Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with their physio therapists. I've seen physio therapists over the years but I haven't come across one as fantastic as Maurice. I've only seen him twice but he has an amazing approach and technique. I'll be back to see him for sure!

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed in this clinic. Their physiotherapists are quite good, but a recent experience has highlighted that the office staff is really problematic. To the extent, even though I am currently recovering from a minor surgery, I have cancelled any further appointments with them. I found that neither the owner nor the front desk was able to even acknowledge that they might have made a mistake and that their process might need some correction. The clinic has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I changed one of my appointments to my husband. The office admin asked me for the information orally, and noted it down. No one contacted him till the day of the appointment. I was recovering from a minor surgery and sleeping a lot and wasn't tracking appointments. The day of his appointment he noted he still hadnt' heard from them. I called and left them a message at 11:40 am to note that he hadn't heard from them, and if they couldn't let him know, he might have to miss the appointment. Someone left me a message at 1:30 pm saying that they had sent email reminders to my husband, that they could see that he has read all of them, even if he says he hasn't got them. And he will charged if he can't come. I was pretty astonished at this response - it almost felt like the person believed I was lying to them. On returning from work at 4:00 pm my husband mentioned he still hadn't heard anything from them. Apparently, he had also received a message saying the same thing as my message above. I called them back and got someone on the phone. The person said the same thing to me as the earlier message - "all messages have been opened and read by your husband". He will need to pay if he can't come. I told the front desk staff - we are repeatedly telling you that we haven't received the messages, and you are insisting that we have. Perhaps you have written down the wrong email. Which is what had happened - the front desk person had written down the wrong email. Even so, the person said, that as they had a 24 hour cancellation policy he would need to pay, till I got really upset. At this point the person said of course she didn't mean that we would need to pay, just that that was their policy. When I bought this to the owner's attention, he similarly refused to acknowledge that their clinic had made a mistake, similarly said - we can see when emails have been opened. I did point out to him that if someone writes the wrong email, perhaps that is where the fault lies in all that is following. It would have been would be great to get some acknowledgement that there had been a problem at their end. But this was not forthcoming. In fact, the owner started trying to ask me why I hadn't been able to provide the information required, and what time exactly I called, etc. Eventually, I am left wth the idea, that with this clinic, if there is ever an issue - it will be obviously be resolved at my cost - I would need to pay, I would need to find out of they have written down the write information, etc. I guess I 'm not willing to deal with a business that isn't able to acknowledge even such a minor fault. I feel it would have been pretty easy for me to apologize and acknowledge this, if I had made a mistake. So this review is to ensure that you consider that you triple check everything. Because it will always be your fault and resolved at your expense.

Fantastic experience: What can I say that probably hasn't been said before? Saquib is a knowledgeable, kind, funny and humble human being. He gets straight to your problem and helps you understand the solution and the science behind it all. If you're broken in any way, let him be your fixer

Fantastic experience: In March 2021, I had an inflamatory attack after my fiirst covid shot. Every joint in my body was affected. My rheumatologist recommended physiotherapy, and I was fortunate to be accepted by Tri-City Physio as my previous physiotherapist retired at the end of 2020. My new physiotherapist was Keith Hua. Keith set up a lengthy program of home exercises with visuals and instructions confirming each exercise. As I had faithfully followed my RCAF 5BX exercises for 65 years, I switched to Keith's program. Along with the arthritic attacks, my infamatory attack also led to Cryptogenic Organizing Pneumonia. Again Keith adjusted my exercise schedule to accomodate my lung conditions. Then at the beginning of 2023 I had surgery for a tumor behind my ear which resulted in nerves affecting my face and shoulder. The surgery was followed by 2 months of radiation treatment by BC Cancer. With Keith's guidance and selection of home exercises, I have overcome all my physical challenges. At 90, loss of mobility is my biggest concern. With the services of Tri-City Physio and Keith, I might just have the same concern at 100.

Fantastic experience: Tri-City Physio has to be one of the best physio clinics out there! The facility is super clean and the staff are some of the most knowledgeable, caring, and nicest individuals you’ll ever meet. I had injuries from playing sports that I thought I’d have to deal with for the rest of my life. Not only did they treat the symptoms, they went above and beyond with their wealth of knowledge in helping me build back up to peak shape. It has been an incredible experience and has allowed me to enjoy the activities I once thought I’d have to give up on. Big shout out to Saqib, Nate, Keith, Filip, Dan as well as the whole team there. Definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Misdiagnosis on my issue and told me that the misdiagnosis was because I didn't go back for another session.

Negative experience: I love this place and the physiotherapy is great, however they are unethical in their practices today. Normally I go in and pay and then get my physio session. Today I went in and was told I could pay after. After the session they randomly told me their prices went up despite the fact I have come there week after week paying the same rate due to MSP. I have attached a picture of the receipt, and even with $5 off the total came to $17 more for the same service. So with the $5 added back on that’s a more than 50% increase. The clients should be made aware of this before their session, not after. UNETHICAL.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience getting my knee injury fixed here. Nathan was great at explaining the importance of each movement we were doing. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Keith Hua and the team at Tri-City physio provide the gold standard of physiotherapy services. I am recovering from ACL surgery which has been a very daunting challenge, but the guidance of Keith has given me the mental and physical confidence that I need to have a proper recovery. I highly recommend, especially for those recovering from knee surgery.

They've taken the time to listen to my case carefully, provide me with fantastic treatment options and explain the process behind their choices to prevent any further issues. Fantastic experience: I have some recurrent injuries that have been treated by other physiotherapists, but my previous therapies weren't cutting it anymore. I am so glad I found Keith. Not only is he working towards treating my injuries, but he provides me with functional stretches and exercises that really work to strengthen my muscles and help prevent the source of my pain.

Fantastic experience: Sciatica pain prompted me to call Tri-City Physio. Couldn,t sleep - couldn't walk - I was a real mess! So far I've had three sessions with Keith and have been thoroughly impressed. This is the FIRST Physio Clinic I've ever been at where I've gotten the undivided attention of the therapist for the full session, which in itself is impressive. However, very happy with the results. After only one session of message therapy, I could not believe how much improvement there was. After a couple sessions, the pain shooting down the legs was gone. I was able sleep and walk with little or no pain. Over and above the quality of the therapy, the staff is very helpful and friendly. I strongly recommend Tri-City Physio to any one suffering from pain and looking for immediate relief.

Fantastic experience: Working long hours as an Iron Worker really put a strain on my shoulders. It got to the point where I couldn’t work without taking painkillers. My buddy recommended I go here, so I booked an appointment. Raymond helped me come a long way, alleviating the tension in my shoulders allowing me to go back to work. His combination of technique and knowledge was impressing. Thanks Ray, I owe you big time bud.

Fantastic experience: The best experience of any physio I have ever been to. Do not think twice about at least giving him a try. In my opinion Saqib offers real treatment and doesn’t just hook you up to a machine for 1/2 an hour and leave you. Everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Will never go anywhere else the next time I need a quality physiotherapist.
