such helped me reschedule my appointment. The service and information on the phone by Victoria and Natasha surely needs to be commended. Very pleasant and friendly and such helpful staff. Victoria and Natasha are surely great assets to this wellness centre. Thank you so much for your great help and assistance.

Fantastic experience: Honestly 100% recommend this clinic. I pulled a muscle in my neck and was desperately looking for a clinic to take in new clients. I called their clinic and luckily was able to get an appointment the same day. Both Lily and Farzana make sure your taken care from beginning to end. The pain in my neck is no longer there and I've only had to go in for 6 sessions (2 months of appointments). They also give you advice on how to treat your pain at home and certain exercises and massages you can asked loved one to do for you to prevent further pain. This clinic is definitely one of my favorites in Markham. Professional, kind, and effective!

Fantastic experience: One stop shop for health and wellness! Everyone is so kind, attentive and passionate about getting you to reach your best. I just started treatment and have had 2 sessions with Farzana and she is amazing! I go in feeling broken and leave feeling fabulous! I love they do a spinal assessment and create a treatment plan specific to my needs and get me fully relaxed before my adjustment. Samantha, the naturopathic doctor, was very helpful in narrowing down my needs to pinpoint the root causes. I love this place!

We at Cariporter Organic do landscaping and organic farming, and Spine Wellness helps us to rejuvenate after working our bodies intensively. Fantastic experience: Spine is the only place to go. After many injuries at my old job and no one who could properly fix my back, I lost all hope that I would be able to move my body properly. Fantastic experience: I've been going to see Lily at Spine + for a few years for Chiropractic and Massage therapy. She is fantastic! She is professional, attentive and caring. She is the only one I trust to help me with my shoulder and back pain on a regular basis. Once, I had hurt my back on vacation. I was in so much pain, I called her as soon as I got back and she was able to squeeze me in for an emergency appointment and checked up on me the following day. The entire staff is wonderful there. They are friendly and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They're the best!
