I had been dealing with back and leg pain for quite some time, and I honestly felt so much better and more relaxed after the massage. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Shawni for sports massage treatment for a while now. I lift regularly and run several times a week, so I'm pretty hard on my body, and his treatments have made a huge difference in how I recover. I've also been dealing with quad tendinopathy for the past year, and Shawni has been a huge part of my recovery. His treatments have helped reduce the tension around my knee, and he's also taken the time to watch my lifting technique and point out movement imbalances that were likely contributing to the problem. Those small adjustments have made a noticeable difference, both in how my knee feels and how confident I am lifting again. What I appreciate most is that he doesn't just give you a generic massage. He takes the time to figure out what's going on, explains what he's finding, and tailors each treatment to what you actually need. You can tell he really knows his stuff. On top of that, Shawni is just a genuinely great person. He's professional, easy to talk to, and someone who really cares about helping his clients. If you're looking for a sports massage therapist, I honestly can't recommend him enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I've consistently had excellent experiences with Shawni Hedari as a Sports RMT. He's super friendly and listens carefully, which makes every appointment comfortable and relaxed. Shawni has extensive knowledge of the human body and how it moves. His schooling, experience, and diverse athletic background gives him a deep understanding of the demands that active people and athletes place on their bodies. Rather than just treating symptoms, he explains what's happening, why you're experiencing pain or tightness, and how your body's mechanics contribute to it. For example, I primarily lift and train for Hyrox, and have a chronic back/hip injury, and I have greater mobility and a better understanding of my injury and body in general. I even contacted him during an overseas surf camp, explained where I was tight, and he sent me a video of how to stretch to target my hip to improve my technique. I always leave with a better understanding of movement, injury prevention, and how to take care of my body between treatments. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and offers practical advice that's easy to apply. If you're an athlete or simply want an approachable Sports RMT who truly understands movement and can help you improve, book with Shawni.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time seeing Tommy Lu for RMT and I'm already telling everyone at work to request him by name. I'd been dealing with back pain from sitting at a desk all day for months. One session with Tommy and the pain is completely gone! He kept checking in throughout to make sure everything felt right, you could tell he actually cared about fixing the problem instead of just going through the motions. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Shawni to anyone who is active in any capacity. He does a comprehensive assessment of your restrictions and provides the necessary treatment to release it. I play a lot of tennis and golf and he has helped open up my rotation to perform better. Also, I’ve been training for hyrox lately with hours of running and he has helped with my recovery by releasing the tightness and tension in my legs. Sport massage is essential for recovery and Shawni is the one I will always go to.

Fantastic experience: My 1st ever massage. Receptionist was nice and very professional. The rooms and the gym area are very clean and well set up. The massage was good. She explained clearly what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She explained some hip flexor exercises for me to do as well to help alleviate any future soreness or discomfort. I recommend going there for any of their services.

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was charged $130 for missed appointments due to being genuinely sick, despite never being clearly informed of any cancellation policy or signing any agreement. This feels completely unfair and misleading. What’s even worse is the staff’s behavior. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was accused of trying to avoid payment and spoken to in a rude and confrontational manner. Being told “you must pay first, then we’ll book you” in a challenging tone is completely inappropriate and disrespectful. This clinic shows zero empathy toward patients and clearly prioritizes money over basic professionalism and care. I strongly advise others to be cautious before dealing with this place.

Fantastic experience: The clinicians and staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They always makes me feel better than when I first arrive, and provides advice/guidance that leaves me more knowledgeable on how I can manage the different pain and issues. I would definitely recommend Polygon Health for anybody looking for help in maintaining or managing their health.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a massage with Eryn. I don't usually enjoy massages, but was feeling very tense so thought I'd book an appointment. I am so glad I did! Eryn was great! She was very professional, but also very kind and sweet. She made my experience much more enjoyable and relaxing than I expected. She even gave me some great tips for how to improve my posture. I felt great after the massage and still feel great a week later! My father also went in the same day to get a massage with Philip. He loved his massage so much that be booked one for my mom! Charmaine, at the front desk, was also really friendly and sweet! Overall, a great experience!

Fantastic experience: I usually get an RMT massage from Ricky, he's genuinely good at what he does I have a bad knee from volleyball. I've been strengthening my quads, calves, hamstrings and glutes, but they've been hella sore. Ricky definitely knows what he's doing and knows where one muscle group can be sore just from one muscle group being sore. Knows how to put the right amount of pressure and gives me exercises I can do for rehab. Definitely recommend if you're trying to rehab from sports related injuries

Negative experience: I went to this center and I booked appointment for my husband and I asked about for RMT and insurance cover and the guy working there said yes we working directly with this insurance…,I did book for him , Before he went for the massage, he filled out the entire form and sent it to them.My husband went for massage after that he(receptionist )said you should pay completely and take back from insurance ,because our registered therapist is new and still he is not in list ……. Is mot acceptable for us and actually my husband did pay but he thought I missed asking ,we are not satisfied and made uncomfortable situation for us ,waisted time for claim and the other process. We are upset and disappointed of this center.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable physios who really take the time to work with you to help resolve the issue. I am in postpartum recovery and couldn't sleep due to a flare up of hip pain. I was able to book something that morning with Jordan and left feeling significantly better. He warned me that it may take a few days for the pain to subside at night, but thanks to his massage and stretches, it was gone that evening and I was finally able to sleep without the discomfort! Facility is also brand new and is a clean, bright, welcoming space. Highly recommend!

A consummate professional with a winning smile to match, Ricky’s approach to identifying your needs, execution of treatment, and attention to detail in prescribing home care, speaks for itself. Having picked up Golf recently to go along with all my other physical activities (martial arts, stunts, volleyball) Ricky helped me release A LOT of tension in my back and hips to get me back to doing the things I love. To me, an important feature in a clinic is their evening availability since I work full time; and Polygon was very accomodating with my scehdule. I came for an RMT appointment with Ricky Yang. Throughout the appointment, I asked a million questions and he answered them all. He taught me the root causes of my pain and worked through years of poor selfcare in my back and lower body. Following my treatment, he took me into Polygon's facility to teach me some stretches and exercises to take home.
