Fantastic experience: I was referred to this clinic by a friend who had great success with his injury. I previously tried 3 other physiotherapists with no improvement, so I was not expecting much from my first visit. But I was pleasantly surprised and impressed after just one visit. All the front staff are very friendly and accommodating and always try and find you an appointment. Henry, the physiotherapist that was referred to me ,is amazing! He truly cares about his patients and will do everything to get you back to feeling good again. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and wants to see you healthy again. I was suffering from sciatica and he made a plan to follow with different options and exercises and I have improved immensely! He even will stay late to accommodate his patients. I can’t say enough about how amazing everyone at this clinic is.

Fantastic experience: This is a fabulous clinic. I first came in 2023 and again now and I can’t say enough good things. Staff are so kind and friendly, my physiotherapist Henry is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent exercises to support my healing. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Connie Keen as a physiotherapist. She is excellent in diagnosing the issues and treating them appropriately. She has been a great help in treating my back pain with IMS and exercises. In addition the staff are all professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic experience: Great place, totally fixed my arm and back pain issues. After carrying a newborn around I've started experiencing acute pain in my arm. After having a session with Laurie she was able to diagnose the issue and provide correctives with photos explaining the necessary movement and what is happening. I had to do several sessions over 4-5 weeks because the pain was migrating up the chain to the next weak link, but after all these sessions my issues are completely resolved.

Zee was very friendly and welcoming .I’ve had physiotherapy before, but this experience with physiotherapist was truly exceptional. Babayinka was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and I felt a significant improvement after the session. Highly recommend their services!”

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend PoCo Physio! Everyone is so nice, welcoming and friendly. I saw Connie and Yinka for physio and Avery for Kinesiology and they are all great. The front desk staff are so nice and welcoming. I'm always a little early for my appointments and I always enjoy the short little chats with the front desk while I wait for my appointments to start.

Fantastic experience: I use the physiotherapy services as well as the massage therapy and foot care. Everyone of the practitioners are amazing! Mark is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! Henry is keeping me walking until and after I have my knee replacement. Sonia has ensured my heels no longer crack. I recommend anyone to go to Port Coquitlam Physio, Wilson.

He has treated me for my hands and leg. He also treated my husband, for various physical ailments. I highly recommend this place for any kind of physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Henry asked a load of questions, checked me out and figured out exactly what the problem with my knee was. He then walked me though a series of exercises then sent a very detailed description along with pictures so I don't forget how to do them properly. I feel if I stick to the plan years of pain will soon be an unpleasant fading memory. I'm super happy with Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy and how helpful Henry was. Also parking is fantastic which is a bonus! Highly recomened

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased to have gone Port Coquitlam Physiotherapy after incurring a work place injury. The front office staff are wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating with all that they have done. Shout out to Kia. Kia is friendly and fantastic to work with. His knowledge of where to pin point the injury, the methods of treatments he performs, as well as the exercises he recommends that you do at home all come together that made the therapy work. Not that I would want to get injured again, but I know the first place I would contact if I did.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Kia about two weeks ago for what I thought was something to do with my knee, but turns out it’s tendonitis in my hamstring. Kia has been very willing to work with me as I am Autistic and require accommodations like my headphones and dim lighting. It has made the experience far less stressful and I appreciate it. I’ve only had two sessions so far and am thoroughly pleased with the progress I am seeing. The team at the front desk is also very pleasant and friendly. The location is lovely and easy to access. Would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came to Kiarash with a knee injury nine months ago. Kia is very knowledgable, professional and personable. The exercises and therapy really helped with the healing process. Kia is so respectful of my appointment time, he is always happy and fun to be around. Kia has since helped in other areas of concern. I highly recommend Kia as the best physiotherapist I’ve ever been in the care of.

Fantastic experience: This is a good clinic where staff listen to you and try to schedule a appointment that fits your time frame. Henry is a incredible physiotherapist because he listens to each patient and respects your pain threshold. He explains what is going on at each session and will answer your questions regarding your rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old son had a sports related injury. He was treated by Kiarash, who is very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He was thorough and clear with his instructions for what stretches and exercises he wanted my son to do between sessions. My son's injury was slow and stubborn to heal and Kia always put my son's health first with his recommendations, which I appreciated very much. My son's injuring is now healed and he has returned to sport again, but if he requires treatment again in the future, we will return to see Kia. Also, the staff at the front desk were professional and easy to work with. The clinic is following strict and consistent covid health and safety protocols, which made us feel very comfortable each visit.

Negative experience: It’s just OK. Nothing great. Tons of other better clinics in the area. I went in for two appointments and the treatment received (or lack of) was mediocre at best. Receptionist was frazzled and unwelcoming. The clinic was over booked and I had to take super early appointments at 8 am which is not ideal since I can’t drive due to an accident and had to walk to the clinic on both occasions. Did not really like the set up for the clinic either. It was sort of odd. No actual rooms for patients but instead little areas with a pull across curtain . Didn’t find it very comfortable. Not much privacy when people can hear your private conversations and see you through the curtains. Treatments were at 5-7 mins max which was ridiculously short... anyway, I’ve found another clinic. On the positive, the clinic was clean.

Fantastic experience: I had a top of my back pain and it is always a hard tension to work on. This was from an old injury and she helped so much. In a matter of just a few visit she fixed it and gave me the exercise I needed to maintain my flexibility in that area. I highly recommend this clinic. Very professional and friendly and efficient. Amazing. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been to POCO Physio multiple times for different sports related injuries. Shafeen Hirji has been great in his assessments, treatments and follow ups. His knowledge, skills, attentiveness and experience are very apparent when working with him. I have experienced successful recovery each time and would highly recommend Shafeen.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Post Coquitlam Physiotherapy and Sports Injury clinic at either Hyde Creek (or Wilson) for over 10 years to address a variety of accidents and sports injuries. Some of these injuries have been significant and required major surgery to address. Once my healing was completed, my after surgery recovery and physiotherapy rehabilitation was done by Shafeen Hirji. Shafeen is amazing. He helped me recover from spinal surgery so that I could get back to karate. He also helped me recover from an accident 2 years later that exacerbated the original issue. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, professional. He is thorough and will quickly identify what is the issue or injury and start to treat it. And, Shafeen works in collaboration with my GP and my DC to keep them informed so that I get the best healthcare.

Fantastic experience: Jim is fantastic I really appreciate his knowledge in getting my where I need to be. The reception on the other hand needs to be a little more polite, Never smiles when I come but when other clients do wow totally different story. Other than that they are fantastic just need to get a up beat & friendlier receptionist
