Fantastic experience: First time I went was for sciatic pain, my therapist was Renuka. She's got magic hands the relief I felt almost the same day was unbelievable. She knew exactly what she was doing and how best to get results. I've used them on 2 other occasions as well for a stiff neck and sore legs and all therapist have been really good, professional, supportive, understanding and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a work related shoulder injury and Robert took care of my therapy leading to my recovery. Staff is always accommodating and thoughtful. I would highly recommend them!

Negative experience: My father had spinal surgery back in June, and he needs physio post-op, I called right after surgery and earliest I could got was in September in one of their clinics, my father doesn't speak English and doesn't drive , I took a day off to bring him over and was told he could not have his 2nd appointment in their other clinic even though is under the same ownership, so my father didn't have his treatment. I got another appointment in their other clinic which is much closer to where my dad lives, seen by one of their physio today, first she never introduce her name to my dad and my husband, 2nd she said my dad will not much benefit for physio only focus on bones and muscles, my dad said even small benefit, he still wants to go ahead. Wow guess what! now she refused to provide care and just send my husband and my dad away with a list of the places that not even feasible for us. I had to call back and try to figure out what had happened, and she refused to even provide her name, I have spoken to my own physiotherapist which I see for many years, and was told there is no reason that they can't work on the muscle and joint for my father's rehab, and when I called back in June , I told them that my father had spinal surgery that if your clinic can't cover the treatment or doesn't feel safe, why not telling me when I book the appointment back in June, after 2 visits with the Joint Rehab, I am extremely disappointed that my father has been waiting for 4 months for physio after his surgery, and being refused by the Joint Rehab. And tell me which professional when you are providing care, that you don't even introduce yourself and provide your name, I guess OHIP doesn't pay well for physio!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Joint Rehab on Markham Rd. Athina is an awesome massage therapist! She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and talented. I Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and professional service customized and catered to your needs. I’ve been visiting this clinic for 2 stretches of sessions for different issues relating to back and neck. William was amazing with identifying the root issues, then guiding me with the right excercises to strengthen and correct posture, reducing and eliminating my pain problems. It has really been life changing to say the least. Thank you William!

Positive experience: Good place, with good ptactitioners

Fantastic experience: I have had to use their services at two different points in my life and the service both times was excellent. The PTs take great care to listen to concerns and issues, and provide guidance. During the pandemic, they have been very on top of checking temps, cleaning equipment that touches patients and immediately placing any towels used during a service, into wash.

Fantastic experience: I go to this clinic with all my aches and pains. Staff are nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I’ve been to clinics where providers are just looking to bill my insurance not caring if I am getting better. The physio who worked with me on all my issues would constantly check in to ensure treatment provided was effective and would ensure I understood what caused and would prevent my problems from returning. Highly recommend this clinic. Thank you Joint Rehab for all your help over the years!

Fantastic experience: Quick, professional service. My son had issues with his wrist due to continuous cello playing and clinis was able to determine and treat the issue quickly. Also provided instructions on how to strengthen various muscles to reduce likelihood or reinjury. Plenty of parking.

Negative experience: Told me I was fixed when I wasn’t.. never really felt like they were doing much, a couple basic things and a charge. Went somewhere else and wow the difference is incredible

Fantastic experience: I had a really bad case of plantar fasciitis which hadn't been treated for 3-4 months due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. I booked an appointment with Joint Rehab as soon as they were starting to re-open as I was having a bad limp and major foot pain in one of my feet while walking. (I'm early 40s and never had any issues up to now but this was so bad that I could barely walk for 15-30 min without pain). I went for 5-6 visits to have my foot treated and I am now back to normal with no sign of pain and the condition completely gone. The staff at Joint Rehab are super friendly and their physiotherapists are top notch and very attentive to my problem. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: We were searching for a physiotherapy provider that dealt directly with insurance companies for injuries sustained from a very bad car accident. Rhoda thoroughly assessed both myself and my husband and put together a physio program that has definitely made a difference in my recovery and pain management. Tracey, Renuka, William, Lourdes, Amelia & Rhoda are a pleasure to deal.
