Negative experience: I hurt my back and found it uncomfortable to sit and walk. I usually see the chiro across the hall, but they were fully booked for another week. I saw Dr. Gordon and, while her explanations were good and detailed, she did little to bring me relief. She used a massage gun for one minute and did only two adjustments, one on either side of my lower back. That’s all that was given me in the 30 minute slot I booked.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, including front desk, Doctors listen, and worked with me. Helped me to get better on my time.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Jasleen Gill for over 5 years and recently started seeing Anureet Dhindsa, RMT as well. Much like my last review of Dr. Gill, both Anureet and Dr. Gill help you with on going treatment but what's more important is their focus on preventative care and maintenance through stretching as well as strength and conditioning. Their focus on preventative care and maintenance is a differentiator to other clinics and shows their care and professionalism, compassion and empathy in the level of service and care they deliver to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dave is amazing. He listens and assures he can help. The MOA is so friendly as well. Appointments are on time. I am so glad I was referred to him.

Negative experience: This review is specifically for Chiropractor Jasleen Gill. She is very defensive, lacks empathy, is particularly rude when dealing with issues caused by her that impact the customer. She definitely needs a lesson in emotional intelligence. Hope the clinic pays attention to these reviews, as I see similar concerns on defensiveness and lack of empathy raised by others before.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience .The massage was extremely slow and unprofessional. The therapist only used one hand most of the time, which made it feel lazy and careless. She didn’t focus on the areas I asked for, and it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing. I left feeling no relief at all. Definitely not worth the time or money — I wouldn’t recommend this place for massage.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this clinic since 2004. Started when others weren't helping while on my way to and from work I had to 3 times stop my car and go for a 10-15 minutes walk and stretch. So, 45 minutes became almost 1.5 hours or 3 hours daily. Few weeks of 3 weekly treatments and my commute was back to normal. We continued to only maintain the good condition. I still come to the clinic for a variety of adjustments. All those years I, just like all patients, am welcomed with a smile in this clean clinic. There is no "next please" just "hi, how are you feeling today". Negative experience: I have been to so many chiropractors and I haven’t seen as bad as Dr. David Wasylynko because my whole session was 15 minutes. Very disappointed!!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the service and professionalism at this clinic. During my last session with Dr. Jasleen Gill, I experienced ongoing shoulder blade pain that started immediately after treatment and has not subsided. When I contacted the clinic to express concern, the receptionist was dismissive and more focused on payment than listening to my issue. I attempted to discuss the situation with Dr. Jasleen Gill(Chiropractor) directly, but she was initially defensive rather than empathetic. After explaining my experience in detail, she eventually apologized — but unfortunately, the pain persists. I’m currently seeking medical attention. I advise others to approach this clinic with caution and to ask detailed questions before undergoing any adjustments. “I encourage others to look beyond the surface of glowing reviews and consider recent experiences like mine before making a decision.”

Negative experience: They need to work on their time management because there were several times that i had to wait 15+ minutes past my scheduled appointment times which is just a waste of time since the appointment themselves are only 5 minutes long.

Negative experience: It was very bad experience. Chiropractor didn’t gave that much time and in consultation she gave solutions which you can hear from your well wishers or google. No use of it. Charges are high compared to treatment. If you will not go, you will save your time.

Fantastic experience: David is simply amazing. I couldn't sleep well all last night. I've been doing renos and I'm over 40 ony holiday break. Long and short of it my left aide hip felt a sharp pain. As mentioned couldn't sleep. I tried my best to muscle through the pain as I need to get these renos done cuase my mom is at that fragile age. I want her to lice with me hence the priority of the renos. David assessed me, bent cracked me and then this Lazer machine thing. What a great experience to the amazing lady who booked my appointment to the doctor himself. I highly recommend this place. Fyi he's very charismatic too.

Negative experience: I regret that I paid for the examination there because I came for (and paid for) something other than what they promised. Disappointed by their approach. I came up with a request that I want to buy ESPECIALLY "Foot Levelers" shoe orthotics. This chiropractor was recommended to me directly by the manufacturer of Foot Levelers orthotics in USA. At the same time they advertise them in the office on the wall. Samples of orthopedic orthotics “Foot Levelers” were displayed there as well. They said it wasn't a problem and that the first examination costs $55. I was given a questionnaire that I signed and it stated that the first examination cost $ 55 as well. Then they stated that the first examination cost $95, that they made a mistake. After the examination, they offered me some leather lined hard plastic orthopedic insoles a completely different orthotics, than they advertise, for the price of $440. When I said that I wanted the brand I came for and they advertise it on the wall, they replied that they do not sell this brand. So be aware, if you ask for quality shoe orthotics “Foot Levelers” they don’t offer them. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: David is very good at what he does! My back has been messed up nice I was in a bad motor vehicle accident in 2009. It gets so bad sometimes that I have a hard time to even put on my socks. David is very good at what he does and is a pleasure to deal with!
