Motion Pro Health Coquitlam - Physiotherapy, Massage, Chiro, Pilates

Fantastic experience: PT, Ash, provides fabulous cueing (as needed) throughout 1:1 Clinical Pilates instruction session. I’m greatly appreciative of Ash’s vast array of clinical expertise, support, understanding and repeated check ins throughout my session(s).

Fantastic experience: Love staff here, so kind and very helpful. I had pain in my ankle and they were able to help me with it. Aishwarya understood the problem very well, and provided me with care and plan as required.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a few physiotherapy sessions with Aishwarya and am very satisfied with the experience. She is highly knowledgeable and has a lot to offer. She takes the time to explain the root cause of the pain/discomfort, which is something I appreciate.

Fantastic experience: 一进门 久遗的香气！ 相当可以！

Fantastic experience: Fadi was great. I was getting results off just one visit, and he listened and genuinely seemed to care about figuring out the source of my discomfort and fixing it. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

Fantastic experience: Love the ambience. Clean, organized, and relaxing. I also like that, right next door, there is a mini coffee shop. Above all, I really enjoy coming to this place because everyone are very welcoming, and most importantly, my physiotherapist Aishwarya, is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. She's been helping me work on my core stability post partum with exercises that are tailored to my needs and ability. I love that she also encourages but not too pushy. Thank u!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Kazumi Yano has been truly amazing. She is experienced & understands concerns with least words.

Fantastic experience: Ash is fantastic! I’ve been doing clinical Pilates with her for a few months and the results are amazing. It’s way more than just Pilates, it has helped me immensely with my posture, stability, and breathing.

Fantastic experience: I took a reformer pilates class 1:1 and it was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly, the Studio was nice and clean, high-quality equipment. On the top of that, they have a coffee bar and I tried the banana-matcha and was delicious. Definitely need to go back.

Fantastic experience: I did the 10:30am Pilates class this morning with Subin and it was amazing! I’ve never done a reformers class before, and I am so glad I did it with this studio. Inside it was so clean and the 1:3 ratio between instructor and student made the class feel very personalized. I love how Subin adjusted the difficulty based on how we perform and progress over the class. I would definitely come back to the studio again!

Fantastic experience: I went to see Dr. Amy Petz about my low back and shoulder pain and she helped me so much with it! She really took the time to look at how I function as a whole which I’ve never had any other chiropractor do! She figured out my back pain was mainly coming from instability in my foot which was affecting so many other parts of my body. She gave me some home exercises to do and after seeing her a few times and doing my exercises my pain is completely gone and I feel stronger than ever! You can tell she really cares about her patients and helping them get better! She is the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to! I can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at Motion Pro. Highly reccomend

Fantastic experience: Dr. Amy Petz is very knowledgeable I think my pain will cure very soon

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience here today. The practitioner was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. I walked in with a lot of tension, but I left feeling much lighter and more aligned. You can really tell they know exactly what they’re doing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality care!

Fantastic experience: I took a Pilates class here yesterday and had a really great experience. The instructor Subin was knowledgeable, encouraging, and took the time to explain each movement clearly while offering modifications for different levels. The class felt challenging but accessible, and I left feeling strong, stretched, and energized rather than exhausted. The studio itself was clean, calm, and well organized, which made it easy to settle in and focus on the workout. I also appreciated the welcoming atmosphere, it didn’t feel intimidating at all. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this class to anyone looking to build strength and improve mobility.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that Leka is one of the best Pilates instructors I’ve ever had. I’ve tried Pilates classes before, but I never really felt the exercises working and often thought it wasn’t worth my time. That completely changed with Leka. For the first time, I truly felt every movement the way you’re supposed to. She has such a calm and patient teaching style, which makes the class feel comfortable and welcoming, but she’s also really funny and personable. She knows exactly how much to push you—just enough to challenge you while still making you feel supported and motivated to keep going. One of the things I appreciated most was the small class size. It makes such a difference because Leka is able to give each person individual attention, guide you through the exercises properly, and actually connect with you. You don’t feel like just another person in the room. The clinic itself is also beautifully set up. It has a very calming, clean, and peaceful atmosphere, which adds to the overall experience and makes you actually look forward to being there. Another thing I absolutely loved is that there’s a coffee shop connected to the studio. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the coffee and it smells incredible. The café is set up so beautifully as well—it has such a cozy, inviting vibe and is the perfect place to relax before or after class. It really makes the whole experience feel like a treat rather than just a workout. I drove about an hour to get to this class, and it was absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Leka to anyone—whether you’re new to Pilates or have experience.

Fantastic experience: First time going here, and i will be going back. The place is very nice, easy to find and lots of parking nearby. The RMT Jason was very thorough in the treatment as well as reccommending stretches and excercises that will help me

Fantastic experience: Love this unique concept. This place sells delicious coffee and offers recovery services like physiotherapy. Talk about untying knots in your mind—and body!

Fantastic experience: Great service, good care of patients and great work treatment plan for each case. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: Mariana is an amazing professional !!!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Inseon Han. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to my concerns. Her acupuncture treatment was gentle and effective, and I felt relaxed and much better afterward. She takes time to explain the process and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I highly recommend Inseon Han to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate acupuncturist at Motion Pro Health and Wellness in Coquitlam.

Negative experience: I came here to relax, but it was a total waste of money. The massage rooms have open ceilings, so you hear everything. There is zero sound privacy. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly loud, talking constantly throughout my session about intense, stressful, and non-professional topics. It is impossible to find 'zen' when you're forced to overhear loud debates right outside your door. If you want a quiet, professional environment, look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Excellent place... Good vibes, good service and the best treatment, really caring about my progress as a patient. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: I didn't want leave today after my session. Feel so much better as a result. Great technique and advise provided. Thank you !

Fantastic experience: Mariana is always professional and knowledgeable. The treatment and exercises she asked me to work on really help me on the pain.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to try clinical pilates physiotherapy and it was with Mariana. The clinic is fairly new so everything is spotless. I really enjoyed my session with Mariana. She would listen and adjust the movements accordingly. I don't live in the Coquitlam area but I think it's worth the trek to come this clinic.
